Went as a walk in this morning. I rarely get my nails done and only for special occasions. Tim helped me and did a fantastic job. I got a simple, single color gel polish manicure. I'm really pleased with the quality and final results. Good price and the manicure was completed quite quickly. The phone was ringing non stop with clients booking appointments and I can see why. I found this location through Yelp & I was not disappointed. Tim was so kind, polite and professional. I will definitely return. read more

The only nail salon I will keep coming back to! I've been going to Tommy for my nails since I was a sophomore high school and I still go to him 10 years later. They used to be Aloha Nails in the springs plaza but recently moved over to Glow Nails right by the 434-436 intersection. This was great for a quick last minute Pedi as my regular teacher lace was booked. I've never been so when I called, I was happy they squeezed me in pretty quickly. The gentleman that greeted me was very polite and welcoming. Almost immediately they sat me for my service. My pedicure was pretty basic but I didn't select anything from a menu. I think they had an appointment soon after me so mine was slightly rushed and I wasn't offered any upgrades. For the basic pedi, I'm happy with my results, but I think their pricing is a little high compared to a few other places I've been to. It was $48 with gel but no foot massage or heel scrub, etc. Nonetheless, I'd go back if I couldn't get into my regular place. read more

The service was nice, it was quiet and calm, enough space to move around and didn't feel confined. There is a heavy language barrier at this location so if one of the translating women isn't present it might be a bit more difficult to ask for the exact service you want. I don't knock going and still visiting though. I got a pearl mask pedicure and classic French tip acrylics. I originally wanted just gel but they told me it wasn't possible to do JUST gel so I got it with acrylic. The lady who did my nails her name is Kim and she was very sweet. I'd been curious about this salon as I drive by it nearly everyday. My appointment was for dipped nails and a gel pedicure. When I arrived, I chose a neutral color from a rather extensive palette of options. Kevin was the tech who crafted the nails and he was an absolute delight. The nails came out with such a beautiful density to them, not too thick but still strong. They look very natural and elegant. The pedicure was very relaxing, in a massage chair and near a tv playing HGTV. Ron worked on my toes and he took his time to make sure they came out lovely. My overall impression is that the salon is beautiful, comfortable and has excellent customer service. There are classic ballads playing in the background and not noisy at all. I had not been to a nail salon since Covid. I opted out to doing them at home since then to save on costs. I came to visit my boyfriend and he told me a friend recommended this place. That I should go check em out and he'd take care of it. I had been scared to go back to one as I'm just shy in general. But everyone here was very kind! It's taken me a while to find a new nail salon with good service and quality work. Glow nails nailed it for me! The whole staff is so friendly every time I walk in and even make it a point to remember your name. I was offered a beverage upon entering and they really try to accommodate your desired appointment time. My nail tech Kevin did a great job on a gel acrylic full set which is still going strong a week later. Lisa was my tech for my pedicure and just was so gentle and honest about the color I picked for my small toe nails. They really do a great job at making you feel comfortable and I love that kind of service in a place you should be relaxing in. This will definitely be my new go to nail salon. read more

I've been going to this place for about 3 years now since a friend suggested it! Usually Tim does my nails but lately he's been booked almost a week out (or more) so then I'll go with Kevin and he's great too! I've only ever had one bad experience and it was fixed right away. I started out getting full sets with tips and acrylic but eventually I would love to gradually have my own real nails so I changed to a fake tip with dip and it's been growing out really nicely. One thing I've noticed about this place is their prices are so reasonable! My full tip set with gel overlay w/ dip and gel toes was only $70. I tried another place and wasn't amazed by the quality and pricing so I probably will never leave this place again read more

I am nervous to write a GREAT review because I do not want anyone stealing my new Nail Tech! I have been here 3 times now. Once for a full set, once for a FREE NAIL FIX , and another time for a fill and color change. Tim is PHENOMENAL and the service here cannot be beat! I've been here three times and they already know me by name. Everyone is nice and inviting and the areas to get your nails done and feet done are split up to provide great COVID friendly environments. They also do not consistently try to talk or overwhelm you with getting other services, but yet they speak with you and let you enjoy your pampering. You are offered something to drink and you are given time to choose your color and designs. I also must say pricing here is nice as well! I called late on a Saturday. I just moved to the area and needed a little treat after weeks of neglect. They accommodated me for a full set and pedicure at 5:45 when they close at 7! If I could rate a 10 star, I would! I had the BEST pedi I've ever experienced. Tamy, was the most gentle nail technician. From, cleaning the cuticles, callus removal, and toe nail filing. Usually I cringe when getting this done as my feet are very sensitive. If you're looking for a nail salon and a new technician this is the place! Don't look any further. read more

I decided that it was time for some pampering. I happen to be house-sitting for a friend, so I turned to none other than Yelp to find a salon nearby. I was convinced from multiple positive reviews to give Glow Nails a try. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted with courtesy and a warm smile from Tim. My original plan was to have a pedicure as well as a full set w/ gel or dip. I was only able to have the pedicure done due to afternoon plans with the boyfriend involving a 2-hr road trip. I was paired up with Chan, an extremely sweet and soft spoken young woman. She was full of compliments (apparently I have the cleanest feet she's ever seen) lol. She is amazing at what she does. She shaped my toenails like no other technician who's ever worked on my feet. She didn't skimp on services either- both my feet received the same amount of attention. I will say it again- she is amazing at what she does, and she acquired a forever customer this morning. Glow Nails far exceeded any and all my expectations- I have made an appointment to go back for my full set next week. read more

Went here for the first time based on their reviews. Just a heads up if you are looking to go here for the first time. There is an up charge to remove dip from your nails. There is an up charge to remove gel from your toes. The lady (I will not use names) cut 2 of my fingers removing the dip. My pedicure was good and the polish looks good. read more

I had to make an appointment but wow! Well worth it! This has been the best pedicure I had gotten in a long time. My lady's name was Lisa! She was wonderful. I got the $55 dollar pedicure and it was heavenly ! If you want to treat yourself, come here ! And the surroundings and style of the salon are very nice & upscale for affordable pricing. I have gone to the same nail salon for years but recently they have been so busy and rushed me out with mediocre service so I decided to switch. Today was my first time at glow nails and I LOVED it. Lisa was my nail tech and she took her time with every part my pedicure. Callus removal and cleaning up my skin was completely painless, my massage was fantastic, and I was overall just very satisfied with the experience. I have been a client of the salon for awhile and they have always done a great job and every time addressed me by name. However tonight they earned a lifetime customer in me. I have been going through some really tough times in my life and they took the time to show me they cared about me. This one act was so above and beyond what you would except of any nails salon and it was touching. After a number of long months doing my fellowship, running my new business, and currently studying for my final set of boards I stopped by Glow nails to pamper myself and give my nails a much needed mani and pedi. The staff was pleasant, they had plenty of colors and the price was reasonable - $33 for shellac and $25 for a regular pedi. Kathy did my nails and she did a fabulous job! She took her time to shape, my nails, got rid of my cuticles, and did essentially a perfect paint job! The only other manicure that comes close is the ones I have had in San Antonio, Texas at Redtop nail salon when I lived there years ago. Kathy did a great job with my pedi too, left my skin feeling smooth and soft, and gave me a relaxing leg massage. Great job! While I won't be in FL much longer, I'll definitely be back for my mani- pedi needs until I go back home to IL. read more
