I had the worst experience here today. first I sat down and the man that did my nails smelled like cigarettes very badly. the shape of my nails is not how I wanted and he cut me 4 times. I wanted a little flower on my nails and it was made to be a huge deal that no one could do it and in the process they were a bit rude. I left and told them how I felt about the service and no one apologized and I was still charged a full amount. I'm home now and I still have blood on my fingers. I will insert pictures if I can.

Really nice salon. The guy that did my gel manicure did great. The lady who did my pedicure was super sweet but you can tell she's fairly new...hardly spoke English. She cut my nail real short and then asked if it was ok, it's so raw I can feel it stinging. The pant job was horrible and the shaping was uneven. I might give it another try but for sure my first experience was disappointing.

I literally love this place! Everyone in the salon is super friendly, very clean, and are very thorough on what I'm asking for! Rosa and Jean are hands down the best in the building! Rosa is so skilled in her craft it's amazing, and Jean is so polite and gentle on your feet! Highly recommend, also try their tea! They have several yummy flavors to choose from! Nestled between the Pilates and Cookie Co is Posh Nail Lounge. What I enjoy about Posh is their reasonable (cheap even??) prices and their ability to do nail art. If you're looking for inspo, reference their Google page or Instagram; they also have drawn nail designs in the salon! When I say cheap, I mean $60 for a short full set with design, $78 for a longer full set with butterfly decals. As with all nail salons, there is no transparency in pricing and no pricing posted for manicures. There is a pricing sheet for pedicures. Cash tips are preferred but each nail tech has Venmo/QR code posted for convenience. They do not offer refreshments/beverage. They don't reference nail polishes by name, rather number (sorry OPI Funny Bunny/OPI Bubble Bath fans). Quinn was my nail tech both times and both times she did a great job. She was patient and meticulous in ensuring my nails were shaped evenly. She can be rough on your hands (it hurts!) so don't be me and speak up lol. This last time my design wasn't exactly the same as the picture I showed her, but it was the gist; not sisters but cousins.

Coming back to write a review 4 weeks after my gel manicure. It has lasted the longest of any manicure I've ever had. I pick at my nails and expect them to only last 1-2 weeks but it's been 4 weeks and no chipping or lifting! They look brand new! The tech was so friendly, kind and quick. The experience was quality. The space is beautifully maintained. They offered me complimentary tea during the service. I had the option to go with a friend to a different salon but declined. Why go anywhere else? The prices are good and the manicure lasts! I will be a regular customer here!

So disappointed!! I've gone here for pedicures all the time and have always had great ones until my last one. The whole pedicure experience was so uncomfortable, awkward, and just ridiculous. The girl who did my toes was the least of relaxing. I asked for white regular polish and it was as if I had asked for something insane. She could not polish correctly, horrible polish job, and even after 3 layers she couldn't cover my whole toe?? I paid and still tipped but they knew I was not happy and offered to come back next day for a polish change. The polish was not dry 8 hours later as well as my big toe started throbbing at 10:30 which made me have to dig out the ingrowns that were made, you can see in the pictures. Be very careful with who you get pedicures from. They were very nice and offered me a polish change or to do gel but my toe was ruined and also just did not want anything else from the shop.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon! I have been coming back since the first time I've came- so you know they're good! I started coming here before their new renovations and thought the place was cute- but now the vibe is even better- classier and just overall a better set up. I usually see Ken now (he pays close attention to detail), but he is on vacation. I came here after leaving another salon (I went across town to my Nana's salon, because she wanted me to join her) but never again will I stray from here! Time is money- and I wasted it trying to give another salon a chance. I walked into Posh today, quite upset with my nails from the previous salon (I immediately came straight to Posh from other salon!!) and Jackie happily offered to fix them- knowing I can't be seen with my hands looking the way they did lol. I would upload a video I took of them, but would hate for other Yelpers to mistake the work for Posh's lol. Jackie was fast to fixed everything & give me a cute fresh nail job (she didn't even charge me!! now THAT'S great customer service- knowing i'm a loyal (minus this time) customer! lol) I tipped her anyways and she was grateful. Needless to say, I learned from my mistake in going elsewhere- and will be committed to Posh from now on! lol

