I had the pleasure of working with Rob, and from the get go he kept me well informed, no pressure to buy etc. I test drove the 2014 Porsche Cayman with a friend and I had time to go back and think about it and look at other inventory. I was not pressured at any point. I came back to them within a week, and went over the finer details and sealed the deal! Well really the CPO only they can offer is the best option for a used car, so I could not have possibly buy a Porsche anywhere else. As for the car itself, its a beauty! Yuni was extremely pleasant and jovial to work with, and within 30 minutes we had all the paperwork sorted out, and lending options finalized. Rob was on hand later to arrange the delivery of the car, and he went over all the features of the car and offered some tips. I also was able to call him a day after to ask some questions, and he was as polite as ever :) I was introduced to an advisor too, and hopefully when time comes to take my car in for any servicing, the experience will be as good! I just had another amazingly positive experience at Barrier Porsche, this time with the service department. I have a 2005 911S. I purchased this car from Barrier as a certified pre-owned vehicle. There was a rattle somewhere in the back of the car, and when I brought the car in for an oil change, I had them check it out. It turned out to be a broken muffler, and there was some question as to weather this would fall under the warranty. This is not a small matter, because the sport mufflers on a 911 are not cheap! Andrew in service put in a request to Porsche NA to cover the repairs. Even though it was outside the scope of the warranty, Porsche NA agreed to cover it. Through out the entire process, Andrews professionalism and depth of knowledge about the cars was impressive. I cannot say enough about how good my experiences have been with Barrier Porsche, the Porsche Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program, and the Porsche company in general. In a time when most dealers are simply out to milk you for as much as they can, Barrier Porsche is a welcome island of professionalism. I am on my third Barrier vehicle. I'd been looking for a used 991 for a few months, and had test driven a few, but none really fit the bill for what I wanted. I found one online at Porsche Bellevue and requested via email to schedule a test drive. Ron Rae got back to me within an hour. I had another appt. run late that day and ended up needing to cancel, but rescheduled for the next morning. I showed up at the dealership at the open, and Ron took me out to the car, gave me a walk through, handed me the keys, and told me to just be back in an hour. It was the car that was right for me, so we went ahead and did the deal right there. The pricing on the car was fair (I check KBB, Edmunds and Carfax before test driving anything), and I got a decent value (but not great - you never do with a dealer) on my trade. Went over to finance, and everything went very smoothly. They didn't run credit or make me sign a backup financing agreement in case the check didn't clear (yes, this happens). I also had the original receipt for the extended warranty on my trade and I simply asked the Finance guy if it was transferrable or what could be done. He took a look and two weeks later I got a pro-rated refund check for that, despite the fact that it was purchased though a different dealer. I also got an introduction to the service manager and he helped me with a couple of questions about the previous servicing for the car (it was CPO, bought new and serviced at Porsche Bellevue). Finally, after getting the car detailed and prepped for delivery, Ron sat with me in my new ride and walked me through all of the gizmos, setup Bluetooth, and sent me on my way in time to meet my wife for lunch. Saw some of the other reviews here and felt like I had to through in my two cents. I'll also add that the days of walking into a showroom and having someone immediately come find you to see what you need are going by the wayside. A Porsche dealership is going to get a lot of lookey-loos, but if you take the time to check out their inventory online and schedule an appointment, then you will get much more attention and much better service. A lot of the work salespeople do is not in the showroom, but on the web, following up on leads generated online and looking for cars that their valued clients will want. Do yourself a favor - do your research, schedule time, be informed and drive away happy (or is that someone else's tagline?). read more

