Came here with a group (with a reservation!) during the week. I stress during the week because you'd think it wouldn't be as busy but still, made an appointment to be sure so all (10) of us could be seated at the same time and such. Yeah, not so much.... So we arrive about 15 minutes late, we called to warn them because our group was staggered in traffic sadly. I called and they said no problem, just come on in. When I arrived, 3 girls were already sat doing manicures and one sat at pedicures, the rest of us had to wait because they were not staffed for us plus walk ins. I was started on after 10 minutes or so of waiting, but between two people that weren't in my group. When there were chairs available next to our one group member getting a pedicure..... this is where it just got worse. I was finally given a pricing menu and decided upon a gel manicure and spa pedicure. So far it was relaxing, but I was by myself while others waited to be tended too or were getting manicures. During the pedicure, the attendant cutting my cuticles ended up cutting them too low several times causing me to bleed. I asked her to stop and to not bother cutting more and just push them back but she persisted. I asked for a paper towel or something for it to stop bleeding and she just wiped it away with her towel, And kept going. Now I'm not one to normally keep quite but I'm not about to disturb the rest of my group. She finished the pedicure and motions for me to follow her for the manicure. Note, one toe is still lightly bleeding and I get a paper towel to dry it myself. The manicure was fine. I wanted a simple French done since it was a wedding and she said it would be hard to do since I had short nails. I asked if she could do it but she just said it would be hard and look weird but would try anyway. Uh, thanks I guess? I didn't have short nails, I had growth just past my finger tips so, the tips were there. She ended up cutting them all down and them making a thick white block. I told her it looked too thick and asked if it could be thinner and she just signed and did it anyway. I was knocked again during my manicure and this time she cleaned it. When it was all done, the rest of my group were split up everywhere, some manicures were started, the rest were finishing pedicures. Our bride was just then getting started and a bridesmaid was still waiting by the time I was done. There were several others waiting in the couch by this point and everyone who was there before my group arrived, were still being worked on. It looks like they only had planned for 5 of us at a time to be worked on. As I'm about to pay, I noted the bleeding to who was checking me out (not the same as who did my mani pedi,) and she just nodded and said okay. She asked what I had done so I pointed them out in her menu, and the pointed out I never got my massage and asked if it was leg or foot and she said it was both. I got neither. I paid $65 (not including tip, even though I wish I hadn't at this point) which is a good deal in the area. Just not worth it I feel. When I looked at the. Time I realized I been there barely an hour, 57 minutes really. I sent a text to a girl saying just parked, and noticed the time on the receipt. Overall, I would not choose this place over my normal. They seem unorganized and unconcerned with appointments and who they get, so long as the chair is filled and money rolls in. It gets two stars because of the price and what seems like good quality, I'll have to see how long this last though. Pros: clean looking, lots of color options, full pricing menu (when you ask for it, not listed anywhere). Cons: Staff were incredibly rushed (gel mani and pedi in less than an hour?!) my cuticles were cut too low and cause bleeding , staff never apologized, never received massage listed in pedicure. I usually come here every 2 weeks to get a full set and a deluxe pedi. A week ago I had gone to a different nail salon while I was out of town. I called POSH ahead today and came in to get one single acrylic nail fixed that had fallen off. I basically had to convince the lady to do her job. The lady told me that they don't fix other people's jobs there and it wouldn't match and I said it was ok. I just needed one nail because I can't bartend like that. She kept on trying to change my mind that I should go back to the place I originally went to (which was out of town) I said, well this is my nail salon and if it looks a bit off it really doesn't matter I just need the nail on please. She then applied the shade I picked out on and said "see it doesn't match" and I said that's fine I just need the nail on it doesn't matter what it looks like I'll pay whatever. She got up and went to go grab a shade exactly like the one I was wearing. All the co workers were taking turns and kept coming up to my area and laughing and talking in their language probably about the shade and design making it a super uncomfortable experience for me. The whole time she didn't ask anything and left hard acrylic residue on my finger tip that I had to kindly ask her to remove. I felt like she was just complaining about the fact that I wasn't getting a full set and kept telling me they don't fix other people's work there. The second younger girl that did my design was very nice and quick. I don't know her name but she was very sweet. Your establishment is meant to cater to guests and as a regular at an establishment like this you will never get my money again nor will I recommend anyone to go there. I picked Posh as it's the name of the luxury spa I frequent in Connecticut. This location was upscale too with Zoya and OPI products and had a cool chic ambience. You don't get a shoulder rub like you do at mine but the staff was beyond pleasant and you have a cool lucite cube on which to place your hand during the manicure. I'll definitely return. read more

