This was my first time stopping in this salon as I just moved down the street and I would have rather made the drive to my usual place. First no one asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted just started working on my feet which it's weird considering each type of pedicure is a different price. So that makes me assume they just wanted to service me for however much they wanted to charge me. The person who started my nails had to switch with someone cause they had an appointment I assumed they passed along what I asked to get done as the person never confirmed what they were supposed to be doing regarding the paint on my nails. After the person finished is when they wanted to ask me if I still wanted glitter on my toes which was what I told the original person and again thought they passed that along. At that point I didn't care for it cause the experience was not to my satisfactory anyways. Then I looked down at my nails to see that they were rushed they weren't cleaned up I have paint on my skin and out of place of the design. She didn't make sure my French tips were straight or anything just put some black on the tips and called it a day. I was occupied answering emails and other things or else I would have spoke up sooner and left without having them finish at all. 0/10 don't reccomend read more

I have been coming here for a year now after my regular pedicurist moved away. I must say John is fabulous. He takes such good care of my feet and I am a Diabetic so foot maintenance is important!! I tried this nail salon twice and both times left disappointed. My acrylic nails were bumpy and crooked. After about a week, the nails began lifting and looking dull. On one occasion, I took my daughter and they asked repeatedly about her anxious habit of biting her knuckle....she was uncomfortable and embarrassed. I would not recommend this nail salon. read more

Updating my review because even with an appointment, there's generally at least a 30-40 min wait. Sometimes longer. The trade off of course is that the techs take their time... buuuuut if you're in a rush, this isn't the place. I've gone to this nail salon numerous times. In the last two years they have more than doubled their price for a pedicure. I can't do my toenails myself because of my age and physical condition, so I am forced to go somewhere. This place is not worth what they charge. It used to be a great place with great prices. I was mostly bummed about paying $33 for a basic pedicure with no extra special service just a regular pedicure. I usually pay $45 for a pedicure with gel so I thought they're pricing was expensive. Since I moved to Mesa 3 years ago I have had the hardest time finding a clean and relaxing nail salon. Well I have found the perfect spot - CHASE NAILS! They give the best massages. Everyone who works here is very kind. They always have chill music playing so the vibe is relaxing. And most importantly, I leave with happy, pretty nails and my pockets don't hurt after. The inside was nothing to write home about but my oh my the service more than makes up for it! John greeted me with "I've been waiting for you". Exceptional pedicure from start to finish. I stopped by Chase to get my nails done because I was in Mesa visiting, and I doubt I will go back. I got my nails done on 12/19, today is the 21st and 5 out of 10 nails are chipped. I have a desk job so I am not rough on my hands. I paid $42 for a toe polish change, acrylic fill and gel polish. It is a few dollars less than what I lay in Scottsdale. I leave for vacation tomorrow and now have to go find a salon close to me after working for 11 hours to get my nails repainted. So angry. read more

I've had both a gel manicure and a pedicure at Chase Nails over the past month. The gel manicure was good; nothing exceptional but it was well done. John gave me a pedicure last week and it was probably the best I've ever had; better than a high end spa that charged me twice as much. He spend a lot of time getting all the callous on my heels and toes removed. He does a great foot and leg massage and uses warm lotion and finishes with a warm stone massage and a thorough wipe down with a warm towel. They are very busy so if you don't have an appointment, be prepared to wait. They take their time with each customer and won't rush because they have customers waiting. read more

My 14 year old son and I went in today for a pedicure. We called 15 minutes prior to check on the wait time. They said they could get us in. We showed up and were seated immediately. Soon after, they worked on my son, then myself. The work was done quickly and well. We had a good time talking with the employees. We'll be back again. read more

Don't go to Chase nails unless you're old or cheap. Though the prices may seem good or you're close by, they don't use quality nail product, and they will all fall off. I went to Chase's nails because I work two jobs around 70 hours a week and I thought they would be perfect with the distance and prices. However after 3 days of getting them put on, four nails had broken off. I don't do anything taxing on my body or my nails with my jobs. Three of these nails had broken off while I was showering. Now within a week I only have four nails across both hands. I went in to try to get this resolved or even fixed, and was told that I would have to pay $30 again since I had waited more than a week. I'd only waited exactly a week and I explained that that was because I had just been on a 7-Day stretch with both jobs and had no time to come in between their hours. She basically said that I had waited too late and I would have to pay again to get them fixed and that there was nothing else she could have done. Acrylic nails should never fall off right after 3 days. No pain, clean rip offs, I only knew they'd fallen off when I would look. So now I'm sitting at home with ugly hands and mismatched nails. So unless you want to pay twice to get your nails done and probably have them fall off all over again, just go get a nail acrylic package from Walmart and do it yourself at home. I'm sure they'll probably stay longer than 3 days. They took no consideration or understanding in the situation. I will be warning everybody not to go to this place, they don't care unless you have money to spare. read more
