I am a 'black' 78 year old Military Veteran and my wife is 'white'. We recently celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary and instead of going to a restaurant we choose to spend the evening at your PopStroke in Las Vegas, NV, bringing another couple with us to play a couple of rounds of miniature golf and getting a bite at your restaurant. The golfing went uneventful and we did enjoy that part of the evening. However here is where the issue(s) began. Our friends had to leave for home and were not able to join us for dinner. When we entered your restaurant we were promptly seated by the hostess at a table, and shortly after she brought us menus to place our food orders. We waited for about 20-30 minutes for a 'server' but no one bothered to stop at our table to take our food orders. We approached the hostess to tell her of 'lack of service' and she told us she had already asked the servicer(s) to wait on us, but all the while they kept passing over our table repeatedly to serve other customers around us, as if we were 'invisible'. As stated about I am a 'black' individual and at the time I was wearing my "Make America Great Again" red baseball hat. My wife seemed to think there were possibly 'two reasons' why we were passed over for not getting service at our table. 1. My wife believes since I am a 'black' man wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat ' that was the reason we were not attended to. 2. I believe the reason we were passed over was because we were a "Inter-Racial Couple'. Either of these reason is "100% unacceptable "in any business environment. I asked to see a supervisors and one of the ladies at the front desk promptly got him for us. But the attitude of the supervisor took toward our complaint seemed less than sympathetic and what we had gone though and he did not apologize for the shortcoming of his employees or say he would speak to his staff for the lack of service to we received. To paraphrase what he said was; what do you want, a "free round" of golf? This statement in itself is 'unacceptable and degrading toward my wife and me." We have lived in Las Vegas since 1996 and since that time we have visited hundreds of local restaurants in Las Vegas and surrounding cities and my wife and I 'have never' been treated at an of them the way we were treated at your PopStroke. And in good conscious, I will never recommend any of my friends or anyone else to use your facility due to the terrible and demeaning service my wife and I had to endure. read more

Great time at PopStroke! This is a Tiger Woods owned mini golf course that replicates real golf holes and is an experience unlike any other. You pay for a day pass instead individual rounds like other mini golf courses but this gives you access to outdoor games, a bar and food area, and some entertainment options. I would recommend going early in the day to take advantage of the day pass and also try going during the week as they have different promotions for their passes. Great spot for date night, family fun, or activity to do with friends! We went here on a Sunday evening, as the sun was setting. This spot used to be an empty dirt lot with scattered parking spaces, and recently became a putting green. As we pulled up to the parking lot, loud music was audible. Great music choices! Pop dance music. We were hungry so went to the bar to get some food first. Menu prices seemed cost effective, and choices were great - variety of bar food with tacos, burgers, and nachos, but also some healthy alternatives like salads and sandwiches. We got two types of tacos - steak and shrimp. They came in trays of 3 each, accompanied with tortilla chips and salsa. Delicious, the quantities were enough to satiate our hunger. The tacos were well done and had texture and flavor. Service at the bar was great, the bartenders were very attentive of all guests. Also there's games available in the bar area - cornhole, ping pong, and foosball! After dining we went to the lobby to pay for the putting session. There is a local rate, and various discounts available for military and kids and age 60+. The venue has different specials going on too, for Mon-Wed. You also get to keep your golf ball. The green itself has several areas of different difficulty levels, with at least 15 putting greens . Very casual, super relaxed. First time coming here, cool spot. I like the bar area. The only downside is they have all the game tables next to the bar and you have kids running around without adult supervision. This place can be such a fun time, but ONLY if you go during the day in the afternoon before it gets busy. Once the sun goes down I cannot recommend it because it's almost a scam with how they operate the greens (I will elaborate) I went here on a Saturday afternoon with a group of 5 and it was surprisingly smooth and fun going from hole to hole without any interruptions (minus a couple impatient people). However, if you go here once the sun is down, especially on a weekend, you will wait at least an hour to even start to play. The worst part is that you won't know this until you've already spent $40+ to get onto the greens and by that time it's already too late to turn back. I didn't get any food when I went, but the drinks were fine and the ambience was nice and relaxing since it wasn't super crowded. I do also want to note that there's usually kids running around the place with no supervision and the layout of the greens is prone to injuries. read more