I've been dying to try this place for a while! I stopped here for a quick manicure about 6 months ago and brilliantly locked my keys, phone, and purse in the car on my way in (and ended up spending 2 hours dealing with that mess instead of getting a relaxing manicure), but this morning I finally had a little window of time to take care of my ragged nail situation and stopped in. First impressions -- this is a great little salon! Much bigger than it looks from the outside, super clean and modern. I was surprised at how busy it was around 10am (they'd only been open for about half an hour), but I think that this salon has a lot of loyal fans and it makes sense that they'd want to get in right away and get on with their Saturdays. I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to take me right away for a regular manicure. I'd brought my own polish but they had a really robust selection of Zoya and OPI polishes with plenty of classic and trendy colors to pick from. A couple of flat screen TVs playing HGTV and a top 40 Spotify playlist made for a nice relaxing atmosphere. My manicure was great, very efficient but thorough, and the $15 price tag was super reasonable. A few small hiccups that prevented me from giving a full 5 stars... My technician was brusque and at times almost unfriendly. I don't need a lot of chit chat, but I felt like he really wished he was spending his Saturday elsewhere. But all of the other employees were really friendly and welcoming, so maybe it was an off day. Hoping for better luck next time. Instead of individual manicure stations, there is essentially one long table where everyone sits. One of the clever design features is that there are drying beds built right into the table, so you just stick your hands in as soon as you're polished. The downside is that if they are busy, you're essentially taking up space for the next customer and I felt like I was kind of rushed out to make room for the next person. My technician just set the dryer to one cycle and left, never saw him again, but someone else came by and proclaimed my nails dry after a light tap. However, when I got outside I realized they weren't really set yet. I ended up sitting in my car for another 10 minutes which was OK, but it's weird that they didn't really have a place inside where I could just sit out of the way and dry. But overall very happy -- I will definitely come back (the spa pedicure chairs looked really inviting, and they also had a very full body massage chairs that were being enjoyed by the husbands and dads who were waiting for their respective ladies) and I'd recommend to anyone needing some nail TLC in the Winter Park area! read more

I called a day ahead to make an appointment for both of us, there was slight miscommunication and there were not 2 seats open next to each other so I had to wait a little, but it happens. Very clean environment and the staff was friendly. It's been a week and my polish is still on, recently I've been to other establishments and the polish would start peeling days later. I live in Orlando half the year & recently came down. I was surprised that I was basically the only customer--someone came in shortly after I got there. I have only been getting pedicures again since July (in Baltimore). This time I decided to treat myself & got a mani(last time was February) & pedi. Jennifer is extremely friendly & nice & did a great job. They have plexiglass for manicures, but no plexiglass for pedicures. In Baltimore, my salon has shower curtains in between pedi chairs & plexiglass too. I would have liked to see that here. Everyone was wearing masks & sanitizers were very available. read more

Went here because of the high reviews and fair prices, but for the $45 Deluxe pedi, they did not clean out under nails, barely did callus removal (used a pumice very quickly, but no use of a grater like I'm typically used to). The pedicure massage chairs are old and weak - you barely feel anything at top intensity. Paint job is terrible - you can see in my photo how much of a gap the tech left between cuticle and the top coat. Best part of the pedi is the full body massage chair, which my tech didn't know how to set up properly, so I had to spend 10 minutes figuring out a program for myself. read more

