I tried to purchase a vehicle but encountered nothing but games. They were heavily over market on the car they had which was confirmed with a 6k drop over 4 months and tried to low all a trade in by 10k. After having a local dealer of their choice review my trade in and confim a similar price to what I was asking. The sales guy nathan then told me all the reasons that the dealer they chose valued it.wrong After finnaly agreeing on a price and.giving them.my Cc for a deposit.. ..the sales guy calls me to say he has to lower the trade in by 4k. Dishonest?.Games? You decide. I recommend you save your self time, frustration and money and try to buy elsewhere. Dealing with this dealership was the worst dealership experience I have ever had. They are obviously the reason people don't like dealing with dealerships. read more

My experience with the GM Brad Muller was an absolute disaster and something Porsche Canada should take note of. Worst Porsche dealership I have ever dealt with for lack of communication. This based on dealing directly with the GM! I put a deposit down on a new GT vehicle and was very happy to wait for however many months it took to receive. Being out of Province I even went out of my way to stop by and visit them when I was in Edmonton, as I very much appreciated being on their allocation list. Once I was ready to trade my current Porsche in that was part of the deal (and prior to the GT arriving...something they were always open to), Brad ghosted me. A General Manager...of a Porsche dealership...I have no words. That is how the leader of the Team operates, very telling. He never returned several of my calls, nor my emails simply asking for an explanation. Instead, I was told by someone else my deposit would be refunded. Incredible way to deal with a customer and not being open as to why they were ghosting me. Most likely they had a better offer, local client etc. that bumped me (even though I was #2 on the list) But could you not be professional enough to simply tell me that? One would think this service level would not be found at any Porsche dealership. But I assure you Porsche Edmonton has it covered for you...in spades. read more

BEWARE..Sold a vehicle out from under me as I had signed a contract and put a deposit down. Was told the vehicle was sold to me several times through text and email as the camera was apparently being fixed. After a week they told me.. whoops the vehicle is needed back by the previous owner so you are out of luck. Not the first review saying this, so not sure I believe the story of the previous owner, but either way it has costed my family a ton of headache and have not really been helped out after what happened. Thought by going to a Porsche dealership we wouldn't feel treated unfairly as a consumer but 2 weeks later and nothing has gotten done. Will notify AMVIC who I'm hoping will protect consumers who do not deal in the buying and selling of cars daily like the professionals at a place like Porsche. read more

A very pleasant experience. Mike's lack of pressure to buy was a relief but it was only later that we realized he had a secret weapon- the Cayenne S. Oh sure, it seems innocent enough. But after a little conversation and a short test drive, he hands you the key fob and casually tells you to bring it back the next day. And that is how they get you! Beware the salesperson who lets you drive a car like that ; ) The next day you are almost hoping for a ridiculous interest rate or strange clauses in the contract. But nope, a great rate and warranty. I had a second or two of apprehension when I signed the paperwork but have not felt a moment of regret since. Mike was knowledgeable, helpful and answered emails quickly and any interactions that I have had with service or sales since have been top-notch. read more

Found my dream car on the Porsche website, pre owned of course and sent Porsche Edmonton an email to discuss further. Long story short, after a week of conversing back and fourth with one of their sales representatives and getting everything together on my end, they went and sold the vehicle and didn't tell me until two days later. Very disappointed as I was told it would be the best car buying experience I've ever had. read more

I just picked up my new vehicle from Porsche Centre and I have to say that it was one of the best car buying experiences ever from beginning to end. The salesperson did not rush the decision making process and simply provided information and advice from day one. From there he kept me informed on a consistent basis about the status of my car and when to expect delivery. This has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend them. read more

I have purchased over 20 vehicles from dealerships in my lifetime (3 from Go dealerships) and this was the best experience by far. Although I bought a used Porsche , I was treated as though I was buying a brand new one. Being a Porsche dealership the sales people are highly trained and knowledgeable but Phil Nessner- Wierenga was exceptional. I wasn't even looking at that dealership but was waiting for a salesman from the next door sister dealership Edmonton Land Rover when a Cayenne caught my eye. An hour later ,the deal was done as the Sales Manager cut through the typical BS and gave me a fair price. Of course the $500 GO Bucks always help but Phil through in a $100 gift certificate when I picked up the vehicle. When I bought the Cayenne it was spotless but when I picked it up it looked as though it came off the assembly line and was sitting on the showroom floor. The detailing was amazing. I would highly recommend Phil and this dealership. read more
