DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!! There are gaps in the acrylic that I brought up several times. The tech refused to fix it. At first he said he wasn't done and will get to it. He didn't. I brought it up again, he said the final polish will fix it. No, it didn't. It only glossed over the acrylic. I asked him to fix it and he refused. Another finger has acrylic running up the side of the tip of the nail. Things you can't see are streaks and bubbles throughout the other nails. this place is only getting one star from me because I can't indicate zero! Biggest waste of time and $45 I've ever spent. I pointed out a bare place on one of my nails and the tech argued with me that there was no nail there for the dip to adhere to (when clearly, there was). Nails were done Saturday and today is Monday. Scabs on six of my fingers from the aggressive manicure and two nails are already chipping off. The layers are very thin (so maybe I will be able to pick them off my nails and just paint them) and several of my nails don't even have the topcoat on the sides of my nails. I went there September 25 in the afternoon and the woman did my nails did a full set. By the 28th they were all lifting so the guy redid them with a new set. Today October 7th I needed a fill and just like before they were all lifting which I had to get them taken off and a new set. This place is horrendous and EXTREMELY rude never go there There is a much better place up the road called Equisite Nail & Spa fabulous customer service and wonderful work! read more

I visited Top Nails over the weekend while visiting a friend in the area. The prices weren't bad- $30 for a manicure and shellac- so I decided to go ahead and get it. The nail techs were very rude and spoke to me like I was stupid because I didn't know their process for finding a polish and getting a seat. Through a huge language Barrier and the assistance of other customers, I found my way to a seat in the back of the salon where a nail tech shoved a box of color samples in my face and walked away. Soon, I was assisted by an American lady. She began to do my nails, but didn't make eye contact with me. When I needed to switch between getting the polish and resting it under the UV light, she didn't say anything; she just waited until I figured it out for myself. The quality of the manicure was very bad as well. It is very streaky and uneven. I will never go back to this location and will spread the news to all of my friends who live in the area. read more

Very unprofessional. I went into the salon on a Saturday evening at 8:25 pm. I signed in. There was only one gentleman working. I went over to him and said hello to notify him that I had signed in because there was not a receptionist to greet you at the sign-in desk. I asked if he would do my nails. He said, You do not want me to do your nails, go home!" He rudely repeated himself!!! There was another lady in the salon chair that looked puzzled as to why he greeted me in such a disrespectful unprofessional manner. I will never return. Friendly people but the guy I had did a horrible job on my nails... went in for acrylic nails but they were very uneven, my entire right hand is done completely crooked and the top clear coat is already peeling off after 3 hours of having it done all for $40... I ended up Having to fix it myself. will never come again read more

Walked in on a Friday evening without an appointment and was accommodated right away even though the shop was full and it was 40 mins till close. The lady who did my gel manicure + pedicure did a fantastic and great job. My appointment didn't feel rushed at all and I'll definitely be back some times in the future. read more

Three of us went in for pedicures without an appointment. We had about a 30 min wait. The ladies were nice & did a nice job. They for some reason don't put your flip flops back on you or give you ones if you didn't come in with them like all the other nail salons do. They messed my nails up and when I asked for a refund the man there laughed in my face and then to add more insult he took my hand and showed it to another customer and preceded to talk about how I just didn't know what I wanted ( forget the fact I gave him a pic of what i wanted a similar design of ) . Don't waste your money!! My sister and I had a pedicure and full set of nails put on and 2 days later they started to pull away from our nails. They looked good for the first few days then looked horrible. We usually don't go there but thought since we were with other family members shopping at the mall it would be more convenient to just have them done there. Bad idea!!! I would rate this less than one star if I could. Had my first and last experience at Top Nails Salon. I had been told my a few people to visit any other salon but this one, but I decided to give it a shot. I got acrylic nails with gel polish that is lumpy, uneven, see through because he rushed and didn't use enough coats, and he messed up quite frequently trying to correct his mistakes. I am quite disappointed, and do not even want to look at my nails or show them to anyone because they look disgusting, to be honest. I also wanted a pedicure, but then something came up and I told the woman nevermind I just want paint. A few minutes afterward, she had yet to start, and I got a text saying I didn't have to rush anymore, so I told her I would like the pedicure and she laughed and said okay. I wasn't sure about how the whole process worked, so she started painting my toes with a clear coat. I then mentioned that I had said I did want the pedi and she said, "oh sorry I already paint". After she was almost finished painting she said do you still want pedi and I said sure. She proceeded to wash my feet and legs and my pedi was over. Never. Again. Exquisite or Nails Pro here I come. $65 for rushed service, sloppy service, and a large communication barrier. read more
