During the planning process, she was quick to respond to emails I had with questions. She created digital images of the invitations so that I could look over anything and make any changes. There were also a lot of options provided - such as wax seals, stamped return envelopes, etc Our invitations were beautiful, and we received a lot of compliments from our guests! And not only that, but they were completed & ready for pick up sooner than anticipated. Thank you Lindsay for helping make our wedding memorable, special, and stress free!!!

I would highly recommend and I am positive we will use her again for other paper goods - although she specializes in weddings, I also loved her designs for Thank You cards, etc. Edit - I also loved all of the reviews we were able to do - very high quality and looked very much like the "real thing". Paper quality was amazing as well and she worked really closely with us to make sure we stayed in budget while certainly not compromising quality. We even had to do a last minute re-print of our programs due to a flower girl change (not her fault obviously) and she got them done SO fast - we still had everything finalized 2-3 weeks before the big day with room to spare.

She gives you paper choices that you don't realize cannot be written on and then tells you it's the paper you chose! She was a week late getting us the invitations and could not have cared less. Beware - if you don't want your wedding ruined, stay away from her! No accountability, blames you for her negligence, and charges you so much that I'm too embarrassed to share. I am not the most creative person, but with the basic ideas I had in mind for the "look" of my wedding, she went above and beyond what I ever would have thought of! I was very impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail, and appointment flexibility. She was very respectful of my budget and managed to create such a beautiful product while staying inside my budget. She made the process stressfree and efficient, and the save the dates were done really fast! Her save the dates received many compliments and I love that there was the "special touch" of having a personalized save the date card just for my wedding, all for a reasonable price. We found her through the Bridal Bazaar and decided to use her services. It also helped that she offered a discount as we attended the BB. Her work is amazing and I recommend her for any invites, whether wedding, birthdays, special events, etc. She created our wedding invites. Although, we canceled our wedding and enjoyed looking at our proofs, she was with us through the entire process. Sandra was also kind enough to refund us half of our deposit (good faith) even though her terms on her contract state that the deposit was non-refundable. Now, that is great business! The reason I started yelping "hard" was a way to acknowledge those who helped us along the wedding process. Not all received 5 stars and I've built a better foundation on criteria so I'm not loose with them. Sandra's work was intricate, detailed, and wonderfully handcrafted. From the envelopes, the color schemes and designs, and the presentation-- we could not have been happier. The icing on the cake was when I went to pick them up. She had them organized wonderfully and I saw all the other projects she was working on. Her heart is truly in her work. She had an example invitation for me to review which was unexpected. That was very kind of her. Prices I would say range from $3.75-$5.00 per invite (with tax included). I don't know what to compare it to but the quality of the work is top TOP notch. Wish we could've received a military discount but you can't hold that against someone. Ultimately- our incredible invitations set the precedent for how the rest of the wedding was going to go. She also designed the napkins for our event plus we ordered kippot through her as well and will most likely get programs printed with her help. But Create A Design found a way to make it happen. The quality of the napkins were fantastic and their staff was on top of it and very good at keeping me informed on where things stood. It was a class of 3 so we got a lot of hands on instructions and were able to ask all the questions we had. Claudia's class was very structured, she was very helpful with tips and tricks, and just a really sweet and genuine person. The class was tailored to all levels so you can come as a beginner or even with calligraphy experience. Couldn't rave more about this class and this space and excited to attend more workshops. Within 24 hours I had a complimentary color proof. Shirley constantly updated me on the status of my invite. Approx. two weeks I had "the most beautiful "wedding invites. I would highly recommend Shirley and her company to anyone. I recently mailed out my invites and the phone calls, emails , facebook messages keep on coming in that my wedding invite is so beautiful .
