So I have left multiple reviews explicitly stating how my buying experience has been. Most, if not all, has been absolutely terrible and I made it clear as to why/how. I told the bad and updated the bad, however I want to be completely transparent about everything and fair to everyone. I can not give 5 stars because of the way the sales manager conducted himself before, during, and after the sale was made. What I can do and will do is tell future customers who did try to make things right. I would give them 5 starts as individuals. Mary and Danielle respectively get 5 stars. I said in a previous post that Mary could not be contacted and wouldn't return my calls. All of that was true, however what all of Mary's colleagues failed to mention was she was out on medical leave. So they led me to believe they were passing messages to Mary when in fact they were not. I finally got in contact with Mary. Mary had no idea I was trying to reach out or that I was having such a bad experience. I apologized for implying Mary was unreachable as I didn't know my messages were not getting through to her. After explaining what issues I was having Mary made sure to do everything she could to make it right. Mary made sure my bike was picked up, serviced, and dropped off to make things right. It was supposed to take 3 days to complete and I had my bike back within 2. While my bike was being serviced Danielle made sure to contact me and let me know what all my options were for my bike. She was very pleasant on the phone and treated me like a human. The young man who came to pick my bike up and drop it off was very helpful and explained everything he could. I don't trust that everyone in this Harley Davidson store is on the up and up and cares about the customers. What I can say from my personal experience is that Mary and Danielle are the two who genuinely care about treating people right. Thank you Mary and Danielle for everything you two have done to make things right, be respectful of my time and money, as well as treat me like a human and not like a sales stat/commission like the other HD sales people did. Bottom line is Mary and Danielle get 5 stars. If you are having trouble with this HD store contact Mary. Make sure to speak to her as her coworkers can't be trusted to actually pass messages along or be transparent with the customer about Mary's absence. Mary will do the right thing. Danielle will make sure you are treated with respect. It's the sales team and management that ruin it for the entire store and give that place a bad name. read more

Update as of 4/7/26. I received a respond from Mary at the dealership who asked me to give her a call about my experience. I made contact with her after the dealerships phone rang rang and rang but no answer. Called the sells team who redirected me a few times to get to her. She was apologetic after explaining my experience and said she would talk to the actual sells manager to help me out and I never received a call back. I sent a follow up email and to no surprise I haven't gotten a response back. Not a good experience, guess they hope I just go away. Original post: Tried to get pricing on a bike since they claimed they were number one dealership in Georgia. However they refused to tell me the price when asked and redirected the conversation about my trade. Which I provided everything they asked for multiple times but when I ask for the price and continued to redirect the conversation and never answered or provided what I asked for (the price). Expected me to travel hours out of my way through Atlanta traffic for a simple number. Poor experience and is a prime example why people dislike dealerships so much. read more

Stopped in because there was a car crash on the interstate and wanted to waste time and had probably one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at a HD. The women working in clothing were super friendly and told us about the HD app and how to check in to accumulate points which eventually lead to saving $$ after so many check ins. They carried a conversation well, were very sweet and understanding towards our children, and even offered me a chair in their dressing room so I would have somewhere private to breastfeed my son that wasn't the bathroom. read more

