Never had any issues in the past not only at this location but also other locations. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the service. I was able to get the help I needed but the manner in which it came was not the best. I made the same observation with some of the other customers that came in and how they were treated and talked to. There was a lady behind the counter that had a really bad and sarcastic attitude. She didn't seem to want to help or have patience to talk to people. It was quite sad, annoying, and shocking to watch. She even acknowledged out loud that she probably pissed people off because of her attitude. I was there on a Friday evening at a little after 7pm. I've been to this location in the past and had decent service. Yes, they can help you with what you need and answer your questions. I went in to get a battery tested and potentially buy another one. I won't be too eager to go back to the store if the same individuals working there are there. I don't mind driving to a different location or even further out if it means I can get decent and respectful service. read more

Octavio is the worst employee I've ever seen. He didn't assist me properly. I can't read and I politely asked him to find the part I needed for my car and he just walked away and after 20 minutes he came back and in a very rude and impolite manner told me I could do whatever I wanted that he didn't care. Why can't we be a part of the solution like Gil. He new some of the customers that came. I came in to get one item and found it and needed a little help , Gil to the rescue, so nice so pleasant, just a hard working person made my trip to autozone memorable, just to watch him Interact act with all his customers. I have a Porsche and the Mercedes. Recently I had to change the batteries for both automobiles. Auto zone was the only place that had the exact same battery specifications as My original Batteries. All the other parts stores head lower granking amps etc. The folks here are nice and helpful read more

Horrible Experience It took over an hour for 2 people to install my battery incorrectly. They had no idea what they were doing. The first girl couldn't even unscrew the bolts. Then she put it in wrong. Lost some bolts. Another girl came to help. She also had no clue what she was doing. It would've been better if I watched you tube and did it myself. They also forgot to install the felt washers. These ladies were extremely incompetent. I had to call AAA to reinstall my battery correctly at Auto Zone. That is ridiculous that I had to use AAA to do what Auto Zone is supposed to do. I visited on March 17, 2020 at around 7:45 pm. read more

This is a great Autozone branch. I had an issue with a battery terminal cracking. Uriel F., a very helpful employee, came out into the parking lot and replaced it for me before I could even finish my explanation. They are extremely helpful and very efficient. Rainy day...empty lot, but staff was great and ready to help. Had to bring both cars to them at same time (battery issues)...crazy! Staff came to help, did their checks and diagnosed the issues. My husband stopped by this store the other day to buy 2 air filters for our car - a very simple purchase...or at least should have been. They didn't have one of the filters in stock, so they confirmed that their Dunwoody store had it. The clerk told my husband he could purchase both at the Roswell store and then stop by and pick up the filter in Dunwoody with a printed ticket they gave him. When my husband reached the Dunwoody store, he was given a horrible runaround and the clerk there was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She wouldn't allow him to pick up the part and wouldn't make any effort to call the Roswell store. My husband called back to the Roswell store and they weren't able to do anything to help. So, he ended up paying for the filter, again, and was told he would have to drive all the way back to Roswell to get a refund on the first purchase. I went back to the Roswell store the next day and was able to get the refund. I'm not sure why they couldn't have done it automatically, since it was a credit card charge. I thought that would be the end of it, but had to take my car to our Honda dealer today because it was starting to make loud noises. Honda looked at the filter we had installed and told us it was the wrong one. So, I drove BACK to the Roswell Autozone and took the wrong filter and asked for a refund. The clerk looked it up online and said it was for a Honda Civic, not a CR-V. So, not only did they participate in giving us a complete runaround, they sold us the wrong part. I'm not sure I would trust them to help with my car for anything if they can't even get an air filter right. To their credit, Roswell Autozone was very nice to deal with. They just don't seem to be competent in products or how their system works. read more

The employees at this location are FANTASTIC! The kind store manager and a gentleman named Uriel were great. Being 3 hours from home, I was pulling onto the 400 when I noticed a low batter charge indicator. I quickly found AutoZone and asked for them to check the battery. Having a relatively new battery, I was perplexed and assumed it must be the alternator. The battery was down to an 8% charge and needed to be charged to run a test on the alternator. 30 minutes later with a full charge, Uriel checked the system and sure enough the alternator was failing. Now, where to find someone on a Saturday at 1:00 in the afternoon on Memorial Day weekend?! Uriel had just the guy. Not only did they do the repair in under 2 1/2 hours but they treated me like family and kept my cost to a minimum. AutoZone 3193 went above and beyond to help me and my son avoid a real expensive, unplanned stay in Atlanta. If I lived anywhere near Roswell, that is where I would do all my auto supply shopping. read more
