I have been to this location twice. Recently new to savannah and in need of a forever nail salon. The first visit wasn't anything to be impressed with. Nails were a bit uneven. He gave me attitude about wanting black polish. Which, was a bit distasteful but once I needed a fill I figured I'd give them another go. Which brings us to today. I have never in my life, sat in a chair at a salon and cried. I went in wanting an ombre, which I haven't ever done because I was always too self conscious of being difficult. But I finally got the courage to ask for it. I got made to feel like an idiot because I called it a French ombre. Which. I feel like it could be referred to as but the technician and his colleague made it a point to over and over correct me. He needed to do a new set to get this effect and when he began taking my prior nails off, which it's only been two weeks and there was no lift at all yet, he basically used a new acrylic tip to rip them off of my nail beds. It was very aggressive and extremely painful. He ended up ripping off half of my thumb nail, my real thumb nail. Causing me to bleed. I won't lie, I am happy with the end result, they're cute and I like them, but now I'm embarrassed because I sat in a chair for the full service with tears in my eyes because of the pain I was in, and from start to finish it didn't seem to get any better. I told myself to leave after he had taken my old nails off but this is the first time in years I've had the chance to get my nails done and feel pretty and so I toughed it out because it felt tiring to try and research a new place to go and I had a day of errands ahead of me. But I will not be returning. Nelson was the technicians name, and me being the push over I am, I still even tipped the dude smh Please be warned. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the person who I like to use a call and call and call and he's never there or he's leaving early so they say is Robert and he's not dependable anymore. I don't know what's going on cause when I call and ask for him at the store, it's always an excuse and it's pathetic. I'm I'm sick of it actually I don't understand why he can't work. Had an appointment for 3 girls right before my wedding. We both opted for just basic pedicures and gel manicures but felt like the steps were rushed, very little time was spent on exfoliation and clean up, and we left with a lot of dead skin still on our feet and hands. There was almost no massage, which was disappointing given the price point. Didn't feel welcomed at all. All beauticians used different methods and many steps were missed. Prices were very high compared to their service even though it was a full house in there. That being said, the space is great but wasn't relaxing. Felt more rushed and sort of not cared for at all. Went here for a pedicure and fill in, this was a two day event. Seeing as the first time I went, my toenails weren't up to part. Along with the fill in on my nails looked like a little child had completed it. On top of that my big toe ended up bleeding a whole lot from the jabs and stabs I sustained during my pedicure which the lady kept trying to rush water over my toe making this pedicure, an extra 15 minutes longer (with no extra foot scrubbing) literally just 15 minutes of her, trying to get my toe to stop bleeding Every employee in this establishment has an attitude problem. Please realize that you work in the business of Customer Service, the customer comes first. Point blank period. I was not given a discount for my bleeding toe on top of that. I was charged an extra amount for the French tip design the next day when I came in for a color change because of how piss poor the paint job was. Stop charging astronomical prices for basement chop shop work because you're ready to go home. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AROUND BECAUSE NOBODY HAS TO SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! read more

Would rate this place zero stars if I could. Extremely dirty, all workers are extremely rude. Didn't have any of the colors we picked out.

My husband got a Mani-Pedi here on a Sunday. While they did his Mani, they did not realize that there was holes in the bag of the hot wax and got hot wax all over my husbands shirt and shorts!! All he got was a "sorry" and they continued with the service, still charging him like 80$ for the mani-pedi. Not only does he have to replace his 50$ pair of shorts, but they didn't show concern for the fact that getting hot wax on someone is safety issue! Very disappointing. read more