If you don't care how your nails come out or have short nails then you should be fine going here BUT if you have spent months growing your natural nails out and don't want someone to mess them up then definitely do not come here. I am so happy with Jennifer!! I came in after having my nails BOTCHED by Naillinis spa in Lake Buena Visita and she did great. I came in at 7pm (they close at 7:30) and asked if they would be able to help me. They took me back without question. The acrylics I had were all different lengths, were thin at the tip and thick at the base, and lumpy. The polish was sloppy. She stopped and showed me the progress throughout, she gave me suggestions on how it can be better next time. I ended up being there until 8pm and no one made me feel rushed. The price was AMAZING for the amount of work she did. I work up the street and have heard great things, I'm so glad I went and they fixed my terrible nails. read more

This place might be fine if you are getting regular basic polish colors, but definitely not the place to go to get anything more special or custom done. I came in requesting a whitish gold chrome finish manicure and gave them a picture of them I wanted. I specifically said I didn't want it yellowish. They didn't really seem to know how to do this and suggested the chrome glitter that looked like yellow gold and I said that was too yellow. They said it wouldn't come out that yellow after it was applied. Also, they didn't know what base color to use and just told me to pick something like I am a nail expert...um that's why I'm paying you to do it? They tested out one color on a fake nail and it appeared too reddish so I was advised to select a neutral beige color as the base so I did. At that point if they are uncertain that they can do what I requested they should have just told me so and I would have picked a regular color and ended up with nice looking acceptable nails. What I ended up with was a tacky BRIGHT yellow gold color with a glitter finish, and nothing whatsoever about it is a chrome finish. They did offer to fix it but I didn't have time and I'm leaving town for 10 days on vacation which was the sole purpose of getting my nails done. I had to run around all day to make time to even be there and now I'm stuck with nails that would have honestly looked better before with no polish. They offered me $5 off and didn't charge for the chrome however I'm still out money and time and now stuck with ugly nails I hate. Totally disappointed! read more

The place is very nice and has a nice ambience to it. The guy I got was good but he ripped my real nail by trying to remove my acrylic with a false nail. And he put wayyyy to much white polish in my French to the point where the white has a lump. He was very nice and I know tried really hard to make sure they looked nice. But when I went home and looked at the French lines some were messy. My toes came out nice though. And oddly I can see alooooot of bubbles threw my new acrylic it doesn't look cute. I've tried posh twice now due to the recommendation of my friends who love it. I'm honestly just super underwhelmed. The thing that stands out the most is the inconsistency between nail techs. You can clearly see others getting better treatment than you. For the price and the inconsistency I can't justify spending more money on a potentially lesser quality service. I shouldn't have to ask for the same treatment as the person beside me. It just feels like depending on the person who does your service you run the risk of getting someone who cuts corners. I'm sure others have had good experiences and I see it happening... just isn't the place for me. read more

4 stars for reasonable prices, an attractive interior and quality stylists. I came here with a friend to get pedicures. We made reservations an hour beforehand and they were very accommodating. The salon is part of a little plaza and it has plenty of parking, which is a big plus in Winter Park. The interior of the salon is very cute. One of the walls is lined in faux-stone and there are a lot of dark wood accents. It's very clean and the pedicure nails are new and comfortable. I was very impressed with their nail polish selection. It wasn't massive, but it had very quality bottles and lots of interesting tones. For example, I had just seen a cool reflective purple and green shade on Buzzfeed (don't judge) and they had one that looked exactly like it! The prices were pretty reasonable. It was $30 per pedicure and we got the slightly upgraded ones. The lady doing my pedicure did a great massage at the end, but she was a bit brusque. For example, as soon as she was done, she said "you pay now?" Yes, obviously I will pay, but I'm not even out of my chair yet... Everyone else was super nice and my friend did not get the same hurried response when she was finished. Also, they don't have a place to dry your toes or any of the lights. They have a couch, but that's it. Overall, this is a nice salon with solid stylists and I will probably return to try the manicures. read more

