Our food finally arrived around 8:30, even though we were seated at 6:45--an hour and forty-five minutes later. To top it off, she added an automatic 20% gratuity for our table of seven--four adults and three children. We're generous tippers, but jt was blatantly obvious she was coasting through the night knowing the tip was guaranteed. When the ribeye finally arrived, it was one of the toughest cuts I've ever been served--full of tendons and gristle, and certainly not worth the $40+ price tag. Honestly, I could have picked up a pack of two better ribeyes at Walmart for the price I paid for the one I didn't even eat tonight. When I mentioned my disappointment with the steak, she seemed unfazed. The only redeeming parts of the evening were the view, a cup of soup, and the vanilla crème brûlée. I made an effort to express my disappointment before leaving with zero effort on her part to engage in a solution. So I tried calling on the way home to speak with someone--no answer. So here we are..... our entire table left disappointed!
