Additionally we've been renting cars at our own expense at a rate of $700 and counting and can't get any info from Porsche about getting a loaner car or a car through their rental office. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time, unless you are planning to pay 10-20% markup for a car. I get it, the GT4 is in high demand, but the online advisor I was talking to only mentioned the markup when I was already ready to strike a deal. Good riddance that I didn't get on a waitlist with this dealership, they would have wasted my time for months or even years before telling me their ridiculous markup. I have a 2015 panemera gts that I bought in ca, but then I moved to Bellevue, and start doing service in this dealer. I must say, this is the most shittiest service department I have ever encountered. They made me so upset and cried for 3 times. Though the advisors are all very smiley, and say that they understand blaublaublau, they are just not helping. And when they say they will call you back, they will not. I ordered a part in August 2018, and still haven't received it yet, and no explanation, and every time I try to check on the status of the part, they say, they will call me back. But guess what? I bought a 2015 Cayman here and have been servicing it at the dealer since then. The customer service here has tanked. For the premium price I pay for service (today is $395 for a simple oil change), I would expect premium customer service. I used to be able to take a courtesy car during my service but not anymore. So I'm sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting for a courtesy driver to pick me up (and it was scheduled beforehand) and I've just been informed he will be another 20 mins. It's also impossible to schedule and reach a person on the phone. Very disappointing and expect more from Porsche. read more

I can only comment on my service experience as I purchased my car somewhere else. Overall, I've had good experiences with this dealership. I've had a few times where I've needed something small done on my car and was able to drive in, without an appointment, and have a tech quickly look over my car. In many cases, it was taken care of on the spot. For my main service needs, they've also been taken care of fairly quickly and I've always gotten a loaner when I've asked for one. The one time I did have an issue, it took a little back and forth but the dealership and I eventually came to an agreeable solution and my problem was resolved in a fair manner. read more

I had a Panamera Turbo serviced here while purchasing it from the original owner. I literally had the car for a handful of hours before the dreaded V8 Caynne/Panamera '09- early '12 camshaft adjuster failure occurred due to the aluminum bolts in the assembly. Luckily for me I got to my garage before the engine gave out entirely. Porsche of Bellevue service was able to repair the issue within a couple weeks and had it covered by the Washington/Federal Emissions warranty. I only knock off a star because the window stop positions wern't reprogrammed so my windows/sunblinds were acting weird and a panel of the steering column wasn't fully seated, but I fixed these myself. read more

We were waiting for a while before an employee came by and told us they will be with us shortly. 20-30 min passed by and nobody was there to help us. So we left and I called their phone number only to be greeted by a voice mail stating that I am in the market to purchase a 2019 Cayenne and wanted to see if we could find a time that works for both of us. I didn't purchase my 911 from this dealership, so I am really impressed how they handled my warranty issue. I bought a 2016 CPO C2S back in January 2019. Not my daily driver, so haven't put a ton of miles on it. Noticed a few months ago the rubber seal failing on rear window glass. All other seals were fine. Did a little research on the internet, find this isn't isolated and many have had the rear glass replaced under warranty. I took the car to my local dealership, thinking this would be an open and shut case. Nope. Weeks and weeks of stalling, failure to update or return calls. Then a flat out refusal to honor the factory warranty, claiming the seal failed due to outside influence, along with a ridiculous quote to replace. Spoke to my sales advisor in Oregon who sold me the car and he suggested Porsche Bellevue before driving two hours to Portland. I went up and they brought the car in for evaluation. Gave me a Macan S as a loaner as well. Went back and forth a few times, which I now think may have been more due to PCNA not wanting to step up and fix the issue. In short, Porsche Bellevue came through for me and got it done. On the way up to get the rear glass replaced, I get a rock chip in the front windshield- are you friggin kidding me??? They got it filled for me free of charge (shout out to Euroglass, almost invisible). The sales staff are rude, acting like customer service doesn't matter because some rich asshole will come in to pay cash for yet another toy. I didn't purchase my Porsche Panamera from Barrier but I wanted to have them service it since I now live in the Seattle area. Upon calling for an appointment, the girl who answered the phone to take the appointment was rude and didn't make an effort to be accommodating. Here I am with a $115k car and they couldn't even offer a ride to downtown Seattle. For a company like Barrier who claims that the Barrier difference is service is total BS! When I asked for a loaner, they said I'd have to pay out of pocket for my loaner since I didn't purchase my car from them. That's horrible service and I now go to Larson Porsche in Tacoma where the service is much friendlier and they offer a free loaner or rental. I've dealt with the sales department on a few occasions...the prices aren't the best, but Dave was very helpful and tried to do his best. Unfortunately they were dreaming when they tried to selling me the general managers used Cayenne Turbo for only 1k off MSRP. We called and talked to the dealer and they told me tire was in stock and it would be waiting for me when I arrived on my Crappy Porsche Spare. I said I just talked to your parts guy and drove all the way from Seattle to get the Tire. Again was told nope we don't have it. Was about to leave thinking I messed up but my friend with me saw the tire thought the window in parts. I then went back to service and said the tire is right in parts we can see it. They claimed it was sold etc etc. I said I have a bad tire blown that should be covered as it split in middle of tread. I need to drive back to LA today not next week. They gave us some crap story and I pressed again then they said they are stealing from peter to pay paul. I was ???? confused by this as I needed tire now and no one else was buying it. It's very unfortunate that this is the only Porsche dealer in a somewhat decent distant radius but had I known their service was this bad, I would not have purchased a Porsche. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE at Porsche Bellevue. Even if you choose to do so, AVOID the salesman RONALD RAE. I live in Portland but purchased a Cayman at this dealer. The name of the salesman is Ronald Rae, who seemed very nice at first, but became quite insolent and terrible once I ordered the car. He lied at several points, was not responding to inquiries properly, and did not send the required document to DMV for registration as he promised. Here is what happened. First, getting the car. After the car arrived (it was built after ordered) Ron gave us two options: either they will ship it to Portland, or I can go there and drive it home. I took the second option, and double checked with Ron before going that I have all the documents required. But once my wife and I got there, all the way from Portland, it became clear that one document was missing, which was completely their fault since I double checked with Ron. But surprisingly Ron started saying in front of his manager that it was our fault that we did not have the document. He even said that he insisted on delivering the car to Portland, which was a BLATANT LIE. My wife was very upset. We came back to Portland without the car, and had it shipped to our home later. Then, Ron promised to send the title to DMV in Oregon for registration, but it seems he/they didn't, even after three months. They do not respond to emails properly, and if we phone them, they just keep transferring from one person to another, without any clear response. And after three long months, Ron is saying they will mail the document to me and asking me to take it to DMV. They could have told me that three months ago. Don't get me wrong, Porsche cars are great, and I love my Cayman, it's just this dealer at Bellevue, and this salesman Ronald Rae, that has made our experience awful. read more