What an experience. We got in contact with Joey and he told us to come in because "the prices online arent the same as in person". We were also told to come because today june 28th was the last day of a sales tax promo and once again told that the prices on the website wasnt the same as in person once again. As we live far we asked them if they had a 2025 sportster in our 12,500 price range and they GUARANTEED that they had one if we came in. Then we drive an hour to this location and someone named "q" helped us and took us to this backroom full if bikes looking for a sportster. Finally we ask for the price of three bikes and he only quotes one of them which was the most expensive used black one. The gentleman told us that it was 16,000 then the quote was 21,000. Wheres the discount? Then we said that we wanted the quote for the blue 2 seater and he pulls up the price ON THE WEBSITE when we were MISINFORMED THAT THE PRICES ON THE WEBSITE WERE DIFFERENT AND CHEAPER IN PERSON. He also told us they "heard the phone call cause it was recorded" and they denied, denied and denied. From a consumer perspective this is a kick in the nuts as we drove an hour for a price we couldve seen online. Then we say well the what is the prices with the discount which is a sales tax promo. Then he says the discount was only for NEW bikes and I said well thats not what it says on your website. Then he responded with oh well it doesn't apply. Thats not even considering the fact when i asked him about the discount he didn't even know there was a promo HAPPENING. As he said when i first asked him "theres a lot of things on my website". So not only do the employees not informed about anything, they spread misinformation because they are lazy and want to sell NEW bikes. Thats exactly why if you quote a pre owned bike they quote it with a new one same model with no modifications and its the same price. In the end of this all we told them they couldve told us the prices on the website WERE THE SAME PRICE AND DISCOUNTS DIDNT APPLY. This is false advertising and misinformation within this location. Absolutely horrible service. When I asked for the managers name, phone number, and email. The manager came out and was snobby with us after we told him we were going to leave a formal complaint. Tried to set up an appointment to see several bikes for multiple weeks in a row now. First time I went in person the bike I had made an appointment to test drive didn't even turn on. Made several calls to see it once it was done and was always told the same thing "It should be done by (insert random day next week)". I learned my lesson from the first visit and made sure to call the day before to verify the bike was working. Every time I called the bike was not ready to be driven but they weren't going to call and let me know that they were going to let me show up in person to find that out. I purchased my 3rd Harley from ATL HD 20ish years ago and had a wonderful experience. This go-round, March 2026, I seriously thought I was on candid camera. I was in the market for a 2024 Ultra Limited. It took me 2 days, several phone calls and even more texts for ATL HD to give any pricing info and then they quoted $34,500, a $1000 over the MSRP in 2024. I should've walked away from their bull crap right then. But I was in the market for an ULTRA and I had liked dealing with ATL HD in the past, so I accepted their invitation to come and make a deal, believing a reasonable offer would be made. The front line guys, Q and Corey, are awesome, the sales manager, Will, and the finance guys are scammers. After the one hour slow play they came to the table with an offer of $40,000 for a bike with an msrp of 33,500 in 2024 and insisted they would need $12000 down. Needless to say I spoke 2 words and walked out. I would encourage anyone in the Atlanta area to shop elsewhere. Ultimately I purchased a 2021 Ultra CVO with 2000 miles on it from Independence HD in the Charlotte, NC area. Ben and the entire staff at Independence HD were awesome. I would happily make the 9 hour round trip to never have to deal with ATL HD management again and give my business to professional like those at Independence HD. read more

I just purchased a new Road Glide from here, and it was an average experience. They are going to play the #'s game with you and come at you several times with different #'s. What I don't like, is it appears the salespeople are paid based off of a review they send by email from a 3rd party. The salesperson has called me 4 times asking about the review, I explained that I filled a Harley survey the week I bought the bike. He tells me that wasn't it, I explained junk mail goes to junk mail and never gets seen. If your salesperson sold the bike, pay them. If dealers got paid based on reviews, many would go under. And when you call a customer, don't ask about a stupid review first, ask about the experience with their new bike, having any problems. It was a good experience buying, but change the way your employees are paid. read more

This Harley Dealership has the most uncaring, incompetent, and unknowledgeable people running the service department. I have taken my bike there a few times and each time has been an issue. The first time started with me making a morning appointment, dropping my bike off and being told it would be ready by 4pm. I arrive at 4pm and my bike has been sitting in the same spot outside without being touched. I was then told it would not be ready until the following week. Fast forward to my latest service appointment, I fuel up my bike at the gas station literally across the street from the dealership. Once I arrived I needed a screw for my back seat. They quoted me $60 for the service and screw. I let them know I only want them to sell me the screw only which was $5. Once I returned that afternoon to pick up my bike I was told by the girl that checked my bike in from that morning that they installed the screw complementary. I did see the screw was placed on my seat as well. Once I drove off I noticed over 60 miles was driven out of my bike! Apparently one of the workers decided to take my bike on a joy ride! But the final test of my patience came when I realized the screw they installed in my back seat "complementary" was removed from my seat strap! These geniuses took a screw from my seat strap and moved it to my seat. I am so fed up with the complete lack of customer service, dishonesty, and slap in the face. The pre paid maintenance IS ONLY GOOD FOR THEIR STORE!!!!!! It's not refundable according to the snake that sold it to me and can't be used at any other HD in the state of GA. They will say it can be used at any HD but it's only useable at the HD stores owned by the same people. they only own the one in Atlanta at this location. They are the most dishonest and corrupt people I've ever done business with. Of course all this is discovered after I bought the bike after reading all the fine print. Did not have a good experience. I reached out for a 2023 Freewheeler for my girlfriend listed as 22,466$ in sand pear that matched my low rider exactly. This was a great deal so I contacted a sales rep to inquire about it. They said it was actually in Florida with a sister dealership but could have it transferred to Atlanta. Said ok cool.. is it still available. They said it was available in text .. my girlfriend was super excited because she only wanted that color and that color was only produced in 2023. We made appointments to start the buying process. Drove an hour and a half to get there. Once there.. we are told they don't see that one in the system.. something about it was contracted.. whatever that means.. dosent matter I was told available and for that price.. however they said they have same exact bike same color in the back for.. drum tool please.. "SAME PRICE". I repeated same price? So 22600$? Was told yes multiple times. My girlfriend and I was like well even better. So we go sit in it watch my girlfriend fall in love with it.. go to the parts area pick out the parts that she needs to ride comfortably. Fill out out credit application thinking we going home with it today.. the. Sales person comes back saying it's 32,000$ with 11 grand down.. I'm like what the actual f? And ask about my Harley which is a 2018 Hertiage with 11k miles. I told them I had it but was trying to sell it currently and was not interested in a new bike. I took the Harley Riding Academy basic riding course, an it was awesome! "Suge" was the MSF instructor for the courses and he was very educational and informative on any questions the class had. The instructor took the time out to really help you with any thing that you wasn't totally confident with during the riding portion of the class. It's was a smaller class so it felt like the instructor could really take his time and work with you individually. Everybody at the Harley dealership gave us a great welcome and an awesome congratulations at the end. read more

