I guess I can say I'm a regular now having been a tri-weekly manicure client since covid! Other than one older woman who does a terrible job on my cuticles, all of the other women (and each of the men), I never experience any problems! Even if they say you have to wait, the wait is never long! I never make an appointment because they don't put a lot of effort into upholding that, but I understand why just from observation. Like I said, there are A LOT of chairs and staff there and you will get taken rather quickly. I find the place always clean, odorless, relaxing and those that speak English, very friendly. People always make other recommendations but I'm sticking with Posh! David in-particular really takes pride in his level of detail and attention which I respect despite the little lengthier time with him. Very competitive prices. So, I just finished getting a gel manicure and I have to say it was okay. The reason why I only gave three stars was because first off 4 different people were doing my nails and when it got to the fourth person I was a little turned off by that and the person was too rough when it came to filing my nails with the machine they use. Another thing that was a little disturbing was the tools they used did not seem sanitized. The tools should be cleaned after each client. I immediately washed my hands once I was done and just hoped for the best. I usually go to Blooming Nails which is down the block and because they were fully booked I decided as a last resort to come here. I will go back to Blooming Nails. They are sanitary, friendly, and reasonably priced. read more

I made an appointment for 2 - 30 minute foot rubs. I arrived on time and there was a lady on the phone at the front desk. When she got off the phone she brought me to the bed in the back and began my foot massage at 2:06. During the massage, she left the massage table 4 times to go to the front desk! She asked my friends massage therapist to clean a neighboring bed during the massage ..... she stopped working on my friend for 4 minutes while she cleaned. My massage therapist began 6 minutes late and stopped rubbing on 4 separate occasions and stopped at EXACTLY 2:30. I will never go back ! read more

Itsnot a nail salon, it's a foot spa. 1st of all I timed my massage and I didn't get the time I paid for. Second, the masseuse was methodical and not good. My friend and I have gone to many massage and foot reflexology spas. We love to do this one thing for ourselves. I opted for a full body with foot reflexology since the price was so great. The masseuse who I'm guessing was either the manager or the owner left me close to 10 ten times. Every time the phone rang she got up (and it rang at least 5 times)). Every time someone needed something, she left me. I didn't have more than 10 consecutive minutes of actual massaging. And even when she was present she was constantly interrupted by other workers. I wish I could give -5..this salon is a joke. Took my grandaughter today. Her tech never acknowledged her, made 4 phone calls while doing her nails was constantly moving her phone for a better view. So rude. The place is large but they obviously dont have a cleaning service, and dont do thier own cleaning. My mani table was filthy and gritty. The entire place has a fine covering of nail dust. Garbage bags piled up on a back wall. My tech, Yoki, was a delight, but the rest were horrible. Ill never be back. . read more

Posh nails did not live up to its name. I purchased a groupon for a gel manicure. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However the gel sucked!! After a few days the gel started chipping. Gel is suppose to last atleast 2 weeks. Not 3 days. I will not return. read more

The foot spa is full of THIEVES AND ROBBERS, I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. After i finished my 60 minute massage I realized my sun glasses were not with my other belongings. The masseuse spoke zero English but was motioning that she had seen them. The two "management" figures told her to shut up and that she didn't see them and tried to usher me away. After searching for 10 minutes they were no where to be found. As soon as we said that we are going to call the cops the manager, whom told me i never had glasses, found the glasses in a spot I had just previously looked at with my own flashlight three times. If i was not persistent the thieves would have stolen my 300 dollar glasses. It makes me saddened to know that such shady and corrupt activities go on at this establishment. Being a male in my 20's it makes me wonder what sort of thievery goes on towards the elderly and less aware. read more

WORST MASSAGE EVER!!!! It was more like a back rub than an actual massage. The place looks sketchy as hell. People kept opening the curtain to walk back and forth during the massage. Multiple times she got up to leave the room. Workers are inexperienced and don't know what they are doing. The lady literally just rubbed lotion on my back and feet. . ( I CAN'T WAIT to shower off this cheap smelling lotion btw.) She didn't target any areas where i had pain and it was nothing close to a deep tissue massage. She hardly put any pressure. She put my feet in warm water and a blind fold over my eyes. By far the weirdest sh*t i ever experienced at a massage parlor. Also, lots of sketchy men coming out when i was finished and it came time to pay. I literally should have just stayed home. My man could have given me a better back massage. i recommend Healthy massage spa in Elmsford- they are much more cleaner, professional and will give u a real back massage u will be satisfied with! read more

This is the 2nd time I've come here for a full body massage and I love it! Lin straightened me out last time. This time Nishi worked out all of the tension. I have really sore pained shoulders from heavy lifting and need massage periodically. Nishi focused on kneeding out the tension in my shoulders with strong hands and finally with hot stones. The spa is clean comfortable and the masseuses are strong and can lighten their strength as requested. Personally, I need strong-handed/sports massage. There are excellent relaxing shiatsu-style strokes as well. read more

I love this place. I've come here now for about a couple of years with my daughters. The ladies that work there do an awesome job! I'm always happy with the mani/pedi I get there. This place is amazing! I get the full body deep tissue massage and I am in heaven. The place is relaxing and clean. I would love it if they could add some light scented aroma therapy.