We made a plan for me to fly up and check out the car. They held the car for me for a few days until I could fly up. They even offered to pick me up at the airport when I arrived. Your service writers are on a self-imposed power trip and their behavior is maddening. I needed to have my fob reprogramed and I was told by the service writer that I need to leave the car for 24 hours and get a rental, because they were out of loaners. OK arrangements were set and I came in. The manager came over and said why would you make this guy go through all that? It will take us less than 30 minutes to do, and sent the car into the garage. (so far so good). They found the fob was no good anymore and they would have to order one in (about 10 days), the manager said when it arrives we will have you in and you can wait about 30 minutes while we get this done for you. Two weeks go by and I don't get a call, so I call parts to see if it came in. It did arrive and they had it on hold, so I was transferred over to my service writer to schedule when to come back in. I reminded her that the manager said it would only take 30 minutes and I could come in when the part arrived and get it done easily. She said, "I have no time for you until a Saturday four weeks from now for a wait while work is done". I once again reminded her of what the manager said when I was there and she said: "Take the appointment or not because we are booked". I have already been taking my door handle off to use the emergency key to get in and then putting the fob back together fast to keep the alarm from sounding. No concern from her. When I finally get there to make my long-awaited appointment the Saturday crew is there. The man who was the service writer that day says "it will be 1-2 hours till we can look at it, because they are short-handed and there's no way I should have been promised otherwise" He has the nerve to also say "you need to tell our employees that they should not be promising you anything" I told him, "NO you need to tell them that because you work here and I'm a customer!" My car was taken in and I was told if I wanted to wait and leave as soon as possible I need to forgo the carwash that comes with service. OK Let my people go!!! After the car was done they drove it back out to the service writer to be released. After about twenty minutes of nobody coming to get me, I walked out there and said "is my car ready?" he says with a cocky attitude "I will tell you when it's ready and come and get you. He was shuffling paperwork and was oozing power trip. In my opinion, you guys win every trophy there could be for horrible customer service. My next Porsche that I'm looking into will NEVER be purchased from this dealership. PS a new fob is a dealer only item and is $500.00. Stealership! read more

Purchased a car from them recently and we liked it a lot. None of those annoying pushy car sales behaviors you typically experience when buying cars. No "let me talk to my manager" back and forth or silly scribbling numbers on paper to force a deal. Yes, this is a premium product and the dealership and staff are absolutely representing it in all aspects. Professional and effective process signing the paperwork, again much different from spending hours with the contracting person telling you the story of their life while waiting for the matrix printer to generate a pile of forms. Overall great experience and the car is a dream to drive, no wonder they are so busy and why it took a bit to have someone helping us initially. Highly recommended! read more

Very poor customer service! I did send them a code for a custom built Panamera 4S which I was ready to order and buy. No one followed up with me and despite my few attempts to get some help me with the order (I called them twice), all I heard was we don't have slots now but no clear answers! After all, I started getting random emails from one of their sales rep thanking me for taking my time explaining my needs to him. I had never talked with that person on phone! The battery died and would not take a charge, so I took it in to Porsche Bellevue for a warranted replacement battery. What should have taken less than a week has now gone on for more than eight weeks and still no battery. Really. No battery. No call from the service manager. I should have paid attention to the negative reviews before I scheduled my service. The other reviews were correct, poor communication from the service advisor. I dropped my car off in the morning and was told it would be ready at the end of the day. At 4pm I called to verify my car would be ready, only to be informed it would be the next morning before I could get any information. Never got a call or text from the advisor giving me status unless I initiated the conversation. The up front costs I agreed to for the service was more than I expected, in the end the service was incomplete, it even says so on my invoice... part of service but not installed...so now I feel cheated. I couldn't wait to get my car out of there as soon as possible and I will not be going back. A simple courteous call from the advisor informing me of the delay and asking if I could leave it for another day would have made all the difference. read more

Everything starts off great yet after the sale its all false promises to make things right. Spent almost $100k on a CPO here over 8 months it took me to get them to make the deal right. They shipped me a car with several cosmetic issues and never disclosed them then lie about when the damage was caused. It felt like they never old a car to an out of town buyer before.