Found the car on their website, emailed through Autotrader, Joseph responded that same morning. I asked the basics (1) tell me about the car (2) is it clean, do you have its history, etc (3) I don't want to waste your or my time, if the car isn't what is represented as is online. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon, the sun peaking through the clouds and the sky was as blue as the water in the Caribbean. This is it I thought; it's time for a sports car, and not just any sports car, I need a mid-engine. I pulled up to the Porsche dealership and was greeted by sales consultant, Lena Lang. It was obvious I had never been to a Porsche dealer as I wandered around aimlessly looking at the various vehicles on display not knowing the difference between a 718 and 911. She was soft spoken but deliberate and showed genuine care and passion for her craft. After a short conversation she was able to recommend a vehicle for me to drive. Shortly after the test drive, I came to the realization that a two seater convertible sports car may not be the best choice for me at this time in my life but my experience was so positive that I will definitely be back to see if Porsche has anything else in their lineup that will fit my needs. I love cars and believe the buying experience is a big part of it. I bought a brand new Porsche last year along with a $4k maintenance plan from Bellevue Porsche. A month later my car was totaled and I was assured by the dealership that I would receive a full refund on the maintenance plan. I have been emailing them for 10 months now and have only received $1k out of the $4k. It's very strange and surprising that one of the world's top car brand dealerships cannot issue a refund in a timely and courteous manner. I am not receiving responses to my emails at this point and I'm not sure what to do. Not a fan of this dealership. How I wish for the old days of Barrier Porsche. For 20 years I loved their service dept. Then Barrier sold to AutoNation. Now Service doesn't answer the phone. No-one returns calls. And it often takes WEEKS to get an appointment! For the last 3 years I've been told they are working on it but no change. AutoNation destroyed my favorite Car Dealership!!! And emails to Porsche USA seem to have no effect. To top it off I continue to receive letters asking why I have not brought my Porsche in for service. Really? Where's management? Worst customer service ever. Staff is extremely unprofessional and impolite. Here's why: Scheduled an appointment to have my tail light repaired at 930a. When I bring my car to the drop off garage, staff ignores you until you ask for their help and attention. I arrive on time for my 930a appt, but it's not until 1015a that they bring my car into the repair garage?? How do I know it took that long? Well I sat in front of their huge observation window in the waiting room, of course! Eventually, they pull me from the waiting room and tell me that they have cleared the "check right tail light" text warning on the instrument panel computer display. They print me a service summary saying that the problem has been repaired and is functioning properly and send me on my way As soon as I turn the car on, I notice the warning message to "check right tail light." I walk to the back of the car to check out the newly replaced tail light and guess what? It still doesn't work. This makes me wonder if the service repair man even checked his work after performing the "repair" and printing out his falsified repair summary. Furthermore, how did the person who drove my car from the service garage to the pick-up garage miss the "check right tail light" warning blatantly displayed on the instrument panel?? To make things worse, my bumper just under the tail light was covered in grease marks in the exact area they performed the repair, AND I find a new scratch in the paint!The women in the service dept tells me that she cannot be sure that they are responsible for the scratch...excuse me?? So they bring my car back for repair for a second time and offer me a loaner so I don't have to sit around and wait. The service woman repeatedly promises to call as soon as the repair is finished. I leave for several hours and return to the dealership hoping the car is ready even though I haven't received any calls from them. When I get there, the service woman tells me the car was completed nearly 2 hours ago. Why didn't she call to tell me? Did she FORGET that she repeatedly assured me that she'd call as soon as it was ready?? The good news is the tail light was actually fixed this time! The bad news is that they still did not take responsibility for the paint scratch. Eventually, we get the service manager involved in paint correction to remove the scratch. I bring the car in at a later date and they give me a loaner while they correct the paint. Several days later, I am informed the car is "ready" and I return pick it up. Guess what? Not only is the car not washed (as promised by the service manager), but the scratch is still on the bumper! WTH happened now?! Turns out, they mixed my car up with someone else's. So while my car sat on their lot with the scratch still on it, someone else got a free paint correction. Again I wonder, do they EVER check their work?? About 2 weeks after all this started, my paint was finally corrected! I decided to email the dealership's service manager and general manager about my experiences. Surely they would find this type of service unsatisfactory as well, right?? WRONG. It's been over a month and I still haven't heard back from them....not surprising. I'll be driving to Tacoma for all my future service needs. Would you trust this dealership with your car? I hope not. read more

