He let them know he would be bringing the car back and asked them to look at it Monday morning. We fed the kids and got back in our cars for the 10 min drive home. 4 min in my husband called me exasperated. He said the noise sounded unbearable and the car felt off so he pulled over in a neighborhood and got out his flashlight. That's when he realized not a single lug nut was tightened on any of the wheels. Also, most of the wires and hoses were disconnected. We had to purchase new hardware in addition to the new water pump and timing belt. Very poor and expensive quote. We will never use them again.