Well... I didn't think it would be such a blast to have my fullest and and pedicure done here. The customer service was so amazing and wonderful. The employees were so sweet and talkative I loved it!! Jan did a super good job on my short full set that I got. My mother also loved the service that was done on her. The nail techs were very nice and friendly. A young man did my nails and it was pretty clear he was training. I wish I would've been given the option for someone else. I felt too bad saying something, but he did 5 coats of dip on my nails and barely filed them down. I left with what looks like fish tank pebbles on my finger tips... read more

Posh is great! They always do a wonderful job on my pedicure and the guy in the front is always extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. It's really pretty inside, and they have lots of colors to choose from. Price is decent as well. I'm docking a star because during my last pedicure the lady who was painting my toes kept speaking in Vietnamese to the lady next to her and laughing. It was in between asking me a question. When I would respond they would say something and laugh and it made me think they were laughing at me or making fun of my feet :( that won't stop me from going back, because that's the one and only bad experience I've had, everyone else is very friendly. read more

Super great nail place! Love the relaxed, classy environment. I went in for a full acrylic set and they only cost $45.00 excluding tip. I got these super cute pastel purple nails done with holographic stars on the ring finger. Not only were they cheap, it only took like 25 minutes!! Fantastic experience. My friend got hers done as well and loved them! Highly recommend!! read more

I highly recommend Posh Nail Salon in Tempe. I had a terrific nail technician by the name of Linda who was personable and Incredibly artistic she did my nails beautifully. I had recently had my nails done at another salon and they did not do a decent job. Linda was concerned about making sure that I was happy that my nails were just the right shape and length. Its been a week since my visit to Posh and I have never had so many compliments on my nails. From the time you enter Posh you are warmly greeted and they have a lovely seating area to wait. I can't wait to return for my fill and I will certainly be requesting Linda. This was truly a positive and professional experience. The salon itself is vibrant and immaculate. read more

I came in here to get a pedicure while my oil way being changed next door. This place is absolutely gorgeous, they are so accommodating, and Kim gave me the best most relaxing pedicure and served me a glass of Rose while I was relaxing. They get a 10/10 from me!! Honestly from my experience yesterday, I would tell future customers who are planning on trying this place out that you are highly recommended to save your money & go somewhere else! I have reached out to the owner through via email but haven't gotten any response back. This might have to be the worst salon that I've ever encountered. We left with unsatisfying results. The whole staff were friendly and so nice. I found out they were short staffed that day and they were still kind enough to fit me, my sister and my mother in at the last minute for a pedicure on Mother's Day. The place is stylish, fun and appears to be very clean. My only minor disappointment were the massage chairs. I couldn't adjust the style of massage and the setting it was on was really uncomfortable. So no massage for me during my pedicure. However, we will definitely be coming back and I would absolutely recommend this place. read more

After hearing raving reviews from my friend who goes to this place after two bad experiences I think Im done with giving it chances. My first time there I got a regular fill and I loved the color but after leaving I noticed that the corners on many of my nails were already "peeling" away from the acrylic nail and it continued to get worse as the weeks went on and by week 3 an entire nail popped off while opening Tupperware, and it didn't even hurt. Felt like I was wearing press ons. I thought I'd give them a second chance and get dip cause I've been wanting to switch to dip anyways. My nails were short and damaged from the acrylic and this seemed to be the biggest challenge for the nail tech. I also made an appointment with Jackie but then another tech did my nails. My nails were very uneven in shape and pretty thick. Not to mention that the tech made my pinky so short that it started to bleed until I left and she couldn't finish it. After only 2.5 weeks my nail once again just broke off because it was peeling up from my real nail. I was really impressed with the staff and location but it's not worth the price if my nails are just going to break and peel off. Pretty disappointed overall. read more

I came in, having an appointment for a full and a pedicure. I only got my fill because they were understaffed for the amount of people coming in so I decided to be considerate and reschedule my pedicure for the next day at 2 so that they could feel less stressed. I come in the next day at 2, sign in, then there's 3 people who come in behind me and without appointments and the all get attended to first, I waited 45 minutes after my time, and walked out. Management should do better with time slots and prioritizing clients with appointments. I actually feel disappointed and sad because they do a good job. read more

Salon is well maintained and clean. The aesthetics are beautiful. I have been in three times and will now be a regular. I have been getting my nails done for 20 plus years and have seen and experienced the good, the bad and really bad. Posh is great! Jen is amazing, her customer service and attention to detail is refreshing and I am thankful to have found her. My typical service is a fill with gel polish and a gel pedicure. Average time for both services has been about 75 minutes which is awesome. read more

