With ample space in lane, solid food offering and working computers with extra features via Spark that also gives simulation, I'd prefer going here over almost any of the other places. While my son was enjoying the party, I sat at the bar to kill time and lose 100 bucks Bartender on duty a redhead late 30s looked at me probably three or four times she gathered ashtrays and then went to the back came back out put new ashtrays down and looked at me again never acknowledged me. She finally comes up and says whaddya want.... I understand it's tough to find a good job nowadays however, you have a job and you're just very miserable I guess. The prices at the lanes are already a money grabbed, and then you sit down at a bar and the bartender gives you a horrible attitude and terrible service. Perfect family friendly activity. This is located inside Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. It's in the back of the hotel next to the movie theater. They have a large space with neon lights, a bar, a few dining options, and an arcade. Prices are definitely expensive to bowl and dine, but I'm not surprised considering it's Vegas lol. They offered frozen margaritas for $1.99. Best believe I took advantage of those margaritas. Kevin was the cashier that initially assisted us. He was nice and knowledgeable about the prices. He assigned us to lane 34. It took us a while to find our assigned lane because the numbers were so small. I even asked a worker (did not catch her name) who was walking around for assistance finding lane 34. Her response was that she does not know either because she's new. Seriously? I'm not sure why she was out on the floor walking around by herself without being fully trained. We finally found lane 34, and come to find out, another group was already assigned to it. After all that effort, we had to go back to the cashier. The second cashier that assisted me gave us another lane. Thankfully, no one else was assigned to this lane. We played for 2 hours, and it was really fun. We ordered drinks and snacks from the two dining options they had. Judith was the cashier that rung us up, and she was simply efficient. The food tasted as expected. It came out fresh and hot. Service was quick and efficient. Aaron at the bar was also quick & efficient while cashiering, keeping track of tabs, and pouring drinks. Although bowling was fun, the effort to find our assigned lane was frustrating. It can definitely get crowded. Majority of the tables were filled. Food and drinks are as expected. We had a 39 minute wait so we sat at the bar and indulged in the $1.99 margaritas where you had the option to add a shot for an extra $2.00 which I did. Reviewing the VIP Suites at Red Rock Lanes! Held my birthday party here for a group of 60 adult friends and I wanted it to be fun, high key lit, social, and demonstrative of the way "Las Vegas bowls". Nicole from the F&B team was very communicative with all of my emails, calls, and questions. The Catering and Bowling ambassadors on the evening of were also very helpful in keeping refreshments filled, entertainment going, and timing moving (with the agenda as we only had 3 hours). The Spark Bowl really added to the ambiance. There was plenty of space to socialize, bowl, even DANCE, have a balloon backdrop and photo booth, display set ups, goodie bags, and a bar. They allowed us to also bring our own lights (but no fog machines lol) and I blue-toothed my own play list into the speakers. The TVs next to the seating area shows local sports while the big screen was able to display my own graphic. We also brought some decor like flower centerpieces, signs, and tableclothes. Admittedly, the party was not cheap but I do feel you get the quality you pay for. The food was decent.. definitely not from the bowling alley bar.. the drinks were good.. and everyone loved the cakes! I almost wish I added another hour to the party but 3 was perfect so we could still keep the party going at Rouge Lounge. Definitely hope to host a party here again in the future.. and maybe I'll actually bowl (bc I was having too much fun with everything else). read more

First timer here! Cosmic bowling!!!! I feel like this is the best place to hang out to watch your favorite sports and do bowling at the same time. It is $10.50 per game and $10 shoe rental. They play lively music and wear your neon shirts so its glow in the dark :) We ordered pizza, wings, loaded fries and beer and sodas. I went with 4 people on a weekend and the prices were pretty hefty in my opinion, but that's something that you expect in Vegas. My main complaint is with the concessions area. I ordered from the app and got chicken tenders and loaded fries. What I didn't realize because there was no description on the website was that the loaded fries were buffalo chicken. They arrived piled high with sauce and chicken, and I don't particularly love buffalo sauce, but it was still good. However, it was absolutely not a finger food and when I asked for silverware I got a very passive "we don't have any." Which was crazy. So my partner had to venture back into the casino to a Panda Express to grab some. The fries were very wet, so the bottom layer wasn't really edible, and like I said, unless you really like buffalo, it's not a great option. Overall for the pricing I feel like we could have had a little better service. I will say they did have $1.99 margaritas that you could add a shot to for another $2, so that was fun. read more

The customer service from the employees is just whatever but the place itself is so fun! The guy working when we went stacked groups right next to each other for some reason, (they had a lot of empty lanes but we had to share our ball return and even our balls) with other people, which was okay since the people playing next to us were normal. (Thank goodness.) but at least our shoes weren't old and sweaty, lumpy and stink. They were ugly, sure, but rented foot coverings always are. Anyway, we had a good time with our family, everyone was smiling (except for the ones wbo kept hitting gutter balls.) All in all, it was a good time to be had. Would go again! read more