Do NOT come here if you want to relax and receive quality service. I recently moved down to Savannah and I really wanted to pamper myself which I don't typically do. I called before to ask if they did walk-in's because I really wanted a pedicure but I knew that they probably didn't have an appointments for the time of day it was. The lady on the phone seemed really nice and when I got there I was taken back and sat down immediately, But little did I know I'd be sitting there with my feet in water for 20 mins I understand that when you're a walk-in customer you have to wait your turn. But by the time someone got to me my water was cold. The the guy that took care of me was consistently getting up and leaving he got on his phone multiple times in front of me and didn't even change his gloves. He did a nice job on my pedicure but didn't do the pedicure I paid him to do so I felt overcharged for the service I received, And when I tried to talk to a manager about my experience I was immediately shut down and told "well this is our price" I'm completely fine with paying for the pedicure, but to charge me $44 for a pedicure that was rushed and half assed really didn't sit right with me. They didn't take all the mask off of my leg and I didn't realize this until I got home. read more

Was skeptical of the reviews left on Google and Yelp, but I went today for a mani/pedi since I have a family wedding coming up. I think that the reviews are harsh. The service was great, if you don't like pedis, they're super gentle and notice if they pinched or tickled your foot on accident. The girl who did my nails (Lyn or Lin I believe) was so sweet and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her! Got the mani for $65 (SNS dip + tip) and pedi was $45 (just white gel) so in total after tax without tips was $114. My roommate came with and got a full set for about $70. Pricey for both in total but either one is definitely worth it in IMO! read more

I hate to do this but it's the right thing to do. I went in on Saturday for a pedicure and a fill in purple The fingers and toes to match I left the salon on Saturday with purple toes and purple fingers however this is what happened to my toes in one day and no I did not go swimming or anything like that so I went back on Monday to get them to match my toes for a business trip to my fingers and they spent 15 minutes trying to find the right purple color they did not speak English and we're very much confused about what went on and then they were purple when I went home the next day the same thing happened and all throughout my business trip I wore closed toe shoes ... They told me they lost money due to COVID. I lost my job too but haven't ripped anyone off. I think back and I should have called the police. The first time I visited, my nails were great! The 2 visits after that, they were terrible. My sns was too thick, corners were jagged and sharp, and the nail tech wouldn't listen to me when I asked for it to be corrected. I said I wasn't happy with it, and he exclaimed "all done - bye!" I've been a bi-weekly customer for over a year. I've had many pedicures and fill-ins done. Amy and Annie are the best - but several pinch hitters have done a great job as well. The salon was just freshened up and I always receive great treatment. Regarding some of the other reviews - maybe the customers weren't so great? I've been here evenings and weekends. I've never seen an unhappy customer. Annie has stayed late to fit me in....even when I told her I could come back. If you are polite and tip well, expect AWESOME service. If you are condescending and dismissive and skip a tip, well, people are people. read more

Well in order to cut time waiting for my puppy at the vet nearby, I took my daughter and I to get our nails done for my sisters wedding in California. We were literally flying out within two days. I was it disappointed on how expensive it was, i'm more disappointed that I had three broken nails within a weeks time. And it was for the very minimal thing like pulling up my pants, putting on my backpack, simply picking up something off the floor. Now I've had to get my nails done twice to replace the broken nails so it wouldn't be tacky for my sister's wedding or my upcoming shoot in a few hours. I came in on a Sunday just for my nails to be removed. Also, many of the nail techs were late so I had to wait 30 minutes. Once I was seated, it took almost 2 hours because the ladies were jumping between clients and getting their nails off before mine. The nail tech was incredibly rough with my hands and it seemed like her tools were dirty. I am going to start doing my nails at home. I loved this nail salon the first time I came. This place has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen in a nail salon. It's so bad, that after being here, with an appointment, for an hour and a half, they never even worked on me. My sister and I came here for a pedicure and sns manicures. We called ahead and made appts for 6. We arrived at 6 and stood at the desk for over 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. Then told to pick colors. More waiting. They led us to the pedicure room in back where they got the chair and water ready for my sister, meanwhile, they did not get my chair ready, they just told me to sit down which I did at an empty chair. I especially love Lynn, who does my manicure. They recently renovated as well so the salon has all brand new equipment and is one of the most beautiful I have ever been too!
