All I can say about this place is that it's pretty! The prices are high ass hell, and they never have enough staff so the wait is always long! Just recently I got a spa pedicure and I asked could he use the foot file on my feet aka cheese grater... and it told me if I wanted use the foot file I would have to pay for the deluxe pedicure instead of the regular one (Which is almost $10 more). I had called to make an appointment for individual las extensions. I asked how much they charge, they said $40 to $120. I said okay the $120 is probably for new lashes and $40 for refills. Upon arriving to this location I wasn't sure what to expect. I would like to say they are not licensed to do lash extensions. I ended up paying $40 and took them off using coconut oil 30 min later because the amount of glue stuck to my eyes was insane. My eyes were open for half of the time which I now know is unsafe also my eyes were glueing shut when she was putting them on with NO GLOVES. They also did not use individual lashes like they said they would they used clusters you can get at Walmart with hair glue. Please think twice before coming here to get your lashes done it was my first time and it was a complete disaster. read more

It looks like i did my own french tips and i could have still done better i want to cry. the morning after my big toe nail broke while i was sleeping right at the corner. she made my nails all different lengths and clearly too thin even with gel on top. I feel as though this review is long over due! I have been going to Posh Nail Bar for quite sometime now and I must say that every single time I go, I am always happy when I leave. I see Kelly when I decide to get a little fancy with my nails, she does AMAZING EVERY SINGLE TIME. My nails are always shaped perfectly and the diamonds are placed on the nails perfectly as well! I followed my nail tech to this salon a few month's ago. I live in Buckhead and drive an hour to this location, because Lee is just that good! But not only that, if I break a nail or 2, he will fix them without charging me. I have never had a nail tech that didn't charge me for every little thing. I've been with Lee for years and not only is he very good in his craft, but he's a genuinely good person. The prices are not cheap, but comparable to most salons..... you get what you pay for, so if you want cheap looking, shotty work--- this is not the salon for you. On August 23rd I decided to give Posh Nail Bar another chance after my last visit almost 3 weeks ago and try someone else as the first person who did my sns in the shop doing a poor job. I asked for a SNS and a oranga spa gel pedicure. My pedicure was great as I got the orange spa pedicure and Tuyen did a great job. Jin did my SNS. It seemed like he was doing a good job minus the fact that he didnt do the white dip base before or after he went into the color dip powder. He used the same top coat polish to apply the yellow dip powder that he used to polish my nails once he was done applying sealant and filing and buffing my nails out. 2 days later i have 2 cracked nails and 2 chipped nails. I have never experienced cracking and chipping of within this short of a time frame. This was a piss poor SNS job. I am very unsatisfied with this SNS service. read more

I had a terrible experience the nail tech did not know how to shape nails or lay acrylic my nails were extremely thin until I mentioned it to her. I even explained to her that I was unhappy she did not try to make it better . She had no professionalism and not customer friendly. So, if I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. The staff is incredibly rude, pushy, and just blatantly do not care what you want or how you'd like anything tbh. They're just trying to get you in and out to turn a profit. Every time I've gone here I realize someone in there is just rude and not happy, but there is one specific nail tech I would go see (a male) and he was the only one that was ever kind to me, and I always really appreciated him. The last time I go, the reason for writing this review, I go into the salon on Thursday 12/8/22 and there is a pregnant nail tech, who is usually relatively quiet. I walk in she looks and me and resumes doing a customer''s nails, which is honestly not an issue bc the world shouldn't stop on my account, you know? So I proceed to sign in, pick a nail polish, and wait my turn. The woman I spoke of previously starts looking at me, becoming frustrated, she jumps up and immediately says sternly, "can I help you? What do you want? Hello? What do you want?" Now mind you there wasn't pauses during this. So I never had a chance to actually respond. I tell her a pedicure, and a full set please. I go to the chair I'm assigned to sit and begin to have my feet done, the woman that gave me my pedicure, she was quiet but still very considerate. By the time my toes were done, I was just uncomfortable and wanted to leave, because the woman that had previously yelled at me started to stare at me and go into the break room & point at me while discussing something with a coworker. Now the context of the conversation I'm not sure. But I was just really uncomfortable and ready to go. So when I told the woman giving me my pedicure, "I would like to pay for my pedicure and just not get a full set please." She began to tell the other woman. The other woman storms over to me , rushing me to get up, telling me "well if you're not doing this, hurry up and pay now, come on! Hurry up and pay!" I paid my bill and I left. I won't be returning, I've tried contacting the salon to at least talk to the boss/owner whomever about this, but every time I'm told I will be "transferred" the phone is just hung up moments later. Hopefully you guys will have better luck, or maybe someone will be able to say something and something can be done about the attitudes and the poor service. read more

