Integrity. Honesty. Customer Service. These are all words that mean nothing to the associates of this dealership. If you think that purchasing a "Certified Pre-Owned Porsche" from an authorized Porsche dealership would be a safe way to get a vehicle, you are mistaken. I found out the hard way that nothing could be further from the truth. I purchased a car from Porsche of the Main Line and had it shipped to my house in Seattle. Upon receiving the car, I noticed a severe wobble when braking. I took it to my local dealership, where they told me that the rotors were warped and the brakes were worn. This was on a car that supposedly passed the 111 point CPO inspection. Other issues that the car had included a dead battery that needed replacing, a windshield wiper motor was DOA, and the car was even low on oil. Does this sound like a car that was "Certified"? When contacting the dealership about the brakes, they initially ignored me, denied any problems, and wasted my time. Even after providing documented proof of the needed repairs from my local dealership they still refused to cover the cost of the necessary repairs in order to bring the car up to a driveable condition. I tried resolving this with them for over a month, dealing with the salesman, pre-owned manager, service manager, and GM, all of which either ignored me or just gave me the run around. The car has now been sitting for over a month while my attorney and I are finalizing our lawsuit against the dealership. Avoid this dealership at all costs. read more

It's rare that I will write a review about a business, but I feel I must talk about my unusual and extremely positive experience with Main Line Porsche, my salesman Randal Boyer, and the Sales manager Ryan Kerschner. I had previously owned a Porsche 911, bought from a different dealer. When it came time to trade up, a colleague had previously bought from, and recommended Main Line Porsche, and the salesman Ryan Kerschner. They offered a competitive price and I ordered a custom made car in December, putting down a non refundable deposit, with the car to be delivered in April. The entire buying process with Ryan was simple, straightforward, professional and respectful. Truly the car of my dreams. Then, in late March, I was laid off when the pandemic hit. Truly unimaginable. I needed the cash to live, and was forced to cancel the order. Despite no obligation to do so, because to the extraordinary extenuating circumstances, the sales manager Ryan Kerschner worked with me regarding the deposit, and I am extremely grateful. Porsche on the Main Line is a fantastic dealership. I live in MA and came across one of their CPO's on AutoTrader last week. The car is a 2011 Panamera 4 with low miles, flawless condition, clean carfax, etc for a lower price than anyone else on the east coast. I inquired online and was replied to within minutes by a very polite gentleman named Tim Grape, who works in internet sales. Tim and I exchanged dozens of emails, as I had many questions. He always replied within minutes, even over the weekend and late night when I sent emails to him. He is very dedicated to his work and is very knowledgable with Porsche vehicles. Yesterday, I took the drive from MA to PA to see the Panamera and met Tim there. He was just as polite and professional in person as he was via email and phone calls. Ive been driving for 20 years and have gone through dozens of cars (new and used) and I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience I've had with a car dealership. Timothy Grape is one of the most professional person I ever met. I was outside the United States and the car that I wanted was on sale. Most of other dealers would hesitate to work with me since I'm far away, but Tim kindly explained all the options and let me select the most comfortable options available.