Woah! Super cool experience!!! The whole place is cool & just makes sense but get there early!!! My husband & I met a couple of our friends around 7 on a Saturday & it was perfect when we got there! Not a ton of people & we didn't have to wait much to play! We paid $35 (locals discount) & we were able to golf till 1am! Also we could leave & walk around Town Square then come back, it's seriously super cool! So once we played the blue course we decided to leave & come back around 10pm-ish I wanna say? We walked in, walked right out LOL!! It. Was. Packed. To. The. Rim! Absolutely insane how many people were outside it looked like Disneyland ride lines... lol so we decided there was no going back to play BUT needless to say we did have an incredible time before leaving! I do recommend going earlier & enjoying it all before it gets super packed cause it truly is SO FUN! Super cool hangout spot to bring the family, as well! Good entertainment concept. Black course was fun. We went on Thanksgiving, so experience was abbreviated. Venue posted closing early at 10:00p instead of Midnight. Kitchen also closed. Las Vegas in November is a bit brisk. Fans were visible throughout presumably for warm Summer weather. Strategically placed heaters would have been nice to try and take some of the chill off. Course bar staff were reporting they were cold and would have enjoyed some type of heater. Additionally a hot beverage would have been especially on time given the weather. Bar staff advised no hot beverages available. Management should investigate heaters and having hot beverages available. 49 degree temps at 9:00p in November does not make for a pleasant experience. read more

This is both a review and a concern for this place which I hope the establishment reads and takes into consideration. Review: I did the mini golf and ate at the restaurant. The food was pretty good, but a bit pricey. Had the smashburger and parm truffle fries, the fries were honestly the best part. My husband had the Birthday Ice cream shake, which was $10 for like an 8 oz cup :/ The mini golf was fun too, we did both the Black and the Blue course. Everything went smoothly up until the end of the Blue course which is what we ended on, this is the concerning part of my review. - I was on the Blue Course 15th hole, heading to the 16th hole, which is in the corner by the playground. There are some steps heading down from 15 to 16, I had my husband help me down as I'm pregnant. There were other players currently taking their turn, so I started to walk to the bench behind the start of the hole. I was walking along the fake rough grass, this area was a bit narrow, and I slipped and fell. I ended up landing on the right side of my body, but was able to brace my upper body with my hand. The entire side of my leg/hip and hand that impacted the ground, was WET. Not a sprinkle or two of droplets, but as soaked as skin can get, my dress was soaked too. Luckily, my fall wasn't that bad, and my baby has been fine since. Inspecting the area after, I realized that in the corner where I walked, there were some trees that were higher up on a small slope, with some sprinklers there. The entire corner there was soaked. So my theory is when the trees get wet, this being the desert, all the leftover water trickles downward to that corner. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, anyone can slip there! There was an employee that ran over to check on me and helped me up after I was ok to stand. It was very troubling and I do wish someone had checked up on me again after, as this is very concerning. read more

