Luckily, I found Thornton Pool Service! After calling Rob (founder/owner), he immediately returned my call, showed up within the day, and gave me a detailed assessment THAT MADE SENSE AND DIDN'T CONFUSE ME! On top of that, his prices were very affordable, and reasonable. He got my pool looking and operating like brand new, and educated me on how to maintenance it weekly, which is rare for a service to do; as it's usually in a company's best interest that you're clueless as how to service whatever you need. After a month, I had discovered that the pool was poorly designed. The backwash conduit lead to the drain on the side of the pool. So, whenever I backwashed it, the dirty water would overflow from the drain and dump into the pool. Obviously, I called Thornton Pool Services immediately. His response time was immediate AGAIN! And he came over to assess the issue within the same day. After speaking with the original owner of the house, he said that his pool service recommended that we reroute the conduit from the pump, to the side yard. That would mean that we would have to install it under our concrete, which would cost us over $10k. Rob invented a solution that only cost us $100s! He's an honest, smart, and diligent service. I will never use anyone else's service, going forward!

I decided to look on my own and found Robert on a Tuesday, he gave me a repair quote that day, got the pump by Friday and repaired the pump on Saturday (very early)! He has a fantastic work ethic, is honest and reliable, something I'm finding less and less with the service people around here. They made this so much harder than it needed to be. 1…read more Showed up with no notice to start as they had said they would start in a week or two. Of course showing up means they blocked the driveway with no notice. 2. They cut several underground pipes as well as our buried internet cable. I found out when the internet failed and I went outside to see the the trench, our orange coax cable, and the diggers leaving in their truck. They didn't even bother to tell us. 3. They agreed to work with Endless pools to put a swim current generator in the pool when they did the job. Jordan decided he didn't want to mess with it, but didn't tell us. So when they showed up with the pool, our endless pool had not even been ordered. 4. They damaged several trees they could have avoided, but seemed to deliberately hit them. 5. They left our owner's manuals outside on the equipment. Of course the day they did that it was raining, so they were ruined. Didn't even try to put them in plastic bags. 6. There are several pool companies around. Stay as far from these guys as you can. All this is just my opinion and experience.
