The vehicle itself was attractive, and the staff were kind, cordial, accommodating, and easy to work with. My salesperson was outstanding. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to making the transaction as seamless as possible. Get the car inspected before finalizing a purchase and ensure that all commitments and representations are documented and honored. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale was less positive. A reimbursement issue did not meet my expectations, and within two days of purchase, the vehicle developed a leak that required immediate attention. While I appreciated the professionalism of the sales team and the ease of the transaction, buyers should conduct their due diligence and carefully review all terms to ensure the vehicle meets their expectations both at purchase and after leaving the lot. Overall, there were some great people involved, but the post-sale experience left room for improvement.

My sales contact was Tayyab Sadiq and he made this a great buying experience. He first invited me to come see the vehicle. I advised him that due to the distance and my physical condition I would not be able to do that, I would rely on photos and his integrity and have the vehicle delivered. His integrity proved to be unsurpassed. He was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and professional and he provided excellent no pressure service. He provided me with a complete and detailed service record. Times and dates of all maintenance items for many years were addressed which assured me of the quality and condition of the vehicle. There were 51 professional quality photos of every feature of the vehicle, which appeared like new, and when it was delivered those features were verified. I love it. Tayyab and management worked together to provide me a very fair price and I appreciate that very much. He was diligent to keep me informed on shipping details, time of pickup and time of arrival. My highest recommendation to anyone interested in purchasing a quality vehicle and enjoying a great buying experience is Tayyab and Atlanta Used Car Sales, Inc, "A 5 star plus rating" Ken Leonard

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE…read more Liars, plain and simple. There is a special place in hell for these guys. I bought and had a car shipped from them and they said there were no issues with it. When I received it, one of the front tires was slashed, a piece of the bed railing was missing, the AC didn't work, and the screen wouldn't turn on and had to be repaired. Cost me over $6,000 in total to get it drivable. On top of that, it smelled like cigarette so much that I didn't even want my kids to ride in it. Shame on these people. I am reporting them in every way I possibly can. Karma will certainly catch up to them based on not only my experience, but the other reviews on here as well. Avoid like the plague.

I recently purchased a used 2017 Subaru Forester and wanted to share my experience so others can…read moremake a more informed decision. To start on a positive note, I did appreciate the way the initial sales process was handled. The salesperson allowed me to do most of the negotiation over text and email, which gave me time to review and think through the deal at my own pace without pressure. That was easily the most comfortable and beneficial part of the entire experience. However, once the process moved into financing, my experience changed significantly. My wife and I were among the last customers at the dealership that evening while staff were beginning to close out. During the financing process, we were presented with documents to sign both physically and digitally, but there was very little time spent reviewing a clear breakdown of how the final price was structured or how additional products were affecting the total cost. We were given a total amount, but not walked through how items like GAP coverage and the service contract were being applied to the financing. The digital signing process also felt rushed, with limited opportunity to carefully review documents before signing. It wasn't until after leaving the dealership and reviewing the paperwork that we realized the total cost had increased well beyond what was originally discussed. I had negotiated to stay around $15,500 out the door, but the final amount ended up being over $18,000 once everything was included. I understand that I share responsibility for reviewing documents before signing, but I do feel that more time and transparency should have been provided, especially when optional products significantly impact the final cost. Additionally, after the sale, communication became very difficult. What could have been resolved with a simple explanation, such as how to handle warranty concerns directly through the provider, was not clearly communicated. This led to unnecessary frustration and additional time spent trying to figure out next steps on my own. After reviewing everything, I chose to cancel the GAP and service contract products and handle future repairs independently. That process was completed through the warranty provider. While I appreciated the flexibility and professionalism during the initial negotiation phase, the financing process and lack of follow-up communication left me with a negative overall impression. Because of this, I would not return for future business. My advice to others is to take your time during financing, request a full breakdown of all charges, and make sure you fully understand how optional products affect your total cost before signing anything. Overall, this has been a learning experience, and I hope sharing it helps others approach their purchase more informed and prepared.

This program is a huge financial risk and honestly feels like a money grab…read more The insurance provided is state minimum coverage. Even if the other driver's insurance accepts full liability, you are still required to pay the deductible--either $500 or $2,000, depending on the plan you chose. I strongly advise against the $2,000 option. Once you report any damage to the vehicle (which you are required to do within 48 hours), Flex immediately bills the deductible. If it's not paid right away, they will repossess the vehicle. If you're considering Flexcar, be prepared to have the following funds available at all times: -Monthly payment averaging $780+ with taxes -Accident deductible of $500 or $2,000 (If you're in an accident during the trial and can't afford all required fees--such as the deductible, membership fee, and swap fee--you risk losing your initial payment. And having the vehicle repo. The fees can total over $1,300 within just two weeks. If you opt for the $500 insurance plan) -Vehicle swap fee of about $180 -Membership fee of about $249 after the two week( billed once a year) -Limited mileage, which adds more pressure -No grace period for payments. When you add all of this up, if you have this level of money to give Flexcar, you would be far better off saving for a down payment on a traditional lease and carrying your own insurance. In my opinion, Flexcar is not worth the financial risk.

