The drinks are the main reason to come as well as for watching games and hanging. Basic looking place but it used to be even more so before they renovated it a while ago. It's the same one that was formerly known as Keegan's. There's a mix of Irish flags and sports memorabilia covering the walls. A lot of the guys here will be drinking beers. There's a few on tap including of course Guinness. It's about $6 for a basic cocktail. There's plenty to choose from beyond Jameson. Has no food. They let you bring in stuff. Going here is kind of a throwback experience. It's actually a lot cleaner than it used to be when it was like how dank and dusty bars used to be around here. I'm not drinking these days so I was pleased to see non-alcoholic Corona & N.A. Coors on the menu. Our waitress Natalie was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, prepared promptly and served while hot. The Onion rings were crisping the outside while the internal onion was translucent and piping hot. The fried pickles were prepared in a light tempura batter but maintained a crisp exterior texture--exquisite flavor as well. I gave up red meat for Lent so maybe it was just that I was craving red meat, but the "Paddy Melt" as they called it was off the chain good!!!! One of my friend said the "Roadhouse Burger" was a must try next visit. My other buddy was eating more responsibly than us and ate every drop of Chicken Caesar Wrap. This was a good choice that delivered a quality evening.

We've come to the conclusion that Clancy's (on 103rd) is by far our go to breakfast place- no questions asked. Dana, who is the opener, manager, bartender, server & class act- is who makes us keep coming back. You know she cares about her clientele- always greets us by our first names-she knows what we drink- remembers it- and has our breakfast orders memorized, as well. Of course, she verifies if we're doing the same- and of course- we always do. If you haven't met her- you probably should- great sense of humor- the sarcasm is on point and an overall- real, down to earth, kind person to start your morning with. . Clancy's is lucky to have her on their team. On to the breakfast.. The pot roast hash is what I order..EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The pot roast is cooked to perfection- comes with potatoes, onions. two eggs (I choose over-medium), toast (I recommend the sourdough- which they get fresh from the bakery next door), and then complete this dish with a Guinness gravy. I can promise you that this favorite breakfast of mine is also a generous portion-They really do hook it up and trust me...you will want whatever you don't finish for later.
