I was ready to buy. Walked in and was greeted to find out the sales person I had talked to the day prior, who I liked, had an issue and was not going to be working that day. The minute the new sales person opened his mouth I knew this was going to be a challenge. I told him that I was here to buy a certain car and pointed to it. I provided him with the bottom price the sales person the prior day had given me and said he would take a look. He disappeared for 20 mins cane back and then started the sales game with me including the "hun" sweet talk crap. I told him I expected no nonsense or haggling and wanted to get the transaction done and leave. I'm straight forward and what should've been a couple hours turned into 7 hours without providing lunch. They kept adding to the price of the car playing the sales game. After leaving, I find out they were supposed to get the luxury floor mats that were in the car and they traded out them and gave me the cheap ones etc. Finally the torture was over and I left! I was over it and tired of being treated like a stupid weak female by a team that had obvious East coast, old school sales tactics. Seems to be a thing here. With the purchase I received the first oil change free. Even though my gut told me not to go back I thought to myself... "Well maybe the service staff is different". My service writer was awful and immediately sat me down and wanted to charge me for an alignment when they hadn't even looked at the car, it was still sitting in front of us. I asked him why he thought it needed an alignment and he said "Well it's a good idea to keep it in good alignment." Oh geez... give me a break they hadn't even put it on the rack. To shorten this story I will just say he didn't just want to do a "free" oil change and ket me leave. I did finally leave with just the oil change, they washed the car but didn't dry it so there was spots all over it. The sales department sends me emails continually telling me that the car has decreased in value by about $20K but they will give me a great trade in value to upgrade to a new car even though this one is only just under 2 years old. Nope not going back!

Waiting are is nice with coffee, cold bottles of water, snacks, and a small cafe for things like cookies. Places to sit and watch tv, or bring in your computer to get work done while waiting. Main complaint are the annoying sales reps here who pester you with pitches for refinancing, replacing your car with a new model, and the windshield replacement glass scam they hit you with as soon as you pull up.