I would give them zero starts if I could. Every time I interacted with this dealership, they disappointed me so badly. Nothing is professional. Lately I've called them twice to schedule an appointment for purchasing my Cayenne which is at the end of its lease and both times they have told me they are going to call me back, and no calls yet!!! The servicing department somehow manages to be even worse. Every time I take the care for some issues their response is that all Cayenne's have this issue! Like that is a totally acceptable excuse! It is unbelievable why a fantastic brand like Porsche has this level of poor service and customer care. It is sad but I am not going to purchase my vehicle even though I love the car just because of my horrible experience with this dealership and overall Porsche customer service. I recently purchased a new 2018 from Porsche Bellevue and have had a great experience. I was quite convinced I was going to purchase a completely different make/model from an entirely different dealer close by and went to Porsche Bellevue just to have peace of mind and make sure I had tried everything. I walked in with no appointment and was sent to Rob. I was completely upfront with Rob and fully expected a "sales job". I couldn't have been more wrong. Rob was upfront, honest, easy going, and very pleasant. He simply explained the value of a Porsche and took me on a test drive. I've never been a "car guy" and had never driven a Porsche. I was pretty surprised just how different driving it was (and think I may become a "car guy" on that test drive). It was late in the day and I needed time to do some research so Rob worked with me (off hours and on days off) to reserve the vehicle so I could do my research and come back. I ended up purchasing the vehicle a few days later on my next visit. Since then Rob has helped me setup the vehicle, research and purchase additional equipment, and understand the ins and outs of service and maintenance options. While make the purchase I was offered various extended warranties (which I am generally skeptical of). Although I turned down many options I believe some did make sense in my case and purchased them. The week following some complications arose which raised some red flags on my end. On my next visit I spoke with Rob concerning the issues and we met with Johannes in the finance department (who had initially helped with the sale). As it turned out the situation was partially an error on my part and some understandable issues that were easily rectified. Rob and Johannes were understanding of my concerns, very gracious, and patiently took the time to explain things in detail. In the end I ended up going with exactly what I had purchased at the time of sale and am very happy with my decision. I love my new vehicle and am very happy with my experience with Rob, Johannes, and the dealership in general. It's actually been fun spending time in the dealership and becoming a "car guy". Bought a new factory build 2019 911 4s from Bellevue Porsche in Washington. Three months after getting a custom build going a key feature of my build was eliminated by Porsche. Not the dealers fault but no one told me and I might have chosen other options. I felt like once I took delivery(option was engine related and not visible) they were done with me and were not honest about the situation at pick up. Did not even apologize for not telling me on a 163000 dollar car. They never call back when they say they will follow up. Lets hope the service department is better than sales. read more

The sales and financial services staff were not overtly friendly and did little to make me feel like a valued customer even though I had flown for several hours into the Seattle area from my home state expressly to buy a CPO Porsche. The after-sale follow-up was wildly substandard. At this point, eight weeks after driving off the lot with the car, Porsche Bellevue still has not provided any certificate of title (last-issued, or current, or temporary). Without the title documents, I cannot register or legally drive the car in my home state. In addition, my state's sales tax and vehicle registration fees were included in my sales contract with Porsche Bellevue (I was not given a choice); Porsche Bellevue has yet to forward those monies to my state's tax authority or to my county's vehicle registration agency. I now have a car that I cannot use because of Porsche Bellevue's failure to follow through with standard dealer business practices. I cannot recommend Porsche Bellevue. read more

This place is total ripoff and scam - Anastasia told that she would charge me $275 for diagnosis process while other Porsche centers only charge me either $0 or $120 - $170 . In addition, all parts this place quoted me are 100% higher than other Porsche Centers. So, I ended up getting genuine parts from a different Porsche dealer in EST. For example, Spark plugs this location quoted $200 for 6 and the EST porsche center quoted $100. In addition, while other Porsche authorized dealers charge $200 per hour , this place will charge you $270 and they will deliberately try to charge you more hours by slowing down the work. Lastly, I stood at there for 15 minutes and no one came. I walked to Anastasia, and she and her fucking poker face welcomed me. I don't own you fucking anything . Who the hell are you ? This is how dealerships (service) should operate. I've owned a Porsche for 10 years now, and I've been bringing it in for service at Bellevue Porsche for all that time. Getting an appointment is never a problem, and I can often get an appointment within a day or two. They have a large fleet of service loaners, and if they're all out, they'll rent a car no-charge to you (other than gas). Their service staff are usually quick to greet me upon arrival, and their service manager Andrew Staffeld (who has been there at least as long as I've been bringing my car in) is friendly and helpful. I was concerned when Autonation bought out Barrier. I thought maybe giant corporate interests would take over, and service would decline. So far, that hasn't been the case and I hope it stays that way. I've only bought one car from them (10 years ago), but I would buy all my cars from them if I could based on my experience with service alone. My only critique of them is that what they charge for parts is a little on the expensive side. Granted, it's a Porsche, and everything is expensive, but still. Their prices tend to be a little higher than average. read more

