He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really listened to what I was going for. The perm came out exactly how I wanted with soft, natural-looking curls and just the right amount of volume. The trim was perfect, just enough to clean things up and make everything look more polished. The salon itself was very clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience feel even better. Everyone working there was efficient and professional, from the stylists to the people helping with hair washing. You can tell the whole team works well together and really cares about the customer experience. However, there's really only one lady who understands and speaks English. The guy who cut my hair didn't understand or speak so she had to translate, which is a deal breaker for me.
