Pros: The nail tech was really nice and did a pretty good job on my nails. Salon was very clean. Cons: I made an appt but had to wait 20 mins after my appt time. Which was confusing because there were only 2 other customers getting their nails done and like 3 employees. On a Friday at 5:30. They also have a very small selection of gel colors so unless you want something basic, I'd find somewhere else. read more

Won't give this place my business anymore. They are not clean, the towel they have you lay on in the waxing room is not changed in between people, even during covid. They have now also stated they will only take cash. In the middle of the pandemic where most places won't accept cash they are saying the will only take cash. It's not posted on the doors, just inside that said cash is greatly appreciated. I went to this place for years but will no longer do so. They said the credit card machine has been broken for almost a year, get it fixed and stop turning away customers when you're hurting for business. read more

My mom and I love this place. They are SO friendly and always remember us no matter how long we wait to come back. I got acrylic nails (in white) at a different location which were very messed up and then came here to get them fixed and the lady made them look perfect (in purple) the only downside is that they're very understaffed so it's always a hit or miss on whether or not you can get in with them. I am a regular here and I downloaded Yelp just to give them the highest review I could! This business is family owned and is honestly the only place I will ever go to get my nails done! The staff are all nice and have some amazing stories to tell I love just going to listen to the staff! I go here for all my nail knees whether it's an acrylic fill in or a nice relaxing pedicure! I also love their prices as a broke high school student I don't have a bunch of money to spend on manicures. When I first came in I got a full set of acrylics with gel and a gel pedicure, I ended up spending less than $80 which is amazing! I also love the lady who does my acrylics, she is so good at nail art! She is so creative too! Before you read any further please note: appointments are useless at this establishment and your time will not be respected. I really wanted to like this place. Brought my daughters here on a previous occasion and they did a nice job. Called this morning around 11am to make an appointment for both of my daughters and myself for manicures, pedicures and a full set of acrylic nails. Also was going to have my daughter's eyebrows and legs waxed. I explained to the gentleman on the phone that we were flexible and could do any time after 1pm. He said to come in at 330pm which seemed a bit late but it was fine. I would have thought they would want us to arrive earlier. When we arrived for our appointment, every seat was booked. Admittedly we arrived a bit early so I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. By the time our appointment time arrived they were only able to get one of my daughters in for her gel nails. By 4pm she was doing my other daughter's gel nails and every chair for pedicures was still taken and I was still just sitting in the waiting area. I canceled my nails and the pedicures and waxing and the response was disturbingly ambivalent. They acted like they couldn't care less. WHY make appointments if you can't plan accordingly?! The industry is far too competitive to treat your customers this way and as a result you lost three for life. read more

Every time I walk in they know be my name and I have rarely ever waited and never ore than 20 min. They have an awesome offer where you get a card and the mark each time you come in and after 10 you get a discount and I think you may as well if you pay cash. I had two good experiences prior to this week's, but I'll never go back. I get my eyebrows waxed there, and this last time it was not the usual person. She didn't seem to know what she was doing, didn't really place the wax in the right spots, and then proceeded to just pluck the hairs and in the process broke my skin twice. I still have a scab. When I asked her to use the wax, she just tried to pluck again. The guy there was unapologetic. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and this experience was really strange, it was almost like the woman wasn't trained. Think twice before waxing here! read more
