I know what I order normally at a Starbucks and it is always a Venti size. Normally I never have any problems or bad experiences at a Starbucks, I've always had good service at this chain until today. I ordered my usual as a Venti size, the shift manager who rang me up acknowledged my order and rang it up as a Venti cause why would I get charged like $8-10 for my drink? She gave no one their receipts which is shady already and I notice that she was ringing up all ethnic people as Venti size and giving us grande or tall sizes. Maybe this manager is racist? When my drink came out it was a Grande size, the manager tried to justify and make me look like an idiot when I know and remember saying Venti. She gave me an attitude, rolled her eyes, and made a scuffle as she snatched the drink she was going to give me and slammed it on the back counter.
