It blends well with our house and the surrounding houses. The whole process with Andes Roofing was great. Daniel (who inspected the roof and did the quotes) was quick in responding to questions. He was very knowledgeable about roof materials and communicated very well. Ramzy, the manager of the roofing crew, was keen on his job. With live video captured by his drone, we could see the entire process on screen from tear-off to installing-new-roof. He led a hardworking crew. Every step was proceeded as scheduled. After finishing replacement, Ramzy himself ran a metal detector around our house to make sure there was no loose nail around. I asked them to come out and inspect it and they refused bc I had a small remaining balance I was making payments towards. They are holding my warranty hostage and are threatening a lien when in my opinion, they owe me what I paid for first (a roof that doesn't leak). They conveniently forget telling me I could make payments and even tho they start out seeming very nice to work with, turn to taking a nasty tone quickly. I would not recommend working with them. I'm somewhat shocked at the high review scores they have other places and will be sure to share my experience there as well. I have also notified GAF of my experience and have requested their bond information more than once in case I have to pursue remedy that way.