This was my fifth visit here. I really liked this place and thought I found my nail spot WRONG. Today's service was horrible my husband and I went for pedicures. We waited a few minutes then they waved us both back from across the room. I was not sure he was talking to us but he continued to wave so we went back. He sat down to no greeting nothing and rushed my deluxe Pedicure didn't even massage my feet. Polish job looks like something I did myself from home My husband was seated next to me and said I'll wait for you and the Man said I don't do men's feet. WTH we waited and a rude Woman came over didn't speak say hello NOTHING just started on my husbands feet very aggressive with much attitude to the point were uncomfortable. Then she started talking with the man that was doing my feet as he stopped several times to watch TV. Needless to say Today was my last visit. Sad to say I will never go back here. I will continue going to Landon down the street where the quality of my nails is always great. I went to get and mani and pedi today. The lady who did my pedi finished in about 5 mins which is unheard of. She threw my feet around and was completely careless when cutting my cuticles. I usually won't complain but I ended up telling her to go over things and that it seemed like she was rushing. I know they were busy but still IM a customer too. As you can see in the picture my pedi was horrible. I know my feet aren't glamorous but I still have dead skin around my toes and the paint job is rough. I have visited this nail salon three times when traveling from out of town. Each time I have been very pleased. The first time, I had the SNS dip powder and though it looked flawless initially, I broke one of my nails that night putting away dishes. I returned the next day to have it repaired, prepared to pay, as it was my fault, but my technician repaired it beautifully and refused to take any payment! The other two times I have visited (once for another dip powder session, and the other for a pedicure) I have been perfectly happy with the results. The salon itself is very stylish and they have a huge array of SNS colors. The prices are pretty much average for the area. I will return! read more

Terrible tech! It was my 1st time and I thought I would have a good experience based on how the shop looks. I was wrong. My nail tech does not know how to do SNS. I had to file my own nails and clean them up when I got home. He had material and product under the nail and on the sides. You're supposed to clean that up and not let the customer leave like that. I had to tell him apply toP coat over because the first coat was awful. I don't know if the products are old, cheap or what. But nails didn't shine as good as I know they can. He forgot to tell me to wash my hands too and didn't come back to me to say thank you. He got no tip and I will not be back. read more

