The brisket sandwich was good meat was tender and there was a good amount of meat they didn't skimp however I do not think it was worth the price.

Some of the beef cuts were almost dry but that was easily resolved when lathered in mouth-watering hot sauces (northern heat & I can't remember the other but it was 4 's) My son got a dish with their "dirty rice" as a side and that was also well seasoned , is probably try it as a 3rd side next time.. The honey garlic smoked wings were delicious! Fell off the bone as well and was very well sauced. The fries were crispy even with the sauce on top. 10/10 for value! The entire pack was about 20$ after taxes and I really can't complain about anything at all. They give you enough to fill your stomach up and have some food possibly to spare. 9/10 for customer service, the staff were really pleasant and was attending to our needs for extra sauces and anything we needed. 6/10 for space, I wished it was a tad more spacious. People who were sitting behind me was bumping my chair and the next table beside us was too close, but would definitely come back again!!

Their cuts of meat are just so good, as well as the sides. We always order multiple rounds of the pickled cucumber and get several refills on the corn and kimchi. The tofu stew that comes with the set is also super comforting and delicious. Don't skip this! Oh it's also annoying that rice is $3 BUT to be fair, they pack this and one bowl is enough for me. I like that it's not plain white rice either. I pretty much tried every beef option but can't remember them all. However on my most recent visit, we ordered: BEEF TENDERLOIN BEEF RIB FINGER MEAT BEEF BONELESS SHORT RIB BEEF SHORT PLATE My favourite was defs the boneless short rib. I loved the marbling on it and it was easy to eat. The tenderloin took FOREVER to cook, but once cooked, it was tender and meaty. Exactly as described. I wouldn't order the short plate again, as it was a little too fatty. All of this including the rice came up to $131 and split between 3 people it was $43 with tax. So not bad at all and it ends up being around the same price as any AYCE bbq spot. Thats why I don't mind coming here cuz of the quality and sides. Service is also super friendly and they come around often asking if you need anything else. I made resos for a Saturday at 12:30 but it wasn't really needed because the place was only about 1/5 full. Even when we left at 2:30 it wasn't packed.

I'm not sure how much my friend putting us on wait list before arriving helped but we waited about 30 mins before it was our turn. There were 5 of us (4 adults and one toddler) and we were in a booth for four adults. The booths are pretty small considering all the things you can order. Luckily our booth was against a wall with space to put the dishes that didn't fit on the table. Dinner service was very busy as it was difficult to flag down a server to order. Once we ordered, the meats came out very fast. I think the cuts offered at Shinta are high quality for an AYCE restaurant. Currently Shinta offers an order of free A5 wagyu with your dinner. Everyone really enjoyed the Wagyu, even my toddler! The sushi that they offer was also good. I opted to eat less sushi to fill up on the meat. For dessert, the majority of us got the mango pomelo sago. It was refreshing! Overall, I really enjoyed Shinta and will be having my birthday dinner here next month! They also offer a free 6" cake if you reserve at least three days in advance.