Beautiful day to try Pop Stroke. Greeted at the entrance when I arrived, hostess was so friendly when seating me in the bar area dining room. Open setting with a wonderful breeze and big screen TVs everywhere. The waiter was fast to set up drinks. The food came out at a good pace. It's nice to see the Manager come out to the dining area to greet guests and ask about the service and food. Really shows they care. The atmosphere is electric! Had a birthday party and I went there for the first time. Immediately felt comfortable there. Large area for groups. The food was delicious. The service from every staff member was fast. Very professional and friendly. I went during their first month opening and it was a crowd! I only wish this place were bigger. It has so much potential for growth with the crowd it brought in. I'm hoping that in time it wouldn't be as crowded, as it took nearly 30-40 minutes per hole to play. I eventually decided not to finish and just play ping-pong instead! A family oriented atmosphere it is indeed! Popstoke is a upscale mini golf course unlike the cheesy ones I grew up going to. The bar and restaurant side is unique as with its open walls and beautiful 180 view of outdoors area. You cans sit and watch the mini golf course and dine. To one side, you relax at the comfy lounge chair and enjoy a cocktail and/ or play with some of the outdoor games that are offered to all at no charge. We were not able to use or apps to keep track of the game or order food because it would not load on our phones properly. There were no issues though as the waitress was able to take our orders. Food and drinks are good but nothing to write home about. My downfall of the experience are the ridiculous long lines and uncomfortable waits to get to the next hole. I think it may have been because it is new. I loved the idea that you can enjoy beverages while you play and the areas set to place your drinks down to while getting your game on. There are two areas golfing areas ( for new players and for more experienced ones). Although the park looks bigger online and photos it is twice smaller that what I expected. Still it is worth checking out and having a great time with friends, family or for even teambuilding. We did not eat there so can't review it. Service people were nice and attentive. The setup is nice. The course is in good shape except for areas where people dropped/dripped beers. This they need to address more often. The mister fans made the putting enjoyable. They kept most of the course cooler/bearable. One big problem is they need to keep groups to a max of four. There was a group of eight that held everyone up. Several of the groups and us just bypassed them to the next hole. Since you can play the course multiple times we weren't unhappy about it. Just need to set a max number in a group so the flow from hole to hole stays constant. One minor beef. I bought a water bottle from them. While I was putting one of the workers took it. They didn't clean the beer mess but they took my water bottle. read more

Went last week for the first time after having this as a must do for the last few months.. I will say the experience was so underwhelming. It took almost 3 hours to get through a course. I understand that playing is not guaranteed, but for the price you pay, you would think there would be a better system. The music was also pretty boring, every other song was a country song. Cool place that's great for all ages. I like the convenience of being able to order food and drinks on your phone and the staff was great. The "clubhouse" has a good variety of bars and dining areas, both indoor and outdoor, upstairs and downstairs. Sports are broadcast on flat screens throughout. Foosball, table tennis, and cornhole are among the games that are available. There is a playground for children. There is a counter that serves ice cream. The main attraction consists of two 18-hole courses of putting greens, traditionally known as "miniature golf." This 2.0 genre of mini golf doesn't have the windmills and ramps of the 1.0 genre. Rather, the front and back of each hole has a holder for drinks ordered from the bar, including one out on the courses. I experienced this place for my first time, on a Thursday night, as a foursome with three other co-workers. The weather was just right. I think it took us about an hour and a half to complete one of the 18-hole courses, which included short waits for those playing in front of us. If you're willing to download their app and keep your score electronically, your name will appear on the large electronic leaderboard if your score is low enough. It wasn't until after we started playing that I learned Tiger Woods was a part-owner of PopStroke. The biggest downside of this new attraction is the price: $38 after tax, and after $5 discount for locals. It's free to roam around the clubhouse. I applaud their decent selection of independent craft beers and locals beers. Before our group played, I came early to eat from the menu. I enjoyed the Black Bean Burger with Steamed Vegetables in place of fries. By request, the veggies were prepared without oil. read more

We are mini golfing family thus we always search for mini golf while on vacation. Like the other reviews, this place is packed! You can see the amount of people inside from the parking lot. They only had a worker checking receipts to gain access to the holes other than that its free game. People doing whatever they want, cutting the line, arguing, drunk, etc. It is small so people are standing right behind you and its already 100 degrees at night. Very irritating. It's like a sports bar as well so there is two bars outside. I did enjoy my drink. We waited in line 30 minutes around 8pm to get to the first hole. It took us almost two hours to complete all 18 holes on the black side which was the easy side. I honestly dont think it is worth the price. $85 for two people because it is a "all day" pass. They need to have workers on the green regulating the game play. The rules says six people per group and only 6 swings per hole. We saw groups of 15 and people were swinging whenever they wanted which makes the line longer. I loved they sold Blue Bell ice cream but at $6 a scoop is steep. Everything is overpriced. Be ready to spend money. I also saw two single stall bathrooms inside which were disgusting. I hope there are other bathrooms located outside because that would be terrible. read more