Not sure I would go again. Only booked one hour for three people for $86. I mobile ordered food as soon as we were at our table spent about $65. Food took over 40 min. I was honestly really disappointed and had to more so rush to eat couldn't really enjoy the game. Food was cold the only thing that was warm was the pizza. Fun times! Took some family here that were in town visiting. We did 2 hours of bowling and had a blast. The place is well kept and very clean. They also have food and a bar which was perfect for what everyone was going for. We ordered the bbq wings, teriyaki wings, mozzarella sticks and fries. Everything was pretty decent. The wing sauce comes on the side in little containers. The teriyaki was pretty good just very soy sauce forward. The bbq wings tasted like sweet baby rays. The fries were perfectly salted and fresh. Recently went back to Red Rock Lanes for the first time in a few years and did feel the need for an update. (+) Probably the nicest bowling lanes I've been to in the city yet. I've been coming here on a very irregular basis since about 2010. It's clean, has a great pro shop, a bar and snack bar for everything you could possibly want at a bowling alley. (+) Both employees I encountered today were very kind and friendly. (I was here around 12:30-2 pm today) When I first got in it was a friendly older gentleman and when I went to buy a couple of more games it was a sweet young lady. I couldn't be more pleased about the service I received today! (+) I love the bowling balls that were painted like billiards balls! Very fun! lol (-) Man, these prices are NOT cheap! $8 for shoe rental and $6 for a game on an early Tuesday afternoon. Yikes. (For comparison, South Point is $4.50 for shoe rental and $3.75 a game) Of course their facilities are much nicer, but you really are paying for it. This is not a review for food, but for the experience--It was packed on a Friday night, but getting my shoes and setting up our lane went smoothly. The place is a little loud with music so you have to use your outside voices but that's fine! I also saw pool / billiards tables and a bar. When you're playing with a varying degree of beginner and good bowlers, it's nice because bumpers can be applied & removed to be controlled at your convenience (& I definitely needed it sometimes!) They have a lot of stores near here so this location is ideal. This bowling alley is very clean. The lanes are nice, tons of TV screens to watch (basketball/football/hockey games), lots of sizes on bowling balls, good snack bar, restrooms are clean, and the service was great. While staying at Red Rock, the husband and I, along with friends decided to spend our Sunday evening bowling. I believe there are 50+ lanes with a game room and snack/bar area. It was super lively and crowded, but we were able to snag a couple of lanes. We all had a great time. The light effects were fun and there were also several large screens throughout to watch sports games. Tables and chairs, along with shoes were clean. After a long while, we returned here yesterday for a couple of games with my son and his g/f. I love cosmic bowling for the lights and music so if you do, too, they have it here! Prices: $7 per person per cosmic bowling game $6 for shoe rental (per my husband's suggestion every time we bowl, I'm just to going to buy my own shoes) We like Red Rock Lanes because it's convenient to meet up with the kids here. They have a lot of lanes available and the staff keeps it clean; I saw them come and sanitize the lane next to us soon after the group that was there had left. When someone comes in 22 min prior to price changes it would be nice to know that there will be a change when they ask me if I only want one game. If you are making the effort to ask for more games you should follow through. I waited in line to make the second purchase and waited after she failed to pay attention someone cut in-front of the line and missed the earlier prices by 8 min. If my kids weren't having so much fun I would not have given this business more money. Our cashier was Keana. It is better customer service to let your customers now a price change is coming up, especially when it is so close to the time, if they want to purchase the next game prior. However, came during a weeknight it was cosmic bowling (lights of, neon lights, music playing). It was $70 for three games and a pair of rental shoes. Drinks varied in price. Ordered first round with male bartender price was $23 (for two drinks), second round went and ordered from female bartender $28 for the same two drinks. Confusing yet interesting. This place was awesome... when we were here (at the Red Rock resort) for our divisional meeting their bowling lanes were where we held our team building event. The whole thing was ours for the night. This facility is bigger then any bowling alley I have ever been in. It was huge! Lots of staff were on hand to take care of every need as well and all with a great attitude. It was a very fun night that was well handled by the facility. When you have about 300 people bowling, another 200 watching, all of them drinking and eating... and everyone has a great time... you know you are being taken care of. I was amazed at how well this all went. The food was pizza, sliders and various sides... simple but upscale as well... not just normal frozen pizza type pizzas instead they were all upscale creations. They also had some awesome home made kettle chips that I could have eaten all night... and basically did! Impressive place for a big event. read more

I loved the setup of the bowling alley, the upscale decor, and how organized their system for getting a lane is. I gave the pleasant employee my phone number, and they texted me in approximately 8 minutes to let me know a bowling lane was ready. When you receive the text, you have 10 minutes to report to the checkout line, so be mindful of that and pay attention to your phone. The employee told me the wait would be 15 minutes, and a lane opened up sooner, and I nearly missed the 10-minute grace period. They have a tiny arcade and a couple of pool tables. For three games and two pairs of bowling shoes, the cost came out to 62.00. I will return, and the entire complex is lovely. The Red Rock have a movie theatre, various restaurants, big screen televisions to watch sports, free parking, gambling, you name it. People who decide to spend a day at the casino would have plenty of options to entertain themselves and pass the time. Red Rock Lanes is the first bowling alley I have been to in the Las Vegas area, and I doubt another Bowling alley can top this one! Was looking to go bowling and since our usual spot was under construction and all the lanes were being used by league members so popped over to red Rock for the evening. Surprised to see cosmic bowling going for a Sunday but remembered school was out for the summer, so yes it was very busy and crowded but the 3 of us were able.to get a lane. The evening for most part was pleasant , 55$ though for 2 games and 2 pairs of shoes...glad I had my own stuff. So yes, red rock lanes does charge more but you got to remember the cost of everything is going up but on same token I'm sure station casinos are making bank either way. The bowling area was clean. balls were greasy but that's normal. The staff was on it when people left and turned over the empty lanes. My only really gripe is that the tables are kind of close together so when the large family moved to the lane next to us, it got crowded real fast. Not to mention just the lack of consideration of them walking in front of us as we are trying to bowl and get back to our table in between player turns. Overall, good experience but would most likely go back during a week day or when school starts but that's just me.
