Since we had visited on the same day of the week and roughly at the same time (Saturday at lunch time) as we had the other location, I'm taking a guess that this location is short staffed. I only saw one employee and she was working the register, which is 2 less than what I had seen in Denton. The employee was very friendly and quite cheerful for working by herself. I have no complaints on the service we received at all. I just hope they get her some help, because there were a lot of customers in the store at the time. As a store, this is still a neat concept. I'm always complaining to my husband about dollar stores that shouldn't be allowed to have the word 'dollar' in their name because most of the store is way more than that, lol. This on the other hand, lives up to its name with everything truly being $5 or less. I really like that this is the only discount chain, that I am aware of, that has fitness items. Yoga mats, balance boards, hand weights and many of the apparel and accessories that go with it. That's neat and it's a cheap way to try out a new activity without dropping a lot of cash in case you hate it. They even have skateboards there! Both times I've gone into a location, I've badly wanted to buy the squares to build your own fitness floor. I have no idea why, I wouldn't use it, but I want it, lol.
