Visited Nur Cafe for the first time and was immediately impressed by how beautiful the space is, both inside and outside. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and very inviting, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends over coffee. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't quite as smooth as I had hoped. I ordered my coffee ahead of time through the app, but when I arrived, my order was not ready yet. Additionally, the staff seemed a bit grouchy and not very welcoming, which made the overall experience less pleasant than expected. The cafe itself is absolutely gorgeous and has a lot of potential, but I hope the service experience improves in the future. I would be willing to give it another try because the ambiance was definitely the highlight of my visit.

Beautiful coffee shop to get some work done. The service is always exceptional which justifies the higher price tag imo. Highly recommend trying their lychee matcha, the daydream latte (add matcha) and the dreamy haze acai cup!

I stopped by during the soft opening, this is one of the most beautiful cafes in dallas for sure 10/10 decor. The employees are so nice, however they are pushing a membership so they are not the fastest when you're ordering. My personal experience was not the best. I ordered to go and i don't think they have their process down for that just yet. I ordered 4 drinks, 2 bowls, 1 salmon english muffin and my total came out to around $72 which i was shocked LOL, but i had already ordered, they were starting to make the drinks and there was a line behind me so i didn't say anything. As i was waiting for the drinks to be made the cashier came back to me to tell me they had forgotten to charge me for the english muffin, they apologized and i got up to go pay for that as well which ended up being another $19 and some change, bringing my total to $92 before the tip i left as well. $92 at a coffee shop is CRAZY. I don't care what coffee shop, 7 items that's averaging $13 each item, that's a bit much. Beautiful store, beautiful concept, super kind and bright people working there. I think the membership is worth it and staying there to work is also worth it but not if you're just stopping in to grab stuff to go. The to go holder also didn't hold the drinks well and they spilled in the car a bit so i would love if they changed those as well! I wish them success but just want to give my honest experience.

Had blush matcha and earl grey milk tea! They are both delicious and the staffs are super nice and attentive, they came to check if I need water from time to time. Love the message: be someone's light on the cup. They really are sweet and definitely make my day a little brighter :)

That said, once we arrived, it was absolutely packed to the brim. Every table was full, including a private conference room, and the space itself isn't small at all. I imagine it's a bit easier to find seating when the weather is nicer, but today was freezing, which made their six outdoor tables completely unusable. My mom ordered the chocolate croissant and said it was the best she's had at any coffee shop I've taken her to. We had it warmed, and it was incredibly rich and indulgent. The coffee was fine--nothing memorable--but the matcha was to die for. They had about six people working in a very small space, and despite that, service held up well considering how busy it was. The crowd skewed younger, with lots of people posted up working for long stretches. Definitely a long-haul seating kind of place. The vibe was great: louder music, energetic atmosphere, and it somehow all worked. There's also a stuffy (quiet) room available for rent if you need it. Matcha rating: 8/10. Second best matcha I've had in Dallas so far--better than La La Land, but still not topping Tried & True Stellar, which remains my #1. This place has real character--very local, very lived-in. I'd come back 100%, probably earlier in the day to snag better seating, since once people sit down here, they really settle in.

Decor is modern and great place to hang if you plan on sticking around but they're pretty efficient on the grab and go. I love Vietnamese coffee and what they have here is excellent and best of all not too sweet. Generally I find most shops take to be made with cafe du monde and a lot of condensed milk but this here has definitely better beans and a better balance between acidity, sweetness and other flavors. It's also straight up rocket fuel - be warned, it's a very strong and potent brew but will get you going in the morning. I also tried a black sesame latte because it sounded interesting. The cream on top is nutty and rich with the sesame notes and the coffee is good too, though a bit hard to stir together, nor is it as potent as the drip but well crafted nevertheless. When I come again I think I would just pick the classic. All in all, great new coffee shop!

Rating: 7.5/10 Date Last Visited: 7/3/2026…read more We ordered the Egg Cream Phin Coffee ($8 large) and Coconut Matcha Cloud ($6.75 medium). The egg cream coffee was great, the egg cream complemented the strong taste of Viet coffee. The coconut matcha cloud was a little underwhelming. The matcha flavor was pretty weak, so the drink tasted mostly like coconut water. For the prices, $8 is a bit expensive for a cup of coffee, but I think it's still worth every once in a while. I would try the other speciality phin coffees next time and skip the coconut matcha cloud. Overall, I would recommend if you want some Viet coffee and are in the area.

I went with a Biscoff latte and asked for it less sweet, and they got it just right. You still get that Biscoff flavor, but it is not over the top, which I appreciated. It's a beautiful spot with coffee to match. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Coffee, Return) Atmosphere - Walk inside and you'll be treated to a beautiful, cozy coffee shop. The bright white walls are accented by blue comfortable chairs and gold lettering. There are locally sourced pastries behind glass, and Middle Eastern themed lighting hanging from above. 1 Star. Service - Port Coffee continues the trend of ordering through a kiosk when they are busy. On both visits, I wanted to order from a human so I could learn more about their concept, but on both visits, I was directed to a kiosk. Also, I ordered "for here" so I could get pretty latte art, but they made my cappuccino "To go" and I had no art. No Stars. Coffee - Given the lack of service, I came back two days in a row. Why? Because the coffee is pretty darn good. They serve your standard espressos and lattes, but I tried their Iced Mufuwar. This delicious drink was dark roast mixed with milk, cardamine, and some sweetness. That combination made me a believer. The cardamine added a light, fragrant flavor (hints of ginger) with just enough sweetness (you can choose your level). It was smooth, refreshing, and a perfect pit stop during my morning walk. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. The coffee was so good I came two days in a row. The (lack of) service did not prevent me from trying their delicious coffee. I'll be back to try a pastry. 1 Star.

I went today Monday June 1, 3:35pm staff was great! Seems they are busy and had a shelf full of online/pick-up orders. I typically walk in and see what they have to offer and buy 5lbs on average. When I asked the lady at the front she gladly went to look, unfortunately they didn't have Colombia in the medium roast, but that makes sense! Colombia is a Hot Hot item! They are also a smaller roastery, I bet it takes the staff plenty of time to get a solid roast for all those different coffees, so I never nag them for not having the coffee. The coffee is great, it's local, best of all, it's fresh. She gave great alternatives to my pallet, as I love a light and medium roast, but I need a large quantity. I got the Ethiopian Guji, usually my second choice, and she packed it right up for me. I was in and out in 5 min. They do sell soaps like someone in the reviews said, but it's just a couple, alongside with a minimal amount of merchandise on their shelves. Long story short, they are people too, and the vibe you give out, is the vibe you'll get right back. I overheard the roaster and it seems they are sweet and passionate about what they do. I will continue to come here
