The bottom line, Elly, is that you lied to your clients, and you broke the law, the latter of which means the police are keeping an eye out for you at the parks.
You lied about where you took your client's dogs to be walked, both on your website, and in person with your clients. You lied to your clients when you lost their dogs, and they wanted to know what area you lost them in when they wanted to look for them, thus sending them on a wild goose chase, losing valuable time, and the dogs were never found because of this. You lied to at least one client, giving her my friend and neighbor's address, and saying he was the owner of the property that you were given to exercise the dogs, and where you lost her dog, when he'd done no such thing, and had never even heard of you. There was no generous benefactor, who allowed you to walk the dogs on their private land, as you told people, and said on your website. You illegally used park property to walk the dogs. In a comment you wrote on this page, dated two years ago, you said you haven't walked the dogs in a park in five years. That's a lie. You've been seen repeatedly with the dogs on park property, and your van has been seen repeatedly parked in the park's pull offs more recently than that.
You call yourself a dog trainer. No experienced, knowledgeable dog trainer would ever crowd a mixture of dogs into a van. When dogs were bitten, or had their ears torn in half, you shrugged it off, like it wasn't a big deal. You just didn't care. You also had very little control over the dogs you walked in the woods. Dogs were running everywhere, and you weren't with them. I heard you screaming for them before I ever even saw you, and I saw the dogs running at me and my dogs to attack us before I ever even saw you, and you continued to scream at them, trying to get them off the trail, as they ran out into the street, almost being hit by cars.
According to the Department of Natural Resources Police, who oversees the land you take the dogs on, what you're doing is illegal. According to them, you aren't allowed to take a pack of dogs on the trail, you aren't allowed to have dogs off leash on the trail, and you aren't allowed to conduct a business within park property. They've been looking for you, having received numerous reports about you and the dogs. You're responsible for knowing the laws when you walk on any park poverty, and all the parks have the same laws. One day they'll catch up with you. You can't evade them forever.
You claim people cuss you out? You're playing the victim here, and you aren't the victim; those who have the misfortune to cross your path are the victims. When I encountered you on the trail, I never cussed you out. YOU cussed ME out, using language that shocked me. You were furious that I was calling the police, right in front of you, and reporting you for having dogs that tried to attack me and my dogs, and having dogs off leash in the park. You screamed at me, cussing me out, and continued to do so as you and the man with you tried repeatedly to get all the dogs back to the van, and off the trail. You had almost no control over those dogs. They didn't listen to you. Several ran out into the street, and were almost hit by cars. Your behavior towards me was inexcusable, considering you want people to think of you as a professional. I've heard that you've displayed this type of behavior, screaming and cussing people out, to my neighbors who have encountered you on the trail, and to a local pet business owner, when you tried to get him to include you in his business and he refused.
So, why would anyone trust someone who lies to their clients, shows no concern about the welfare of the dogs they're entrusted with; behaves in a manner unsuitable for a business owner; claims to be a dog trainer, but isn't good at controlling dogs, and doesn't know better than to not to throw them all in a van together; and breaks the law, as you have done? You say you've changed. I doubt it from things I've heard more recently. A leopard doesn't change its spots, and you've proven who you are.
YOU'VE LOST PEOPLE'S DOGS! People have lost their dogs, and will never ever see them again because of your negligence and dishonesty in the way you conduct your walks. No one should ever go through the pain of losing a dog this way. Again, you try to turn this around and make yourself out to be the victim in anyway you can. You are NOT the victim. Your clients and their dogs are the victims here.
The law is on my side. I haven't just spoken to the Department of Natural Resources Police. I've also warned other police jurisdictions about you, including the Park Police, and I will continue to speak with police, as I see them in parks, to warn them.
