The vehicle itself was attractive, and the staff were kind, cordial, accommodating, and easy to work with. My salesperson was outstanding. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to making the transaction as seamless as possible. Get the car inspected before finalizing a purchase and ensure that all commitments and representations are documented and honored. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale was less positive. A reimbursement issue did not meet my expectations, and within two days of purchase, the vehicle developed a leak that required immediate attention. While I appreciated the professionalism of the sales team and the ease of the transaction, buyers should conduct their due diligence and carefully review all terms to ensure the vehicle meets their expectations both at purchase and after leaving the lot. Overall, there were some great people involved, but the post-sale experience left room for improvement.

That warm, welcoming vibe you receive upon first contact quickly changes once the sale is completed. Iffy service practices, lies, and strategically convenient amnesia will soon greet you once they have your money. Save your time and effort and look for a more reputable dealership.

Proceed at your own risk. This company refused to send my title after payoff claiming I owed more…read moremoney for "interest". They sent me 6 emails and screenshots with different amounts because they have poor record keeping. They were essentially making up numbers and shaking me down. I paid more in interest after the final payment then I did the duration of the loan. Plus I paid the loan off 2-3 payments early. Each time I questioned their bookkeeping the amount I owed increased. I paid them to get the title and get them out my hair but I would definitely not recommend them.

Not the review I wanted to write... Purchased a 2007 Mini Cooper from the husband and wife team…read more Was concerned that the car had high priced repairs that were needed. Wife assured me it did not. They showed me the output from the ODB scanner that showed everything was OK across the board. A day after taking the car home, with less than 50 miles driven, the engine light came on and the car started stalling out when idle. A visit to Mall of GA MINI revealed about $4000 (95% of the actual cost of the car purchase price!) of repairs that are immediately needed. Now, not getting a mechanic to look at the car before I purchased it is on me. But I can't believe that the owners had no idea these issues were present on the car when I purchased it. Beyond having to fork out double what I paid for the car for repairs, I'm just bummed out that this nice couple were not honest about the condition of the car when I purchased it. You are always suspect of used car salespeople, and these two unfortunately reinforced those suspicions.

Not so crazy about how they handle insurance claims even when if the other drivers insurance pays them, they still take money from you first. Overall, my experience has been stress free. Oh also wish they were more flexible with payment dates, Just had my car serviced and it was a smooth transaction and didn't take long. Oil change/Maint. and replacement of battery. Guess everyone has a different experience and I've been with FlexCar for a while.

$50 Penalty and No Proof I've had my FlexCar since Nov 2024,…read moreand while I originally left a positive review, my experience lately has completely changed my opinion. Starting in August, my driving score--which FlexCar uses to determine if you're "safe" or not--started dropping. You're considered "safe" at 60 or above. If you fall below that, they charge you a $50 penalty fee on top of your regular monthly payment. My score was always in the 60's from April to August 2025. Now Sept comes and my score dropped to 56, and sure enough, they charged the $50. I called customer service on September 19th (the day they charged me the $50 fee) and asked for verifiable proof of when and where these supposed incidents occurred that caused the drop since this information is not on the portal. I was told I'd receive that in 3 days (not business days) which means by Monday Sept 23rd. It's now Tues the 24th and I still haven't received it. A person name Akeen from Flexcar Support sent me an email on 9/19/25 saying they were still trying to "gather everything." It's now past that point, and nothing has been sent. Not only did they put the $50 penalty on my account they also took away what I was suppose to receive in Sept which would have been $75 off my monthly rate and made me ineligible to receive the discount now. I truly believe that this company is taking advantage of their customers. This is incredibly frustrating. If you're going to penalize someone and charge them extra, you should at least be transparent and back it up with data. I've given FlexCar more than enough time to respond, and instead of resolving the issue, I've been ignored. Reading other reviews I see that I'm not alone. What bothers me most is it feels like they're trying to find new ways to get more money from their customers. I've had no major issues with the car itself, but the way they're handling this new scoring and penalty system is unacceptable. Until this is fixed, I'm standing by this 1-star review.