They have had my bike 85+ plus days. For 6+ weeks kept giving me the "waiting on an insurance check" excuse. After I did the leg work to make sure they received the check they never communicated ANYTHING to me about the status. I reached out via Instagram ( which was the only way to get a response) they sympathetically responded yet chose not to do anything about it (aside from assuring me they were "sorry" about the length of the job) after they told me they eoukd have it ready withing 24 hours, I called to see how much longer it would be they told me it would take a few more days. Absolutely bad experience with the service center. I work in the customer experience field so I am not a Karen, because I know how ridiculous people can be. I put my bike in there shop early this year. it probably stayed there six months. Some of the time was due to the cams not being the right size that I gave them. I overlooked the timeline. When I went in I asked if I could drive the bike before I paid, and they absolutely refused. I tried to ride it out of there shop but they jumped in the way and blocked the door. I asked them to call the police so I could get a report. I only did this because I had a bad experience at Harley of Cartersville not doing what they say they will. Long story short Atlanta Harley will not stand behind what they say. They re-clipped my charger with a sip tie. I had them diagnose the front brakes and they said they just needed to tighten the front fork bearing. They charged me for the diagnostic. The front brakes where worse than ever. I had pre-ordered parts for this and said use them if needed. They said it was fixed, after riding the bike, I realized that the front brakes where not fixed, so I went to get the parts that I already paid for, and they did not have them. I asked how much to fix the front brakes and they refused to work on it because I called them out. They changed out my handlebars and cables, now my cruise control does not work, they changed my silver braided brake cables to black, without asking. They would not take any responsibility at all. This dealership has new ownership recently and they do not care about customer service. I also asked for my parts, and they would not supply them said I had to come there before 3 days of completion which I did. They said O you didn't check the box. read more

Stopped in here while in Atlanta for business to kill time one evening. The people were surprisingly friendly, the place was very nice with leather lounge chairs and a very nice customer area. There was a friendly store dog, helpful staff in every department. The even made an announcement to congratulate a new owner like on the king of cars! I don't know if it's just the south, but even the customers were friendly. The inventory was clean, organized, and the sales guys were starting them up all over the showroom, which will make anyone want a Harley! Thanks guys for creating a great place to enjoy the brand! A one liner review requires an update. First, this place is not in Buckhead. In fact, it's not even inside the perimeter. So, put on your space suits and get ready for a long voyage. Like all Harley Davidson dealers, this is more like a car dealership than a lawn mower dealership. Only Harley Davidson and BMW do this. Other places sell planting pots and weed whackers alongside the motorcycles, and smell like mulch. This place, like every other Harley Davidson dealership I've seen, is a full blown professional show room, parts source, repair shop, clothing store, and accessory depot. Also like most Harley Davidson dealers, the people are extremely nice, LOVE motorcycles, and know their stuff. They are patient, answer questions from the mechanically disinclined (such as myself), and go out of their way to find ways to save you money. Yes, it's like traveling to Pluto. You practically need a cryogenic chamber to get there without visibly aging. But, the people are awesome, the facility is top-notch, and they have cool stickers. Also, they give a 10% discount to military personnel. Even if you aren't military, it's cool that they are looking out for the people who look out for us. read more
