I've been going here for 2 years and I see someone different almost every time, but the consistency is always good, which is what led me back. However, I missed the deadline by ONE DAY (not even a full day, the morning of the 8th day) to get the free touch up for my Brazilian. The lady I spoke with wouldn't grant me any exceptions or anything even though it wasn't even a full day past the 7 day deadline. Because of this, I'm going to go to the Centerra location from here on out. Being a repeat customer for a few years and spending that much on waxes deserves good customer service, not snotty people. I have never asked for a touch up beyond the 7 day period before by the way. read more

The wax experience isn't bad, but the girl at the front desk is horrible. Really bad customer service. I feel like I'm walking into a sorority house every time I go here. If you want to be ignored, then given attitude for asking a question - ask for Brooke. Or better yet, find another waxing place. read more

I feel like I might be being a little too judgemental by docking TWO stars rather than one. $10 got me an eyebrow wax & I was semi-happy with it. I don't feel that they shaped my brows enough (just cleaned it up), but whatever. I docked the stars because the lady signing me in and doing my brows was kind of rude. She was short with me at the beginning and then acting like she was annoyed that she had to deal with me even though there was no other customers in there. The price was great though. Unless I find a cheaper place to try out, I will be going back here! They are great, just hope people are in a better mood next time! read more

I walked in at 7:45 (when they take their last service), but by the time I told them what I wanted, they looked at the clock (which had just turned 7:46) and sent me away. The 3 employees that were in there probably just sat around gossiping for the last 15 minutes of their shift and lost my money (and my amazing tips) forever. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! Do not go here unless you want them to mess up your eye brows. I use to go here all the time with my best friend and it was okay. However yesterday we went in and there were new girls working there and the were awful! They messed up my eye brows by doing things without asking. Also they ruined my best friends eye brows and they are now infected. Stay away unless you want your eye brows messed up. read more
