The calendar on their website at end of month is a rolling calendar vs month youre in so I made a mistake and ordered for March vs February. Fair enough, so since the flowers werent delivered that day before 1, I asked for a refund of the $10 rush fee. The manager, got sassy and was extremely rude with me and told me no. They were sticking with original order. I told her either refund me the $10 rush fee or refund me the entire order of $200 (ish). She said she would rather lose the order than refund me the rush fee. I got my refund and cancelled the entire order. Whomever this mgr is who took my call....she needs a lesson in customer appreciation and not to be sassy when people are calling. 0 stars if possible! in response to the post...i did not ask for a refund of the purchase AND free flowers. I wanted the flowers...why would i want a refund and to deliever the flowers. no one works for free! I wanted a $10 refund but the gal who called me wouldnt listen, was snappy, and short.