I brought in my 991 yesterday evening due to a heat issue. I arrived at 6:35pm and walked into the service dept to ask if someone could look at the car quickly. A women said that they would be happy to have a tech look at the car quickly but I might have to leave it overnight due to them about to close which is totally acceptable. I went to the customer service lounge which is really nice (comfortable chairs, fireplace, magazines, refreshments etc) and watched Aaron the porsche tech going over my car meticulously to figure out the issue and fix it. After about 20 mins (past closing time) Aaron brought my car back around and I was met by another individual (sadly didn't get this service advisors name) who both walked me through what the issue was and how they corrected it. I asked the the service advisor what I owed and was told that we were good. Keep in mind I didn't buy my car from them so this kind of service was very unexpected to me and I was very grateful for them to take their time past hours to help me out. Due to this great experience I couldn't recommend Porsche Bellevue more and I plan on taking my car there for all it's future services. read more

Not very happy to write this review since we have had our car serviced at Porsche of Bellevue every time it needed assistance and had a wonderful experience up until now. Our car broke down and was towed there in hopes of getting fixed. First of all, my mother is the owner of the car and since English isn't her native language she was not able to explain what the issue with the car was so she asked me to give them a call. A service coordinator, Nicole (not sure of the spelling), that was assigned to our case was not really helpful at all. She asked me what was wrong with the car and I explained that we do not really know besides the fact that the car is inoperable. Well Nicole seemed to get frustrated with that answer. After I told her we were hoping they would be able to figure it out she complained how my mom was not able to tell her anything either. Her attitude towards me on the phone became negative after that. She offered that they "drive" the car around to figure it out. Nicole was not welcoming and unprofessional. I also did not appreciate the feedback given in regards to my mom's inability to tell her anything. Besides that, she gave me a price for diagnostics but failed to address the breakdown of it. I had to call the dealership back to find out that the diagnostics are priced on an hourly basis. When the time came to follow up I did not receive any phone calls, which was not that big of a deal for me (although that was the service quality we would receive before). So the next day I tried to call the dealership myself and see if I can switch service coordinators. The wait to get a hold of someone was pretty long (I was on the phone on and off from 11am to about 11:30am getting redirected and put on hold just to get to someone) which again, not that big of a deal to me since I get they might be busy. At the end, I was referred to their manager's voicemail since the receptionist was not able to help me out (no complaints about reception - optimistic and cheerful). Well, so far I am still awaiting a call back from their manager, Andrew (which funny enough happened to be our service coordinator in the past), while the time is passing by and time my friends is invaluable! Upsetting considering that I had my car towed there to fix it but I most likely will end up moving it to a different auto shop due to the lack of customer service. Very unusual service quality for Porsche and highly upsetting. read more

Was told to go to other dealerships. I did and had a pleasant experience. Tried to get service (oii change) and spent ten minutes on hold before service answers. Was told they would do a 20,000 mile service on the car. Replied the car only had 10,000 miles and just wanted an oil change. Response was no appointments available for the next two weeks. I purchased a used BMW X5 from here and had the pleasure of dealing with Ron. He was very nice and prompt and even came in on his days off to help get everything taken care of. Overall I'm very happy with his service but a bit disappointed in whom ever is in charge of cleaning out the used cars. There were what looked like wood chips in the glove box and sticky stuff in the center console, and the floor mats are HAZARDOUS! Armour All should NOT be used on floor mats. It's worth the extra 30 minutes when doing a luxury vehicle to make sure it's clean. Other than that I love my vehicle and would not hesitate to do business with them again! read more
