The flowers finally came at 7:30 pm and the delivery driver called me vs. following the directions my boyfriend gave them to get in the building and leave the flowers at the front desk. Overall, great flowers just need work on the delivery and communication.

The recipient is no longer home in the evening, which defeats the purpose of the delivery and has caused significant inconvenience. I called over and was assured that there were plenty of pumps in stock. When I arrived, the clerk greeted me right away. I asked about insurance, etc. and got everything squared away as far as payments. She let me vent to her a little about the day I was having and displayed so much empathy. She then carried the pump out to the car for me since I couldn't lift due to my c-section. When I called later to ask for more information for my insurance, she gave me very clear instructions on who I could call to get the information I needed. It was such a seamless process and I'm so happy to have gotten my pump in a timely manner.

The parking was easy (free if they validate). The store was small, but had all the essentials and the service was amazing. They offered some great advice about my pump and even looked over the other features to make sure all was in tip top shape! While I was looking around there was a new mother, in her hospital gown, being helped with finding a nursing bra. How cool is that! She just had a baby, her milk had come in, and she didn't have to change out of her hospital gown or leave the hospital to find a nursing bra. That's amazing service! Why every hospital doesn't offer this is beyond me! The sales ladies are so sweet and so helpful. This place is wonderful!

All I knew going in to talk with Anna was what colors I had envisioned for my wedding and I showed her some pictures that I liked of floral bouquets and centerpieces and of table settings because I was also getting my linens through them. I brought the pictures with me so Anna could see what my tastes were. When you walk into Floral Works and Decor in Clairemont you'll find a bunch of pictures of their work and you'll see that they've done very simple yet elegant events and also very elaborate and unique weddings, so it was nice to see that they had a broad range. Anna gave her suggestions and recommendations which is great since she knows what works, but as the costumer I always felt I still had the final say which was nice. Anna is very timely in getting back to your calls/e-mails and is always trying to please the costumer which is a plus from any vendor during the wedding planning process. My reception was at the Prado which I already fell in love with on it's own and with the help of Floral Works and Decor I really loved the final results. They really did help transform my reception location into something even more special. I'm not usually the overly expressive type, but I literally screamed out of amazement when I walked in the reception hall to see what they had. done.