Worst pedicure! Upgraded to most expensive pedicure option. Was suppose to include extra massage, but the technician barely touched my feet and calves. Did not do a good job with removing cuticle. Very over priced! Will never go back! read more

I was reading my book and almost fell asleep! Thank you for the beautiful pedicure and the best massage I've gotten at a nail salon. Leah did a stunning job at my french tips. I asked for gelX and shorter nails while still having the pointy, skinnier french mani I desire and she didn't hesitate to give me what I wanted. However, I'm used to working with a private tech who takes good care of my nails and does a soak off instead of getting my previous nails buffed/drilled off with an e-file. I do prefer to get my nails done the healthiest way, and this might not be the place for that kind of care. I added pictures of 1 week after getting my nails done, and my nails are already lifting at the base. It might be because my job requires constant hand hygiene for long hours. Overall, I think pricing is reasonable and you are given great service. :) I'm just biased and prefer private techs instead of nail salons.

First and foremost, I don't like the energy in there. There's a wonderful lady that did my pedicure who was great, but the one girl, Anne (Annie, not sure)? Always has an attitude. It's not an obvious one, but an undertone that any smart female can pick up on. I'm sorry, why are you having an attitude with me when I'm a customer and you're working there? She always looks annoyed, rolls her eyes, and says "pick your color." That's all fine, but that's the other problem. I asked for a simple color, butter yellow that they had as an option, and they didn't even carry it. Instead, I paid an absurd amount of money for a color I didn't even like, an unfriendly atmosphere and no innovation. I'd like to pay extra and ask for some nail art or at least some French/swirls with cool touches and they didn't even have yellow?!? Don't worry, I won't be coming back. Also please don't respond with a "we're sorry you've had this experience" general note because I've made up my mind & will be going elsewhere. Good luck babe!

It led me to Golden Nails Spa & I had an excellent experience here. You know what I really appreciated? The hospitality. Everyone smiled & was welcoming, from the one gentleman up front to the woman who gave me the pedicure & then the lady who answered the phone. This seems like something super simple, but I've been to nail salons where they are just not NICE. They are there to do the job but do not incorporate kindness & customer service...at a service-oriented business. Many nail techs seem like they REALLY dislike their jobs. And if you question how they're doing something to your hands or feet, or even ask?! They often act insulted. It's a fine line to tread. When it shouldn't be. I chose the VIP pedicure - see the menu! Treatment on my legs: * sugar scrub * hot stone massage * peppermint mask + hot towels * there was no paraffin wax for my feet but these other treatments made up for that Then "regular" stuff for feet: * soaking * cheese grating! * nail trimming & shaping - I asked for filing instead of cutting Thank you to Golden Nails Spa & "Ann" for a relaxing pedicure.

I went to Posh Nail Lounge yesterday because I had seen them on Instagram and wanted to go. It's a beautiful salon, and they got us in at appointment time. Unfortunately I left with nails that I don't like at all. I showed my tech the pic of the pink nails and told her I wanted to do the same but in red. She forgot to put the hearts on 2 fingers on each hand, but I was like whatever not a big deal. Then upon filing she was so rough and cut my ring finger so badly it was bleeding and she had to wipe my blood. Afterwards, she continued to use the drill on it and I audibly yelled "Ouch" while she used the drill because she was digging into my cut. That was the worst part. I said square (like in the pink pic) and got some sort of rounded shape, not to mention they are very thick and bubbly. My friends nails looked great, so maybe I had a bad tech. But overall my experience was pretty bad and I regret paying $52 for nails that I was really disappointed with. read more

Theray did my nails and I love them!! My nails hurt from biting and now they feel amazing! Theray was so personable, classy, friendly, genuine and just a complete joy ;) I love love my nails, she has been doing nails for 15 years and can do all designs! The gentleman working there had the biggest smile and treated my friends and I like family. We had the best bridal nail experience there! I have been to Posh a few times for pedicures and have had great attentive service. When I asked about additional services and prices the staff has always been upfront and I was never surprised when I went to pay. They do not water down there gel polish like other places I have been to do. My toenails are shaped nicely and I do not have to fix them when them get home. I always opt for the callus remover treatment and they are by far the best with getting me results. read more

The space is chic and they were very accommodating as I was a walk-in. I got a luxury pedicure with gel with Peter and after the first coat I noticed the color was different so he changed it to what I wanted without hesitation.
