We called them to clean it and the tech brought a little green machine. Which I have. It didn't feel professional at all as I had already cleaned it with my machine prior. Don't buy their plans because they won't give you the service you pay for or protect your furniture. I also bought a dining room table. counter height with 6 chairs. the screws are constantly falling out and some of the wooden parts just completely fell off. We spent a lot of money on these pieces for them not to last. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Their assortment were somewhat broad which was great and more upscale without the high price. Also, the overall layout was nice with less clutter than other stores. When I went through checkout I mentioned I liked their store and the cashier was very friendly and said they are often compared to Home Goods so I don't know. For example, I found a super book by a very famous children's author for 70% off and to make it even better, I discovered that the book was a new, signed copy! Score!
