They installed the wrong parts, parts I didn't need, one part was installed incorrectly, defective parts, some of the work made the problem worse. I got excuses including high mileage etc., and finally was told they didn't know what else they could do. I had thousands of dollars invested and didn't just want to throw it away. I took my car to another shop, which is how I learned it was entirely fixable, because when they took out all the work Weaver did and replaced the parts that were wrong and installed other parts I needed and when they finished, the car was perfect. I am more sorry than anybody that it didn't work out the first, second, third or fourth time going to Weaver because it cost me a lot of money. I know most people have had good results with Weaver. I did too for about 40 years, but I was told by a manager on my fourth visit, "I don't know what else we can do."

They kept my car overnight, just to tell me that they drove it and confirmed that the noise is from the transmission. But they don't specialize in transmissions, so I need to take it somewhere else. They charged me $70 just to tell me what I already told them, knowing that they couldn't fix the problem. Others have since shared similar experiences with them. The lack of integrity here is very disappointing, and I cannot recommend their service anymore.

The original price for just the bulb replacement was $50 but when the car was done they said $567, they worked on the parts I specifically said no to. At first we went to Firestone to see if they could just patch up the tire since the tire was only a couple of weeks old. When Firestone could not; we came here. Glad we did. The store manager Harold was both knowledgeable and professional. After looking at the tire he said that absolutely he could patch it up and explained in detail how the process is done. He never tried to sell us unnecessarily services or products and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. For everything it amounted to about $25.00 (including tax) Not bad compare to say a brand new tire...Thank you guys for a great experience and for taking such good care of us. I went in to buy a new battery and even though Advance advertises that they take out and re-install new batteries purchased there, I just knew that I was gonna be doin' the work myself.
