Though it may not seem like much, when you need an emergency wedding dress because of unfortunate circumstances you'd hope a "good store" would stand by their word. They had a great selection of wedding dress styles and sizes, I was very happy with the dress I purchased there. The sales lady was nice, no champagne or anything special but they had a range of dresses at reasonable prices. The only downside is the seamstress they recommended for alternations on the Eastside was not professional. Her office is in her sweltering hot house, she poked me with pins, and talked over me, basically ignoring what I was asking. She set a deadline for herself and missed it. And it wasn't cheap, haha. For such a nice bridal boutique they should really have alternation recommendations that are up to par. read more

I'm a size 8 and was only able to try on 1 dress. Everything they had was a size 4 and they said that the soonest they could get bigger dress sizes in was 2-3 months. Seems ridiculous to exclusively carry dress sizes that small. If you're a size 4 and under this is a great spot. To the average person, not the best read more

Tried to call multiple times to cancel my appointment due to a stomach bug. They charge a fee for canceling so I tried calling ahead of time. But literally never once did they pick up. My family & I had the most terrible & racist experience at Posh because of manager, Yasmin Montes. We came to Posh & fell in love with my sister's future to be wedding dress. At first all was well; until we had to deal with Montes. I was witness to an awful treatment my mother and sister faced; Montes's language, attitude, and exploitation are the negative take aways from dealing with her. What should've been the most magical moment, seeing my sister in her wedding dress, was overtaken with emotions of anxiety, hurt, and offense. I took videos and many recordings of our interactions with Montes and anyone who has seen it, has been quick to tell me that Montes was treating us in a very prejudice manner. She took advantage of us, manipulated our agreements, overcharged us, and lied endlessly. Since we dealt with Posh over a few months, our experience with Yasmin Montes is for sure the most racist and discriminative customer service my family has ever witnessed. I would strongly advise to watch out for Montes, as she completely tainted my family's experience with buying a wedding dress. So awful.... read more

I walked into Posh Bridal needing to buy a wedding dress STAT because my first wedding dress wasn't the right fit and my wedding is in a few months. I did not have an appointment and they were booked for bridal fittings all day. Thankfully the staff was super accommodating and let me try on wedding dresses with Bryan, who normally works the prom section and had an opening in his agenda. I would have NEVER guessed that Bryan doesn't work bridal. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various wedding lines and pulled so many gorgeous dresses that were exactly in line with what I asked for. In the end I walked out of there today wIth an insanely beautiful wedding dress that I adore. And the complimentary mimosa was just the cherry on the cake. Thank you so so much to the Posh staff for accommodating me today. Bryan is such a gem. I would highly recommend him to any future bride or prom goer. By the way, my dress was crazy affordable! When I first went to try my dress they helped me get into the and everything so I never really noticed the more detailed part I already knew it was going to need alterations but I didn't know that It was as if I was buying a dress someone used and destroyed. I didn't get any excitement from them when I was paying for it so it made me feel very insecure I decided not to even bother asking them about it my wedding is this month and luckily the lady I have hired to fix my dress (not someone they told me about) is fixing the mistakes that this company sold.I know what the fine print said but hey they should still say it was torn inside and everything the lady is now having to do for me is telling me. I am so disappointed I thought my dress was way to pricey for what they sold me . My exprience with Posh Bridal was excellent! I know that previous reviews have said that the service is aweful however the manager saw this and hired a completely new and experienced staff. I can also speak to this because I went back in December to try on dresses and saw the bad service mentioned in previous comments but went back in May since I love their dress selection. These ladys know their dresses! My consultant was Lisa and she was awesome! She was so nice and listened to everything I was looking for in a dress and then started showing me dresses she thought I would like. In the end she saved the best dress for last and I love the Kitty Chen dress I purchased! They glamed me up and expiremented with what accesories I could wear it was an amazing experience. The manager, Gladys, was watching us the whole time to make sure I was being accomidated and only gave input at the very end of the fitting once I had picked my dress. They are also very Military friendly and will do Military discount for any brides in the military or who have spouses in the military. Please give this wedding dress store a try. Decided to write a descriptive review of my complete experience with Posh Bridal, buying a wedding dress. January: Ordered dress, Ivonne, was amazing. She is a great employee, incredibly nice and made the experience of choosing the dress amazing. Wedding date is August 31st. Paid half of the dress. February-June: Nothing, never got the call to be told when the dress was getting here. July: Facebook msgd one of the employees and asked about the delivery date, was told Week of August 5th. Have screenshots to confirm. July 26: Called and asked what would happen if I cancelled, was told policy by Stephanie. Told her never mind. Decided I wanted to buy my dress anyway. Me & my husband are married anyway. Did NOT absolutely tell her I wanted to modify my order in any way or wanted it a different date. July 27- August 23: Nothing. NO contact. Absolutely nothing. Have call records to confirm I do not have any calls or contact from Posh since that phone call. Never was told when dress was there. Never was informed anything whatsoever about dress. August 24: went to store to pick up dress. Ivonne had me wait for 10 minutes while she looked all over the back for the dress. Finally came back with, I guess, the owner to inform me nervously that the dress isn't there yet. Told her my wedding was canceled but I still needed my dress already. Ivonne told me dress should be here any day now. Owner witnessed the ENTIRE thing. Paid my dress in full. And was reassured, dress should be there any day now, that they had no clue why it wasn't there. Receipt still shows the event date as August 31st confirming that I let her know I still needed the dress by that date. August 30: Called in the morning when opened and asked about dress. Was told I'd get a call back. Around 1pm got a call back from Ivonne, she didn't know what was going on, said she'd call back. 7pm got a call back from the owner, 2 calls. Have call records as proof. No voicemail. Did not answer due to the fact that I was asleep. Got a text and texted back in the morning. No response. August 31st: The event date. Called owner and got no response. Called Posh and employees were clueless. Called owner again, no answer. Got a call from owner who immediately started talking to me with an angry tone (as if SHE has a right to be upset). She kept telling me that it was my fault. That I never called. She informed me she had contact with my mother in law who didn't even have her name in the contract or agreement. Said that I couldn't ask for my dress the day before. Even though she gladly took my payment August 31st and couldn't get herself to get the dress shipped then. I asked for a refund and she said, she'd gladly give me a refund. She called back and said her attorney told her that she didn't have to give me a refund. That at the least she could overnight the dress on Tuesday. Which I don't understand why she couldn't do that on August 24 when I paid my dress in full. She informed me that my dress had been at the store. Which I have call records to confirm that I was never called and informed that my dress had arrived. But that she shipped it back to her store in Phoenix. Which again, I didn't get a call before this. She threatened to sue me for whatever reason. Was totally careless that she ruined my event that day and left me without a dress. Was not apologetic one bit. Insisted everything Was my fault. In conclusion do not go to this place at all. I had a very discouraging experience at this bridal shop. The dress I purchased kept getting delayed on its arrival and then it needed alterations after the incorrect size was ordered. The alterations were terrible. Needless to say I wore the dress in an unacceptable condition, because I had to leave to a destination wedding. The owner reached out later in the ordeal, but the dress was still very unacceptable and nothing was done to compensate the situation. The staff was very deceitful. read more

I went in this store as a walk-in as it clearly says on their website walk-ins are welcome. When I entered the store I was immediately asked if I had an appointment and if I didn't that I could not be helped in any way. I asked if I could just walk around and see the dresses and was told no that they had no time to show me anything and that I needed to leave and make an appointment. I am the customer and should be treated as one I am the one who will be spending the money so their store associates should be treating us the customers with respect. read more
