But, to my surprise, I drove out in a 2026 BMW X1 in excellent condition. My situation was problematic - I'd spent the last five years abroad, and I neglected my credit to the point where it's considered poor, and I wasn't very close to being in the fair range. I needed a car urgently for work though, and was desperate. Initially, Mary mentioned that I was approved for a zero down payment and a larger loan, but the reality was a bit different. I ended up with a smaller loan and a small down payment (limiting my options). Jess and Keith took the time to explain everything, considering my credit history and the fact that I'd only been working for five months in 2023. They were honest about what I could realistically afford each month, and I genuinely appreciated their transparency. Regarding the car itself, the sale price was significantly lower than CarFax's estimate, even though the car was in excellent condition (according to CarFax) with no accidents, recalls, and only two previous owners. I also checked out a couple of other cars in their inventory, all of which seemed well-maintained and in great shape. Jess, Keith, and the team were not just professional but also pleasant to work with. Special mention to Mary, who efficiently scheduled appointments and was always quick to respond. I noticed some previous reviews talking about texts from Mary, but all I can say is, give them a chance. Finding a dealership like this one is a rarity. Keep in mind, they're running a business and need to make a living, so some sales tactics are par for the course. That's the case at any dealership, especially a used car one. On the topic of multiple credit inquiries, since I see that mentioned in reviews as well, it's also part of the process. I visited a couple of other dealers who did the same thing. Usually, it's just one hard inquiry, not a bunch of them. You might see a few soft inquiries, but they won't harm your credit. It's just them trying to secure you the best deal with a reliable lender. Overall, a big thank you to LI Auto Finance. I genuinely appreciate their hard work in making sure I left as a satisfied customer with my very own car. I've already shared my positive experience with some friends in the market for a car, and now I'm more than happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dealership!

I am now left without a car and out nearly $14,000. Nick was awful to deal with from start to finish and showed no interest in taking responsibility or making the situation right. The only bright spot was Carmen in the service department, who was always pleasant and professional--which is fortunate, because I spent far more time with the service department than anyone should after buying a car. The first error occurred at the drive-up ATM. I was attempting to deposit cash, but at some point during the transaction, the machine kicked out the majority of the cash, scattering it on the ground. After I collected the fallen cash, I noticed that the machine decided to terminate the transaction, even though there was still inserted cash that was unaccounted for. Fortunately, the bank staff was able to credit me for the eaten funds, and were very helpful and professional during the process. A couple of weeks later, I went to one of the ATMs inside and had another issue. The main lobby wasn't open at that time, but I wanted to make a deposit anyway. During this visit, the ATM felt the need to freeze and reboot itself during my transaction. Fortunately, I had just finished depositing funds, but I hadn't gotten my card out of the machine yet. I had to wait a minute or two until the machine finished restarting before I could retrieve my card. I was lucky that the error occurred towards the end of the transaction, but I'm concerned that someone else might not be as fortunate. Once this Chase location upgrades its ATMs, I'll easily give it five stars, but the machines that are currently there are too risky for me to use again. The bank staff has been very pleasant and helpful when I've gone in there, and the bank itself is clean and well-kept. Hopefully they'll get some new machines soon because I'd really like to keep coming here.

Also, if you run into any difficulties, they make almost no effort to help. There are other credit unions that are way better, but it is best to go through a bank, not credit unions at all. Banks will work with debt management companies whereas credit unions won't. If you ever get behind or in a jam, which can happen, these are the last people who would help.
