Unfortunately, the customer service was still an issue. After the salon provided me with the wrong total--and after my friend and I had already been overcharged--the owner followed me outside to my car, knocked on my window, and demanded an additional $5. The situation could have been resolved calmly inside the salon, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational and uncomfortable. No apology was offered for the billing confusion or the interaction afterward. I understand that mistakes happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes matters.
