I had been trying to find a salon where I felt comfortable trusting someone with both my color and haircut, and after checking 7 different places, I finally ended up here -- and I'm SO glad I did! From the very beginning, the customer service stood out. Liz was at the front when I first walked in. They didn't have anyone available to take me at that moment, but she was so kind and let me know she could do my haircut Saturday at 12 PM. I later checked availability online and booked an appointment with Michelle for Friday at 4:30 PM. Michelle reached out to me almost immediately and explained that her latest appointment was actually at 3 PM. Instead of simply turning me away, she offered to check with the team to see who could accommodate my schedule. She came back and found Jenny available Friday at 4:30 PM. THAT kind of teamwork and communication already made such a great impression on me. Then Jenny reached out before my appointment and asked what I had in mind and whether I had any inspiration pictures. I told her I was looking for a color correction and haircut, and from the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable. Jenny was welcoming, easy to talk to, and very natural. She took the time to understand what I wanted, guided me through everything, and made sure I felt comfortable speaking up about my preferences or any changes I wanted along the way. And then came the unexpected bonus... while washing my hair, Jenny gave me a head, temple, and scalp massage. ‍ Between the color service, the haircut, the massage, and just the overall experience, I felt like I got so much more than I expected. She did my color exactly how I envisioned it, gave me the haircut I wanted, and finished everything with a beautiful blowout. I left feeling AMAZING. What really impressed me was that the team was responsive, accommodating, honest about pricing, and genuinely listened to what I wanted and needed. That is hard to find! She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic.
