Had a great experience with getting a short haircut. I went from long to a short cut so it was important to me that my hairdresser was comfortable with giving me the cut. I called for an appointment and was scheduled to be with one hairdresser. Alyssa did an amazing job on my hair. I just moved to CA and was concerned about finding a new hair colorist after going to my last lady for 10+ years, but Alyssa gave me just what I asked for! Good service .. clean hair cuts .. the combs and brushes are kept clean .. and .. disinfected to me that is very important because most people carry germs / bacteria.. specially when they don't wash their hair on a regular basis or they have scalp issues such sores or dandruff and they don't disclose to the hairdresser. .. or the hairdresser does not asks for fear of loosing a customer . To me, It is a sensitive health issue and it is much better to disclose and prevent scalp diseases to future customers . read more

I was fortunate enough to find this place on yelp and get a next-day appointment with Lindsey. Upon arriving inside the salon, within minutes, I was greeted by Lindsey and taken to my chair. The vibe in the salon was very fast-paced and sort of packed when I first got there. The restroom is very decorated and modern, plus it was clean and organized. Lindsey acted very professionally and was a great conversationalist. Although I was a little quiet since it had been a long day, Lindsey was friendly and informative about what exactly she was doing with my hair. She was able to achieve what I wanted and get my hair down to one color and eliminate all my brassy hair. So far, there is not one negative thing I can say about this place yet. On Saturday I called at 10 AM to try to get an appointment It went to voicemail I spoke to my friend referred me to them and she told me that they had a full time receptionist. I called again at 12:30 at 1:30 both times to went to the voicemail. With a location having 5 stars and having no one there to answer phones leads me to think that the reviews are questionable. How can you get reviews if you cant even answer the phone to give an appointment. The owner (Shannon) reached out to me to work out an appointment. Jessica cut my hair and let me say it was amazing! She specializes in men's cuts. She took her time and asked a lot of questions. The end result was perfect! She also told me that Shannon had called the phone company to fix the phone issue.
