I should have left at that point and that's why I'm writing this review...how does this place have a 4.0 on yelp?! There were several times I tried to tell her she's not doing a good job. She even made me bleed, look at my terribly red cuticles. My nails look nothing like the requested design. After I told her I don't like what she did she looked confused and tried to give me a hand massage. I told her I don't like this and to take the lotion of my hand I'd like to leave. Manicure: Cuticle oil, cuticles clipped, a warm washcloth, some lotion, along with a 30 second hand massage. All prior to my polish, good enough paint job. The drying station was pathetic. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust!