I love the concept of Flexcar! On Reddit folks talk about the nickel & diming and they are not…read morewrong but after years of dealing with older cars that we owned but needed repairs, the predictability of one price was very attractive especially given the insane insurance rates in Georgia, 7% ad valorem and the annual drama will my car pass inspection (more than once our "birthday" present was paying for a new computer chip not that our car was polluting) for our family it seemed a little expensive, given all the additional fees (and there are so many fees!). What we thought we were buying was convenience/time, less stress and reliability/predictability. We should be the poster child of a Flexcar Family and we would evangelize the product except ... For all we pay (and we paid $20,000+ in a year) every and I mean every experience with customer service has been a NIGHTMARE. I never write reviews. I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all BUT the last month the service has gone from not good to borderline abusive. First, they are sexist as hell! The contract is in my husband's name and we pay $20 a month for the privilege of letting me drive it. He travels for work and the peace of mind that having a newer car with roadside assistance is how I convinced him to join Flexcar as he was very, very skeptical. The most painful thing a wife has to say, "you were right" to her husband. Flexcar treats me like a child or a scammer. My husband has tried MULTIPLY times to get me added as an authorized user anr EVERYTIME there is an issue, I am not qualified to address it. Latest Issues: Last month we swapped out for a minivan for the Summer. It took 3 tries (at over 100 miles round trip ... that yes you are paying for those miles) and over 6 hours to successfully swap. What happened? The vehicle we ordered and arranged to pick-up with ~10 day lead time, came back damaged and required repairs (They never seem to have enough repair men) ... so Flexcar changed the picked up date ... admittedly in an e-mail my husband missed but he was out of town the day they took the liberty to reschedule. If someone would have called or the app they heavily rely on sent an actual useful message this saga could have been avoided. So husband drives out on a Saturday, calls me and tells me the situation with the manager right there. I can not pick up the car next Wednesday either but I could rearrange things and do Thursday morning. My husband commicates with manager, "She can pick up Thursday" and manager agrees. Thursday comes along and I drive the hour plus to their Stone Mountain location and low and behold, I am not allowed to pick up the car as I am not "authorized". This is the Thursday before a holiday weekend so they are closed Monday and we were planning to leave that day for a two week road trip which was the trigger for the swap in the first place. Ultimately, they delivered the car to us but only once my husband got home from his business trip. It was explained to me like I was a child this was to protect Flexcar from fraud. Two weeks later ... we got home from road trip and had a very busy day. It's Atlanta, it's raining and I ran over something causing a flat tire. I got off the highway at the first exit and called roadside assistance. After spending 12 minutes verifying who I am, this strange lady driving the car that again we pay $20 a month for the privledge of having 2 drivers. She agrees to call a tow truck but my husband must be there!! SO after a long day of work he has to drive 30 minutes?!? Not the convenience/time, less stress that we thought we were paying a premium for! Talk to Pep Boys Monday night, our vehicle will be the first they work on, straight forward repair, they just need Flexcar to approve the repair, could be done as early as 10:00 AM. 10:00 comes, I call Pep Boys for a status - THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR FLEXCAR TO APPROVE and advise me to call Flexcar. Where once again I am treated like a child or a scammer trying to pull one over on them BUT and this is why I have taken the time to write this (I hope scathing) review, I am told for the first time that I need to fill out an incident report within 24 hours of the "accident". (It a flat tire in Atlanta is characterized as an "accident", I now understand why Georgia has one of the highest car insurance rates in the country). I am also told for the first time that I need to take at least 3 very specific pictures for said report, wouldn't the time to tell me this be last night when I called? Or maybe they don't think the child can understand such instructions. Luckily, as an attorney by training, I did in fact take pictures, despite my child-like status of just being a wife. So last night I spent $20 for an Uber to get to work and today it looks like I will be spending another $100 to get to a very important appointment in Gwinnett County. Thanks Flexcar! Wife assured me it did not. They showed me the output from the ODB scanner that showed everything was OK across the board. A day after taking the car home, with less than 50 miles driven, the engine light came on and the car started stalling out when idle. A visit to Mall of GA MINI revealed about $4000 (95% of the actual cost of the car purchase price!) of repairs that are immediately needed. Now, not getting a mechanic to look at the car before I purchased it is on me. But I can't believe that the owners had no idea these issues were present on the car when I purchased it. Beyond having to fork out double what I paid for the car for repairs, I'm just bummed out that this nice couple were not honest about the condition of the car when I purchased it. You are always suspect of used car salespeople, and these two unfortunately reinforced those suspicions.
