This place wasn't awful, but I've been around the block with nail salons. They don't have gel polish to match their regular polish like other places do so you never get your perfect match. They had a great nail polish selection and extremely welcoming. The layout and chairs are very clean and tidy. The owner is very nice and ensures that you are comfortable and enjoying the experience. Omg. I am SO SOO disappointed!! I have a big event tomorrow night and went for a manicure late this afternoon. I have the dipping done and I felt concern when I was placed w someone I hadn't seen before ..(yikes). I was there WAY longer than normal and now I have none -really none shaped the same and all lean one way on one hand, and the other direction on other hand. All are so poorly done and cuticles are -messy w colors all jagged and some edges flat. Such a poor job and of ALL TIMES! To top it off one nail was dipped less than others so color is lighter than the 9 others. Oh and two cuticles were bleeding. (He kept saying I was "so sensitive" but kept filing my skin!!) All that said -I knew he was newer at this and near "the boss" not a friendly sort so I did feel obligated to give him him a tip but after being 30 minutes behind schedule I could not stay longer. The staff was all nice and they're open on Sunday's, so that's why I'm giving them the 2 stars, but I got my 5 year old daughters nails (toes and fingers) painted for $10 and it literally all came off later that day when we went into the pool. She was super sad about it and I was upset because it was a waste of $10. The polish literally came off in the water. I got a pedicure, which felt amazing while they did it, but noticed the polish job is super streaky and looks like I painted my own nails, and I'm not good at it. Terrible. This place messed up my eyebrows. Took a small patch out of the middle of the eyebrow and when I pointed it out to the lady doing my eyebrows, she said "well both eyebrows will never be the same" and brushed the hair around. I asked her two more times about it and she kept telling me it's the way my eyebrows are. I paid and got out to my car, look in the mirror and a whole patch is gone from the top of my right eyebrow. I go back in and ask to speak to the manager and he tells me all he can do is give me a gift card. I said I don't want that because I don't want to come back there to get my eyebrows done. He says he can give me half of a refund. I don't like causing scenes, so I just said "fine" and walked out with my $5. I had an amazing experience here today! I was able to call ahead and book three appointment for same day. When my friends and I came in they sat us right away. My friends got a gel mani and a pedicure which all turned out great. I wanted custom nails done and came in with several pictures to describe what I wanted done. They were able to create beautiful nails that I'm excited to have! They we super nice and I definitely will be coming back. read more

This was my first visit here. I walked in at about 5:50pm - closing time is at 7pm. I stated I needed a manicure, dip, and pedicure. I stated manicure 4 times. I waited for the approval if the service could be done or not. Water wasn't ran for pedicure. That's usually the first thing a salon will do. I was led to sit for the dip. I again stated I needed manicure for cuticles. Needless to say, the manicure was never done. I have dip nails with horrible cuticles that I have to stare at for two weeks. Not only that, I'm asked when my nails are about done, if I mind coming back for pedicure. Yes. I mind. Had you stated from the VERY beginning what you COULD do, I would've adjusted accordingly. I'm furious that my time was wasted, and that I'll have to go someplace else, costing me more of my time, to get the manicure I originally asked for. I wasn't planning on staying for the pedicure. If you can't listen the first time, why would I risk my feet to the same nonsense? No. I won't be back. read more

Absolutely the best french gel manicure that I have ever had! The owners wife is a perfectionist and my nails look fantastic every time. Pedicures are also great. There are extra touches like hot rocks that you find in a spa and the prices are incredibly reasonable. The staff is welcoming and professional. They seem happy to work there which in my opinion reflects good management and good customer focused staff. Another plus is that when I make an appointment I can count on not having to wait - they are ready when I get there which is important for me as a working mom with a tight schedule. Since I origionally wrote this review, Susan has sold the Nail Salon. Amanda has left. I continued going to Posh for a few months after Susan "took vacation." The new owners didn't want to say that Susan left cause they didn't want to have long time customers who were loyal to her leave. They are nice, but they push higher priced services and aren't quite as good as the entire team. I don't like being lied to, so I stopped going here. read more