First, let me say that my pedicure was wonderful. My toenails and heels have never looked or felt better. The tech was very nice and did a great job. However, (uh oh, here it comes...) I was not here alone. I had made an appointment for a 2:00pm pedicure for two people. I made sure to check and make sure they knew it was for 2 people. My friend and I arrived about 5 minutes early for our appointment. We were told to choose our nail color and then we were immediately seated in two very nice adjacent pedicure chairs. Okay, good so far. Before my feet had been in the water 1 minute, my technician came over and started removing my old polish. "Wow," I thought, "they are quick. This is great!" My friend continued to sit with no attention from a tech. She sat. And sat. And sat. More than 30 minutes. I was 3/4 of the way through my service when I finally asked when she would be starting her pedicure. "Five minutes," we were told. 10 minutes later, as my tech was applying my polish at the end of my pedicure, the woman, who I assume was the owner, finally sat down and quickly completed my friend's pedicure, all the while being interrupted with phone calls and questions from other techs. We were charged the same but certainly did not receive the same quality of service SO, to explain: If my tech had not been so talented, this salon, as beautiful as it is, would have received an even lower score from me. My friend is a very busy mom of three and works full time. This was her "fun" for the week. I'm disappointed for her. And for me. I may try this place again because I did receive a great pedicure, but I'll come alone. :( read more

Great new nail salon in the Winter Park area! I was looking for a new nail spot in my area and have definitely found it! The interior is extremely clean and comfortable. There is a "bar" area for manicures with comfy chairs where you can relax. The table has individual built in drying lights which is super convenient for quick drying when you're on the go! On the other side of the room there is a row of large comfortable pedicure chairs with massaging and reclining. All the seats face a wall with multiple large TV's for your enjoyment. There is also pretty good music playing in the background. I really like the atmosphere at this place. I always feel very welcomed when I walk in. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. Lee is the owner and she is very nice every time I come in. There are multiple people who remember me which is always a great feeling! I am extremely picky and particular about my acrylic nails. Lee did my acrylics the first time and I was very worried that she would totally hate me bc of how picky I am. But no! She did everything exactly how I asked and I totally love them!!! Hugh did my second acrylic fill and also did a phenomenal job! You can tell that they have a lot of experience when doing nails and truly enjoy what they do. I'm especially happy that they don't mind my being picky!! One thing that is very important to me is being able to tell the person who is doing my nails exactly what I want and feeling comfortable telling them if I don't like something. I have most certainly found that here at Posh Nails! I plan on returning every two weeks or as needed for my acrylic fills and will definitely have to try out a pedicure here sometime! I've been trying to find a new place to go because after I moved my usual spot was too out of way. This place is it and it's great. Lee the owner did my nails and I'm a pretty picky customer but she was so patient with me. I got gel nails and honestly I've been to a lot of bad places but this place knows how to do it! It's about $5 more than my other spot BUT they give you FREE WINE so you're really netting zero at that point. The store is very clean and well put together, love the furniture and equipment, it's not your average nail salon. They use covers for their pedicures which for this OCD person is a huge plus. This place has been open for 3 weeks and they are doing an AMAZING job so far. They asked me if I wanted anything to drink. They offered me wine, tea, coffee, and water! Any place that offers these extra perks definitely knows how to keep people coming back. Their service is first class. She was generous with her massage by giving me extra time a LOT of extra time wow!! My favorite spring/summer polish is flip flop fantasy and it's a tough color to polish but it looks flawless. At the end they put me in a massage chair that is the holy grail of all massage chairs, wow!! Where can I get one of those!
