I have a had multiple monthly memberships to this place & also had my daughter's 3rd birthday party here. It has its pros & cons for sure. As a stay at home parent, this place is so helpful during the week just to get out of the house. It's perfect for rainy days or just something to do! Sometimes the workers will play with my daughter when there's no kids, which I do appreciate since parents aren't allowed inside the structure. The party package was decently priced before they changed it. They also create random rules that change out of no where & parents are just expected to roll with it without any notice or postings & trust me I have gone almost every single day. They randomly came up with us having to purchase their socks without posting it. They change their party pricing without updating it. read more

We had a private party here yesterday for my 5 year old daughter's birthday and will NOT be coming back again. There were so many issues with this place I will just list some of them here: 1. Confirmed number of guests but they didn't have enough chairs for adults so several people including my wife and I had to sit at a kids table on tiny chairs. 2. We only had three kids but I had to attend to my daughter frequently because she was crying and not being watched after in the play area. 3. Worker that was supposed to watch kids was constantly sitting and on her phone instead of trying to be helpful. 4. Sent them PowerPoint my wife spent an entire day making and although they confirmed they can play it they were not able to. They just put it on a thumb drive and plugged it into tv which just shows the pictures so no music, transitions or animations. Also, if the PowerPoint is large it won't play at all using this method which we were not told. I can go on and on but please save your money and don't come to this place unless you want to be disappointed and upset. read more

The good: -Nice size thats easy for parents to supervise -Mix of indoor and outdoor options (weather permitting) -Great for 2-6 range and don't have to worry about big kids -Small market with shopping carts for kids -Clean The downsides: -There is a cute art corner, but making art items more accessible would be nice ie set up a station(s) at the kid tables. The craft area is underutilized -The movie theater has been converted into an infant area/theater with a handful of toys, but there is giant tv playing. While cute, we want our kids to play. Infant options are limited. -We went once and there were only 2-3 other kids and no one was using the tv area. I asked the staff if they would consider turning it off. They said they are not allowed to. -For us, the giant tv playing tv/movies is a major downside and is why we are visiting other options now read more

The space isn't very big, but it's super chic, well-designed, and perfect for little ones to play and explore. Everything felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully set up. We came here for a private birthday party and what a cute place! I had not idea places like this existed! The age range is 5 and under which made it perfect for my little ones. I didn't have to worry about older children running around mine and possibly knocking them over and getting hurt. This place has a little bit of everything for the children. Lego building, a kitchen area, slides, rock climbing. The only thing is if you come during public hours the "parent" area has very limited seating so I'm not sure how busy it would be during normal hours if you wanted to sit. Posh playhouse is absolutely adorable and age appropriate for kiddos under 5. The space itself isn't big, but has so much to offer including; a theater room, coloring area, play structure, ball pit and more. There's even a private room for events in case you want to rent it out for parties. There's also monthly memberships. My only criticism about the monthly memberships is the time limit. Kids get 90 minutes of play per session. If I'm paying a membership fee, I believe the time should be unlimited per session. The employees here are super friendly. The space is clean and organized. As a mom of 4 who has been to many indoor play gyms all I can say is they tried but poorly executed. I brought my 1 and 3 year old on a weekday afternoon, almost $50 for 2 kids with socks. They say it's designed for kids 1-5 but I'd say kids 3-5. Any parent will agree that markers and crayons and small things are not designed for 1 year olds. The outdoor area was the highlight but the sandbox gets incredibly hot to the touch, no shade over it. Again. A lot of cute things but just poorly executed. The art room was a nice idea but again magnets and small children don't mix, legos and small kids don't mix, they had play doh tools but no play doh. Very cute little movie area. I absolutely won't be back due to the outrageous cost especially for a 1 year old who cannot actively engage in much. read more

