Posh is new to Ashland Kentucky. They are five steps up from any other nail salon from any tri-state nail salon they do a wonderful job. Your nails are gorgeous for a week. They can actually do nail art and do a wonderful job. The vibe is pretty cool. They have a bar inside with real liquor if you want it it comes with some pedicures. The pedicures are very nice, relaxing. The prices are not overly costly. I would highly recommend posh nail salon for any woman in the tri-state area who likes to have her nails done beautifully. read more

I'd like to preface this review by saying that Sophie is amazing and incredibly talented. She should absolutely consider opening her own salon or doing appointments only because her work is the reason I kept coming back. That being said, the overall experience at this salon has declined significantly over the past few months. No matter how early or late you arrive, you're almost guaranteed to wait for hours. I'm typically a very patient person, but today was beyond frustrating. I arrived for a new Gel-X set and waited an hour and a half before finally asking if I could just do a soak-off and come back another day. During that time, I was skipped and ignored. The employee doing pedicures was rude not only to me, but also to another customer who had been waiting for Sophie and ultimately decided to leave and come back another day as well. This is not the first time I have came in, waited hours, been skipped, and still returned because of the quality of her work. At the end of the day it is not her fault the other staff tending to the list are not following who arrives first and who should be next. After speaking to Sophie and changing my service on the waiting list from a full set to just a soak-off, I assumed the next available technician would remove my nails so I could be on my way. Instead, I was skipped again while every person in the lobby who arrived after me was taken before I was. At that point, I was so disappointed that I simply walked out and went home. Any staff member could have done the soak-off. I was planning to come back another day for a new set, but now i'm on the hunt for a new nail salon that hopefully has better time management and honors the time people arrive. I understand salons get busy, and I don't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time. But waiting several hours with little communication, being repeatedly overlooked, and being treated rudely is unacceptable. It's incredibly disappointing to see how quickly the customer service and salon has declined because the nail quality itself from most staff, especially Sophie's work, is excellent. Something needs to change. I will no longer be recommending to friends. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years. I went in today 4/30/26 and I didn't see the owner, which normally sits at the front of the salon. I ask for a pedicure and the young lady that did my pedicure was as rude as they come and the treatment on my feet was extremely ruff. She didn't show me the price list or ask me what I wanted. She just started woking on my feet. NEVER ONCE WAS A PRICE DISCUSSED OR WHAT SERVICE DID I WANT. She never turned on the vibrating chair, didn't rub cream on my legs afterwards or put my sandals on like stylist normally do. Looks like things are going downhill at this salon or maybe just a bad month of April after looking at other reviews! I'll be looking for another nail salon after today. read more

Terrible service, nail tech was rough, burnt my nails with the Dremel after multiple times of telling him he was hurting me, argued with me on the length of nail I wanted and got upset that I was using my phone with whatever hand he wasn't working on to the point, he took my phone out of my hand and slid it down the table to where I couldn't reach it. read more

Traveling from out of town and needed to get my dip off. Found this place and was glad to see opened on Sunday. I ignored the reviews and went in and got new dip. Terrible. Didn't remove all my current dip and just went over. I question the sanitation of the equipment. Dip started cracking/chipping on Day 3. I always get 2-3 full weeks out of dip. Don't recommend this place. read more
