I purchased tickets to a community steam and met amazing community members who were sauna experts. It is extremely relaxing to sit in the sauna and enjoy the steam. In between 15/20 minute rounds, they have yard games, a fire pit, and a cold bucket. I love the offerings and can't wait to see all that is to come for this location! I met so many interesting people here and it can be really fun. It is also pretty inclusive and I met a wide range of people from different ages and backgrounds. The hot sauna is also really nice and relaxing. Some of the cons are the availability. This place can get very packed and the slots book up super fast. It can be frustrating because there were times when it felt impossible to get in since everything was fully reserved a week in advance. Considering it is almost forty bucks a month it is reasonable, but if you can only make certain times that never line up, you end up feeling like why do I even have this membership. Another issue is the cleanliness of the ice tubs. I noticed many times that the tubs looked a bit dirty on the inside. When I say dirty, I mean kind of gross, maybe even unhygienic. At the beginning of every month they do a full deep clean, which I really appreciate, and right after that the tubs look pretty good. But as the weeks go on they get dirtier, probably because of the heavy traffic. This bothered me because when I go in for a cold plunge and see skin flakes, hair, or random stuff floating in the water, it makes the experience unpleasant. I also got some acne on my back during the time I was going here, especially when I was doing the cold plunge often. Now that I have not gone for a couple months the acne has fully disappeared. I am sure they have a chlorine and cleaning system, but I think the tubs need to be cleaned more often. The cold plunge setup itself is cool though and I did enjoy using it as far as the temperature experience goes. They have three main saunas inside the building. One is the quiet sauna, but it does not stay that quiet since it is between the two louder saunas. I wish they had a better way of keeping it quiet. The other two are a smaller sauna facing the tubs and a large one in the back. All of them get pretty hot which I really appreciate and they smell really good. I am not sure if it is essential oils or something else, but the scent is relaxing. They have a changing room, a bathroom, and lockers for your stuff. The service is OK. Some of the employees seemed like they did not want to be working, at least during my visits, while others were super nice and outgoing. It seems like it depends on the day, but you do not interact with the staff that much anyway so it is not a huge factor. They charge you if you want to use one of their towels, but I recommend bringing your own. They have quick showers to rinse off, and I almost wish people used them more considering you are going from a hot sauna straight into the ice bath. Sometimes it feels like people just jump between everything without rinsing, which is kind of gross. I am not sure how they can fix this without staff stepping in. I recommend trying Embrace North for at least a month. If it is not for you, it is forty bucks and you probably will still get some good use out of it.

Despite that, the individual continues to return. After giving the business another chance based on those assurances, I've seen no meaningful change. The result is a space that feels increasingly unsafe and poorly managed when it comes to guest conduct. At this point, the stated commitment to addressing harassment does not appear to match reality. It feels like profit is being prioritized over the basic responsibility of maintaining a safe environment for visitors.

You get your own space for the scheduled time. You can customize the light color, increase the temp if preferred (though I found the default temp comfortable), and use the iPad they provide to watch or listen to something. I had spa / nature music on and the speakers were positioned well to create the most immersive ambiance. I left feeling so relaxed. The whole space was super clean! They've got showers, different light therapies, and even a social sauna. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone curious about infrared sauna!

I was greeted by Laura - who truly was the bright spot in this whole experience. She was on top of it and so friendly. She got me a locker and got me set up. I was eager to come here because they boasted a steam room, sauna, rainforest shower, and hot tub. Lukewarm would be a great way to describe this experience. The steam room just didn't get as steamy or warm as I would like, I had to turn on the sauna myself and wait for it to warm up (energy efficiency maybe) and the hot tub had water features that were spitting out ice cold water - cooling down the whole hot tub. I didn't venture to the rainforest shower because I couldn't bear to be any colder! I did love the tiled heated chairs in this lounge though! Normally these features would be my favorite and I could spend all day rotating but Anda spa caps you at an hour. There are a few lounges that you can check out. The one lounge has a few snacks, unlabeled tea, and fruit infused water. As some one with allergies - the mystery of it all wasn't great. The other lounge had weighted blankets. I was told to wait in either lounge for my technician. My technician was around 10 minutes late to my appointment without any notice. I had to walk out to the front to flag a staff member down to make sure I understood the instructions correctly. This definitely detracted from the relaxed vibe. The facial was in a brighter room than I'm used to and obviously you're downtown so it can be a bit noisy. The facial itself was good and the technician had strong hands though I wish I would've researched more about the products. My skin has felt dried out since and it's just not the best experience I've had. I'm going to check out some other spa options before I return here. Again - Laura was phenomenal and the space is clean and modern - I just didn't have the experience that I would've liked for the price.