Awesome nail salon! Clean (they use the bags in their pedicure tubs!), Friendly (they had memorized my name by the 2nd visit!), Speedy (They always have a full compliment of staff so you don't have to wait forever!). I took my sisters and my 2 year old nephew was running back and forth between the three of us. All of the staff was friendly and engaging towards him. They never made it feel like a bother. On my first visit, a little old couple came in; the man pushing the woman in a wheelchair. 2 staff members immediately took control of the chair, wheeled it over to a pedicure chair, helped to lift the woman into the chair and preceded to cut her finger and toe nails and give her little massages like she was their mother! I went to Posh Nails for the first time this past weekend and got a pedicure and a fill along with gel polish for my fingernails. Service was great and the Technician did an excellent job removing my callouses from my heels, which is always a concern as I suffer with incredibly dry feet. He did a very wonderful and thorough job even though it was only their 'basic' pedicure. I'm thrilled with my fingernails as well, the acrylic is even and not lumpy and thin but not so thin it's brittle. Gel polish is lovely and looks like it will last at least 3 weeks. I will willingly drive across town to get this level of service. 5 Stars! read more

Your typical nail salon with a "just above average" pedicure. The place was very clean and had a newer movie playing (loudly). I liked that the owner tells the girls to speak only English and that they use hot stones for the massage at no extra charge. Not sure why but the hot towels they use at the end had a very strange almost offensive odor! I wasn't in there for longer than 5 minutes and just had to get out. It had that acetone or which ever chemical they use to give that "nail salon" smell. It was extremely strong. I would give one star if I could. I got my nails done two days ago, and then came back in because they did a sloppy job. I could've painted them better myself. I come in to have them fix what they did wrong and they treat me so awful. They "redid" my nails and they still look just as bad. The service is awful. My grandmother wanted to take me out for my birthday to get my nails done so we went to this place. I was pleased with the star rating and it was located in between our homes. Fortunately they were not busy so we were helped right away. For future reference they prefer appointments. The number one thing that we both liked was that the girls were not speaking Asian across the room to each other, its extremely rude.Most of them were American, which you rarely see these days unless you go to a high end salon. For $30 we got manicures and pedicures. I must say I normally don't like the leg massage but they use hot stones which felt amazing! I loved everything about this place; from the massage chairs to the neatness of their restroom. Something I have never seen before...the nail polish was in color order not all mixed up. For the past 3 years, I've been a regular customer until today. I don't know what has changed, but the customer service here has really taken a turn for the worst. During my past few appointments, i was made to sit and wait at least 10 to 15 minutes while the person I'm scheduled with is laughing it up in the break room fully aware that I'm sitting there waiting at her station. This was extremely insulting me and disrespectful of my time. I told the owner that I wasn't waiting anymore and walked out. There's other nail establishments that are just as good, if not better, that can have my business. They treated me as an "expectation" and not as a valued customer. Very disappointing. read more

I am a regular here so I love this place. I've gotten a mani and pedi from almost everyone that works here and each time I have had no complaints. The service is great, they are always consistent, and they do a great job cleaning the cuticles. The price is pretty standard for what you get in the area and worth it because the place is clean and the service is quality. I always just get the basic package, but my polish stays on for over a week, unlike at some places where it chips two days later. My only issue is their nail polish selection, because they mostly have only O.P.I. and no Essie, however, I usually just end up bringing my own. read more

Two of my sisters and my brother-in-law stopped here for a manicure and pedicure after seeing positive reviews on yelp. We all got what I believe was the Deluxe Pedi & Mani for $55. The staff was patient and personable. The foot treatment was great, and included lots of exfoliating and smoothing treatments. The toenail paint was fine. However, when it came to the manicures, we were fairly disappointed. It seemed more hurried and less careful than the pedicure. Most of our nails came out with an uneven coat, and were very easily smudged. One of my sisters went back for a redo twice, while I had the finger nails completely redone because of the uneven coating. I also had to have them re-trimmed because the shapes were asymmetrical, and not rounded, as I requested. Since the first nail color was too thick, I chose a more translucent polish, for the second round, which was fine. Another sister had more opaque coral, and on inspection after leaving, she was unhappy with the overall quality. I realized later that the shape of my nails were all subtly uneven, and still not the rounded shape I was looking for, including my toenails. I also noticed my cuticles were very dry and contained unclean edges. My brother-in-law just has a trim and cuticle treatment, and he was fine with his nails. To the business, I would recommend taking the nail polish out of the direct sunlight of the window, as it's thickening the product, or testing polish before customer usage in case a thinner is necessary. Attention to detail when it comes to the nails should be the number one priority. The staff should review proper techniques and apply them every time, with care, rather than whisking through without reviewing the results. I wouldn't recommend going here specifically for nail color, but the foot/leg treatments were the most time consuming, and best feature. read more
