They charged me $100 per tire for install when they quoted me $50 per tire on the phone. What a rip off!

The women working in clothing were super friendly and told us about the HD app and how to check in to accumulate points which eventually lead to saving $$ after so many check ins. They carried a conversation well, were very sweet and understanding towards our children, and even offered me a chair in their dressing room so I would have somewhere private to breastfeed my son that wasn't the bathroom.

I made contact with her after the dealerships phone rang rang and rang but no answer. Called the sells team who redirected me a few times to get to her. She was apologetic after explaining my experience and said she would talk to the actual sells manager to help me out and I never received a call back. I sent a follow up email and to no surprise I haven't gotten a response back. Not a good experience, guess they hope I just go away. Original post: Tried to get pricing on a bike since they claimed they were number one dealership in Georgia. However they refused to tell me the price when asked and redirected the conversation about my trade. Which I provided everything they asked for multiple times but when I ask for the price and continued to redirect the conversation and never answered or provided what I asked for (the price). Expected me to travel hours out of my way through Atlanta traffic for a simple number. Poor experience and is a prime example why people dislike dealerships so much.

Based on the 5 star reviews on Google. wished I would have checked YELP. I left a 1 star on google and it doesn't even show up!! I know his 5 star reviews are bogus as ever! George did not come nor disclose he was sending someone. We just got a random call from N.C. #. This guy was Chris and we knew nothing about his coming to do the work. Never disclosed until we asked who was this calling about the work we asked you to do. George as very rude & disrespectful person did not handle anything correctly. This guy Chris showed up late, he was rude, broke a tool, left my keys in the car with doors unlocked & parts gone with him for dang near an hour. Had to call George bc his guy didn't answer George made excuse after excuse for this man, so much so it was disgusting. Ao I asked George so it's acceptable for your men to leave a customers keys in an unlocked car without letting them know you gotta run off? George well he texted you! & George felt that was sufficient. These guys are bogus & the 5 stars are total bull crap. They are NOT PROFESSIONAL, They work is Shoddy and Trash! Chris has completely screwed up my whip! DO NOT ALLOW THESE GUYS TO DO ANYTHING ON YOUR CARS. After Chris finished the work I took the car for a spin... all good on surface roads jumped on highway to find out my car is now got a check engine light on, car hesitating won't pick up speed, wont accelerate, riding rough as ever, now car has never performed like this ever! Called George bc the Chris guy ain't answering George immediately starts defending Chris, then starts talking about how old my car is and that it's the parts I bought being rude, disrespectful, & plenty more, then after he said everything but what should have been said I shared that I will leave my experience in review that touch his l petty spirit! "We'll go ahead and do what you have to do" ok I will. If you want your car messed up! If you want to deal with a rude as man who defends the stupid move his employees make then definitely this is your go to. There is no way you have all five stars and get to me and destroy my car, to the point I have to have it towed to the dealership bc the Rude guy George says since I bought the part he's not in a rush to get anything done & he will get to it once he's back in town the following Thursday. I don't trust issh about George or his Mini Boss Team. If you want your car trashed & the owner speaks about how old the car his after his man's mess your whip up then yes give them a call. They can def get your set up to have your car towed & have the check engines light come on when replacing the O2 Sensors. I know for a fact they can't do the work bc it was not done right & this isn't a chance you should take.if I could share the recorded call on this review I guarantee NO BODY WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MINI BOSS BULL CRAP COMPANY... Call them at your own risk, & when they mess your whip up please be reminded of this shared experience. George is rude, he comes off cool as a fan on Initial chat yet say something about the work or performance of his guy & you see that rude, over talking bs come out. This how I found my car with the key to the car left on the seat while Chris was gone for dang near an hour.... That code & the red circles are all the errors that came up after Chris messed the car up. And when Lexus is done I'll be back with a follow-up & tell y'all exactly what Chris fk'd up. Stay tuned.... We ain't finished George.... We gone let the people know the truth since you cool with.

I bought the bike in August and the dealer carried over the warranty for any parts which was a factor in my purchasing. The dealer also has good online reviews and seemed to have a good reputation which was another factor in my buying the bike. I drove it around for a few weeks and then all of a sudden, one ride on a particularly windy highway, the fuel Injector light came on and killed the engine while I was going 80km/hr. It startled me as a new rider and I'm lucky I didn't crash. The bike started back up fine and ran well for another couple of weeks without an issue. Then the bike died:On September 11th the bike started up fine. Halfway through some errands the fuel injector failed to work and the bike wouldn't start. I checked the plugs. Fine. Battery. Fine. The bike was running perfectly 30 minutes before and after sitting in a parking lot, nothing. It had recently been serviced by the previous owner and I kept the bike in my garage. I called the dealership and asked them if they could pick it up and have a look at it. They said they would have it picked up in a couple of hours. I let them know about the warranty, the issues and where I would hide the key. I had to rush to work with the delays and trusted they would look after things. I called the dealer the next week to check in to see if they had diagnosed the issue. Apparently the front desk clerk had quit and made extra work for the owner so they were behind. They said the bike was in the shop and they would let me know when they diagnosed the problem ASAP. Later that week I called and they informed me that my bike was NOT in the shop and that it had been on the street where it broke down for the past week with my key available. It could have been stolen at any point and it took them a week to figure out if my bike was in the shop or not because some disgruntled employee forgot to make a work order and my bike just "slipped through the cracks." They picked up the bike, under my supervision, and took it to the shop to diagnose the issue. I called every few days to check in and the owner basically just reminded me that he was busy. It took them another 2 weeks to diagnose the problem. The owner believes the ICU that signalled the fuel pump had failed and required replacement. The part was covered under warranty but needed to be ordered from S&T Motors located in Georgia. It took another 2 weeks for the "specialist" at S&T to bicker back and forth on the diagnoses all the while I'm without a bike for over a month and my insurance is running out. Meanwhile, the owner wouldn't update me on any developments unless I called them during which it sounds like I'm inconveniencing them. The ICU and wire housing are finally shipped in early October. Then delayed at the border another week. Then it arrives and the owner tries to install it. The bike still doesn't work. They say that S&T sent the wrong wire housing and that it'll probably take another 2 weeks for the part to be be delivered and installed. I asked a second shop to come in and have a look they they have no idea what is wrong. Other local shops have had problems with the Hyosung brand and wont touch the bike as it appears to be a horrible design. The "dealership" also managed to break the fuel pump in their diagnostics although to their credit they replaced the part but it proves their incompetence. At the time of this writing, my bike has been in the shop for over 5 months with no definitive diagnoses and no improvement. Meanwhile, I'm getting charged for labour that has been ineffective and absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. I will not employ the services of the "certified" dealership ever again. My relations with the dealership has degraded and they basically don't want to work on my bike anymore. Meanwhile, I have a dead bike. I have no respect for the Hyosung brand as their ineptitude to create a decent product has effectively created one of the worst transactions of my life. All I want is my bike back.
