Been here several days in a row. The mocha latte is great. Just tried the shaken espresso. Beats Starbucks all day every day. The pastries are all good. I have had the hazel chocolate cake and the various croissants. The chocolate croissant is the winner. Very clean and service has been great. Maybe the only weird thing is they have a kiosk to order up front. You can go to counter but you see the kiosk when you walk in. So it sort of implies you should order from kiosk. I was at headquarters for the day, which is not my usual office, so I was happy to try something new and we ordered from Port Coffee. I went with a Biscoff latte and asked for it less sweet, and they got it just right. You still get that Biscoff flavor, but it is not over the top, which I appreciated. Service - Port Coffee continues the trend of ordering through a kiosk when they are busy. On both visits, I wanted to order from a human so I could learn more about their concept, but on both visits, I was directed to a kiosk. Also, I ordered "for here" so I could get pretty latte art, but they made my cappuccino "To go" and I had no art. No Stars. Coffee - Given the lack of service, I came back two days in a row. Why? Because the coffee is pretty darn good. They serve your standard espressos and lattes, but I tried their Iced Mufuwar. This delicious drink was dark roast mixed with milk, cardamine, and some sweetness. That combination made me a believer. The cardamine added a light, fragrant flavor (hints of ginger) with just enough sweetness (you can choose your level). It was smooth, refreshing, and a perfect pit stop during my morning walk. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. The coffee was so good I came two days in a row. Everything here seems like quality. It's nice. Tried the port coffee and the caramel latte. Both were not bad. The caramel was too sweet definitely half that next time. The port had too much nutmeg but still drinkable. Tried the cinnamon roll and eh icing was too rich and the roll was just ok more like a croissant. We didn't even eat quarter of it. They have some beautiful pastries and desserts and wanted to try them all. But the roll made me think maybe pastries look better than it is. read more

Port Coffee Co in Irving just became my new favorite in the area. I got the Adeni tea and brooo it was out of this world. So warm, so comforting, so flavorful like I took one sip and literally went dude this is so flavorful and had the best spices. it was also the correct amount of sweetness! And then the pistachio croissant?? SO GOOD. Creamy, soft inside, flaky outside, and it actually tasted like real pistachio. I was genuinely impressed! Love the interior of this place too. Was pretty excited to come here and try the coffee shop after looking at all the good reviews but was sadly disappoint. I ordered a plan latte and it came out to a little over $8. I ordered it to drink at the restaurant but they gave me a to go cup, not a big deal. Main thing is the coffee just tasted ok. Not good but not bad either. I can see the appeal for others however. It is well decorated and there's plenty of seating available. Desserts were also $8+ but I didn't get a chance to try. Will definitely try again and see if it's better next time read more

This is my new favorite coffee shop in DFW. I love the taro latte and their pastries are amazing. The customer service is very friendly and the establishment is very clean. This is a great place to work or study as they have many outlets and comfortable seating. It is also not too loud. The AC is also set at a comfortable temperature so it's not freezing in there! How a place handles when something goes wrong, is what defines customer service. And this place lacks that care. I ordered an iced caramel latte, which came out much sweeter than it usually is (I've been here several times before, so know it wasn't normal). Asked if they could remake it with less sweet. And was met w/ frustration by the female (i think she was the owner). She instead added what tasted like old coffee to the cup instead of remaking it. It made the drink disgusting, and it went to waste. Also, their small lattes are pricier than other coffee spots ($8 for small). If the consistency of syrup is unpredictable, and there is lack of customer care, it's not a spot I'd recommend. read more

This is a great place to go on a date / study! People are mostly quiet here, and it is just aesthetic. The Cashiers are very nice and explain anything if needed. A little pricy but the pastries are very delicious. My favorite was the spinach filled rectangular pastry that was made of croissant dough. Very yummy and very flaky. I stopped by port coffee on Saturday morning before running errands and found the place to be such a cute cozy little cafe! The vibe is so relaxing with some traditional decor. I ordered the biscoff coffee, and the matcha muffin and they were both excellent. The matcha muffin is less dense than the typical muffin with consistency closer to a croissant and gooey matcha filling. It's excellent. There's a wide variety of pastries to choose from. Extremely disappointed with this cafe. Visiting in town and wanted to try a local cafe instead of going with the reliable starbucks, wanted something quick as I was rushing to go to the office. Walked in, the self service ordering system is not working. The staff offered to take my order from the cashier, placed brewed house coffee and a muffin. Waited ten minutes, the staff couldn't figure out the coffee machine and there are only two customers, two more walked in but really not a lot of people. Just so I can leave, I just asked for whatever coffee they can prepare. They offered an awful tasting americano. What a waste of money and time. Not recommended at all. Avoid. Ambiance 10/10. My partner and I came in on whim, not wanting to do a big breakfast and ended up ordering 4 different food items because the food looked that good. It did not disappoint. The tomato basil pastry & spinach artichoke pastry were delicious, the lamination on the croissants were top tier, and the date cake - try it if you can. Amazing. We got to try the French press coffee and that was also wonderful after we let it steep.