This place is brand new so it's very clean and fresh! They even have 2 pedicure chairs for kids which I thought was adorable. The prices were okay. My technician was great, even offered me wine This is probably not a big deal for others (considering most people do gel) but I literally HATE when nail polishes are mixed all over the place. Takes me forever to find a color. What ever happened to organizing pinks, purples, reds, etc. I was annoyed with that. Also their polishes are off brands. No OPI. I've been coming to this place since it opened and it has always been an escape from my busy schedule. During my last pedicure visit I realized that there seemed to be a change in the staff with the exception of one or two technicians. Nonetheless I got my pedi and went on about my business. Today I came in for a fill (normal nail tech has limited availability due to the holiday weekend) and a pedicure. During my HOUR wait (with no updates or explanations for the extremely long wait) I asked other patrons about their experience with the hopes of finding the best nail tech there. After speaking with a young lady I decided to go with Julie. I'm pretty indifferent about my nails, pretty much what I expected but definitely not what I get with my permanent nail tech. My issue came about as I sat through my pedicure, as closing time neared (I arrived at 5:35pm), I realize that the tech began to rush through my pedi. Simultaneously I witness another staff member arguing very loudly with another patron. He was very aggressive and disrespectful. There seemed to be a conflict about payment. I understand that they have a business to run but the way he spoke to her was out of line. They were finally able to resolve the issue and she left. Leaving me the only patron left in the salon. The entire staff began to speak in their language (and some English)about the incident and laughing about it. No one felt the need to hold off on the conversation until there were no customers in the building. Finally I was done and ready to leave immediately. I sat to dry my toes for about two minutes before getting up to walk to the cash register. I assumed they thought I would leave without paying because immediately three MALE employees are running to the front yelling the prices of my services. I had EVERY INTENTION to pay for my lackluster services so by the time they make it to the register I am standing there with my card in hand ready to pay. The same guy that has just gotten into with another patron walks up yelling "27, 32". I am confused as to what He is saying so I reply "huh". This man then decides to YELL at me "HUH it's 59 dollars!!!". As I try to remain calm ,because I'm floored to have anyone be so blatantly rude when providing a service, I explain to him that I merely did not understand what he was saying due to him yelling and speaking very fast. There was no apology or anything. I payed and left. Needless to say I will never come back for any service. The customer service or lack thereof that they provide is completely different from that of the original staff. I'm not sure if others have experienced the same decline in customer service but I refuse to give my money to any place that so comfortably disrespect their clientele. read more

I waited 10min in luke warm water before a lady came to start my pedicure. I was gathering my things to leave as she walked up. This doesn't include the wait time from entry to being seated. There was 1 customer waiting at the front, 2 in pedicure seats, and 1 receiving a manicure. Seemed to be a full crew (I counted 8+ workers) so I'm not sure what took so long. They used new, dispensable pedicure kits which I like, especially with all that's going on with cleanliness but that's all I liked. She did practically nothing to my feet as far as cuticles, using products, cleaning under toenails, scrubbing, etc. I watched as she barely touched my feet for things that were visibly necessary. She also did not clean up the mess of extra polish left on my toes. I had to tell her to clean it up and noticed even more flaws after I took photos. Pricing is high without all services included, compared to nearby locations I've been to. The pedicure itself was barely 10min. The painting of my nails lasted longer than anything else. I've done a better job with the few products I have at home. Now I have to go finish the job. I should've left as intended. I won't return. read more

Customer service here is horrendous. Came in for a full set set and pedicure arrived at 11:35 . Was seated at 12:40 .the lady chair who I was seated in said she didn't have enough time to do a full set but could do a pedicure I was moved to the pedicure seat at that time she turns on the water and walks away I didn't even realize she never turn the water off til the water started over flowing the bowl. I then called for someone to help . After abouts 15 minutes of Walking around the shop sweating talking it felt like she was trying to stAll till her appointment client came she finally Sat down. They never soaked my nails my daughter ended up chipping her paint she pointed it out it was never fixed. Then when my pedicure was done she never helped me to the drying station just got up and went to doing somebody's nails. So I never got my full set. Posh nail bar was my go-to spot for over a year . I would even drive from university (which was an hour away) because I could never find anywhere as good as Posh. Their work was beautiful & prices were reasonable, I also admired how all the techs would take their time with each client. Although this all changed within about a month. I went to get a pedicure and fill in done and the lady that did my feet , cut my toenails so short & both big toes were slanted and crooked . She couldn't even fix it because of how short it was and didn't even care. As for my nails , all the techs tend to do a VERY good job and i never have complaints on it. This last time , I went in for a full set. I have ALWAYS payed $36 for a full set with gel polish. I have been paying that price for a year now. As i was getting my nails done , the man told me he was charging me $50 for my nails. I asked how he calculated that in his head & he said that prices were different and he was charging me extra for my length. The length of my nails were NOT long at all, it was the same length i've been getting for a YEAR. Then he proceeded to say that it's been a while since i've been to the shop , since i wasn't aware of the prices. The last time i was there , i went to get another set , which was only 2 WEEKS AGO..
