Bethany took the time to actually look at my face before she got to work- so many professionals don't do that! At no point did I feel like she was rushing and conversation was easy. I am pleased with my brow shaping - which included brow fill in and concealed. I am *very* pleased she reminded me she has a Yelp check-in special. Usually I leave the salon with beet-red eyebrows (sensitive, white skin) feeling like I was just one in a long line of customers. Bethany made my brows look the best they've been in years (probably since my wedding) and her careful fill-in and concealer gave me confidence I never have after a wax. I'll be back!

I've been going to Bethany for over a year now, and I absolutely love her - and trust her…read morewholeheartedly with my brows. They look perfectly thick and angled every time, and then she is always such a joy to talk to during everything (and has such a great memory too). Bethany's space is inside the Phenix Salon Suites, and though she's near the back she's easy to find. (If you haven't been to one, each "studio/office" is it's own private business, with many different salon type services offered throughout the building). Bethany's space is very inviting, and if her door is shut due to her being with someone, there is a nice bench nearby for waiting. I never have to wait too long if I have to wait at all! Her space is well decorated and she is always prepared and ready. I see Bethany about once a month (every 4-5 weeks) and always, ALWAYS leave happy. I highly recommend Bethany for your eyebrow needs - I have also included a photo of my brows the day after having them waxed (I was happy despite my solemn expression).

Not the biggest fan and won't be back. The woman wasn't mean, she just didn't listen. I told her…read morenot to do the tops of my eyebrows. I'm blonde. I have very light parts of my brows, a scar on one, and two very different shaped hooded eyes. Well, she did the tops. I told her not to. That the hair is light and it won't look right. Please don't. She said she'll just, "clean it up." Again, I said she didn't have to and please don't. She went ahead and did what she wanted to do. She even plucked the tiny hairs in my forehead! Not sure what she was doing up there, but she scratched me along the way and my face hurt for two days. The end result wasn't the worst I've gotten, but it wasn't what I wanted and they aren't right. Because she did the tips! So one looks great and the other is... not so great. I know they'll grow back. And that's not my deal. She didn't do what I asked her. I'm 34. I've been getting my brows done for a long time and it's taken a long time to know what's right for my face.