If I can give no stars I would! I took my Son to the indoor playground called "Posh Place" 4 days ago. I payed there membership fee to go for the month, believing the place was clean. I have not taken my Son anywhere else before or afterwards. It's been 4 days since than and my son got Herpangina! Not only that but a bacterial eye infection. I called the business to get my money back and only pay for the one day he was there. The Manager has refused my money back. Even though I went once and I am offering to pay for the day I went. This business is stealing my money. This is very upsetting. Not only did my kid get sick but my nephew did as well a week after he went! The management here is greedy and could care less for your children. It's obvious they only care about the money! There is no remorse. Even though I was willing to pay the $23 for the day my son was there, they stole the $62 thats owed to me! This place is dirty! The management is awful and again has no remorse.! Buyer be aware! They say they keep this place clean by the owners response to my review and yet my son got sick by going here! Again I can not stress enough that my son had not gone anywhere public prior to going to this Posh place before and he did not go anywhere else afterwards. This place again only cares about they money because if they were really decent, they would offer me back the $62 Im owed since I only went for that 1 day and offered to pay for that 1 day but they don't care. This business would rather take my money even though I went for one day! I cannot stress it enough that my son did not go anywhere else prior to taking him to Posh nor did he go anywhere afterwards. The owner is calling me out and saying im in the wrong. It's clear their priorities is about the money. If this business had any decency, they would offer me my $62 dollars back, since I am not returning for the month and I offered to pay for that 1 day my son went. If this place is so clean like it says then why did my son get sick? He wasn't sick when I took him there. Perfectly healthy and 4 days later after I take him to this establishment, he gets a viral infection that is spread by children... I haven't taken him to any outdoor or any other indoor play area a whole week before I took him to Posh....so yeah, this place isn't so clean no matter what is said! read more

We tried this playhouse out for our 1 1/2 year-old. Immediately after paying our entry fees and buying her socks, we walked in and realized it was quite small. And definitely built for little Littles. There's also a tiny little kids movie theater, which is cute, but we didn't leave the house to watch TV. After about five minutes, we realized this probably wasn't the Play house for us, and since we had just entered, we asked for a refund. We knew we couldn't get our socks refunded, but hoped we could get our entry refunded. We were told the manager would be contacted and would hopefully get back to us and get us a refund, but we never heard back from anyone and never got our money back. read more

At first I was torn about this place since it was a 0-5 year old play place. I have 3 kids and my baby is almost 2 but my other kids are older. I didn't know when I'd be able to just come with my baby. My friends who have daughters similar age as mine ended up wanting to check it out too though so we had a little play date here and it was SO adorable! My almost 2 year old was so excited and loved every single area. A few tips after going: - Bring grip socks - Bring snacks - Careful with the slide if your baby is younger. I was invited to my god daughter's 4th birthday party here. We were able to enjoy the whole place to ourselves. We had a little area in front of Posh for the party. It's a super adorable indoor play center for kids under 7. There's a mini movie theater, market for the babies to pretend shop, sandbox outside and decent sized play area and ball-pit. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I am genuinely trying to help mothers whose children I do not want going through this. Before taking my 1 year old here. I had him indoors at home because of how hot it had been that month. This was the first outing he had in two weeks so that is how I know for a fact he got something from this place..3 days later had a fever of 107.7 took him to the ER..diagnosed with chicken pox, bacterial infection and viral infection. My nephew went there around the same time as we did and also was contaminated and got the same thing as my baby. Do not let the cuteness of this place deceive you. This place is a GERM FILLED environment. I truly feel so sorry for all the children I seen here. I know for a facts other mothers must be experiencing this. Okay, Posh Playhouse is the new hangout for Toddlers. This place is CLEAN, the staff is even cleaning up after the kids while interacting with them and to me that's a 10/10. From a play kitchen, to art studio, lego wall, sand box, play gym, kids movie theater and more - you can't go wrong. We have been here a handful of times and our little one just loves it. They even have a snack bar with kids/adult snacks too! Its sock friendly and great for parties too. We can't wait to sign up for our monthly membership and come all the time. Went for the grand opening and this place is perfect for little ones!! Very clean and well kept. The workers were so kind to engage with my little one and did a great job organizing as we played. I truly appreciate how this is for ages 0-5 yrs so I'm not worried about older kids rough playing. The place was small enough for me to see where she was at at all times but big enough for her to play. Each area was safe for her to explore. My only concern was the area with the magnetic board. Such a fun and vibrant play place for little ones to enjoy! There is a large center playground, grocery mart, movie theatre and a craft room. This play area is ideal for younger, pre-school to school-age children. We took our 1 year-old, who is not walking yet, and there was enough for her to do. There was soft play toys and obstacles that she enjoyed. There isn't a toddler specific section, so be prepared to keep an eye on your super little ones. Kids are required to wear grip socks throughout the space and adults need to wear socks on the play structure. Adults are not allowed to go on the 2nd floor of the play structure. Finally took my 2 year old son here. The place was very clean and you can see the staff cleaning throughout the whole time we were there. I love that it's only for the ages of 0-5.
