They get really good service all around here. It's easy to set up appointments where to get what they call a wax pass, which gives you so many visits in a certain period of time. Price is very based on the type of body part that you were looking to get done. I know the customer service is really good as setting and changing appointments is fairly easy. As a customer, you just need to communicate with them clearly what you need and if there is a problem to let them know, and they will take care of things to make it right. Plus, this is a service base business so it's always good to leave a tip for the person who's taking care of you. Overall, I would say this is an excellent place. They have wine, champagne, water, coffee, tea etc available as well which is really nice. I fell asleep during the renew my sole massage because I was that relaxed. They have a huge variety of services such as full body massages and facials as well. It's extremely spacious inside and they try to separate everyone so that each individual can have some relaxing privacy which is really nice. Today I didn't have the best experience in my massage and when I mentioned it to the staff they were kind enough to give me a small discount which I really appreciated. Didn't ask for one I just honestly answered their question in regard to my experience.
